As it turned out, the funeral was out of state. Rodney offered to do a wire service for me. It was late in the day and he had to call several Florists and check the funeral home website for info. Unfortunately, it was too late for any of those local Florists to do an arrangement. Rodney called back with all this info and some great alternative suggestions and then refunded my money from the earlier purchase. He went way over the top to help me.
