    I received a nice bouquet from this business for my birthday. I have had for a week now and they still beautiful. The person who go delivered them was very courteous. I had a wonderful experience and happy with my flowers.

    My best friend sent me flowers as it is my first Mother's Day tomorrow, and every single daisy stem is broken right underneath the bloom, and they're dead and already wilted and mushy. Almost like they were just shoved into the vase then propped up so you couldn't tell if you didn't move the vase at all. Unfortunately, you have to pick them up from the front door upon delivery, so they all immediately flopped down exposing the breakage in the daisies all across the bouquet. Also, the arrangement was supposed to include lavender sprigs- they were paid for- and it came without them. Overall a pretty disappointing experience, but after seeing other reviews, I can see this is the standard for Floral Concepts. 0/10. Would not recommend.

    What was delivered to the consumer. Poor work and a bit of bait and switch.

    Do not use, quality, value and customer concerns are not their concern in the least and they are not nice about it. My daughter ordered a Christmas floral arrangement through FTD and they used this company. She and I understand it might not have been the most expensive choice but it is not symmetrical in beauty, it's thrown together and a mess. When my daughter called the florist directly to asked if this was standard, they were rude and said it's got everything it's supposed to have flowers wise and it was delivered. When she asked if that was their best work they said/ Yep! See picture on website then see what they delivered. Even if it's less flowers it could be better in a consumer opinion.

    Highly dissatisfied with the product AND the customer service. I ordered a small "Sweet Spring Bouquet" through FTD that was described as "...vivid hot pink and peach roses to the pale pink stock, our Sweet Spring Bouquet is one filled with fresh beauty in each bloom. Set in a ribbed, peach glass vase, an assortment of pink standard carnations, bupleurum and hot pink mini carnations come together with the delights of spring and beautiful texture." While I understand that the product will not be an exact replica, I am highly dissatisfied with the 'mostly green, with some flowers' that was delivered, as it does not resemble the advertisement at all and certainly not worth the price paid. Furthermore, I contacted the store to express my concerns only to be argued with "we make those all the time and have a (menu) to stick to, it wasn't mostly green" and when I mentioned it wasn't worth the money spent, he said they don't receive the full payment at the store. I'm assuming because FTD keeps some. Either way, Floral Concepts was responsible for the product, regardless of who gets what money.

    I haven't ever bought from here, only received flowers from my boyfriend. So I don't have an online order photo to compare it to. The roses in the arrangements typically last about 7-8 days. All other various flowers up to 2 weeks if you refresh the Water.

    My husband is in the military, and is away right now due to Covid 19. I received this arrangement approx 3:50pm on Monday the day after Mother's Day. My husband chose to do an arrangement from floral concepts due to their reputation and word of mouth. One of the white roses were bruised, and petals missing from the daisies. The sunflowers didn't look very good as well. I called the store and spoke to a nice woman who apologized for the incident. I let her know, I've received several arrangements from my husband in the past from others and they were absolutely beautiful. Fresh flowers, no damage or dead looking. My arrangements last at best a full week. I've even had a rare situation of long stem roses that lasted 2 weeks in full bloom! Strong, vibrant, all with proper care. Fresh water, flower food and cool water. The lady set up a replacement for the roses and damage. The following morning 5/12/20 I received a tall stem vase with two beautiful perfect roses! I appreciated the effort.(Hence the two stars) Now as for the arrangement itself, I expected it to last at the very least one full weak. It is the 5/13/20, one sunflower is completely dead, the petals of the daisies are falling off, and several daisies are slumped. I've insured fresh water and flower food. (I've made arrangements myself, I've taken floral classes.) As a mother of two young children, I'm just now getting the chance to write this. I'm extremely disappointed my husband spent money on these flowers/arrangement for it to not even last. I wanted to enjoy them, and my (supposed to be) special gift. Now it's practically dead not even 72 hrs later. I will not be recommending this floral shop to anyone. We will look for business elsewhere. I understand these are tough times, but if you have standards as a business, then you would not compromise on quality. Especially in the industry of creating special moments with something that's supposed to be beautiful. Extremely disappointed. Will be contacting tomorrow, will update.

    This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! I wish there was a "F*CK NO!" option, I wouldn't even give them 1 star!!! I ordered flowers for my boss...I paid extra for the fancy vase and bigger, better bouquet...When the flowers were delivered they were complete and utter trash. The description said that there should be at least 22 stems, my bouquet had 12...When I called the florist they basically called me a moron and told me I knew nothing about flowers, even though I myself used to be a florist and even went to school for it!!! Oh and they said they upgraded my vase to make up for the lack of flowers. BS!!! I already paid to have the upgraded vase you jerks! On top of that, this clearly looks like it is an ongoing issue with several other customers. The customer service SUCKS, the quality SUCKS and I am sorry, but for how much we pay for flowers, they better be done right. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL, CROOKED, LOW DEALING FLORIST!!!!

    Wow, 25 years in floral design and this doesn't look full blown to you? What a joke

    My husband sent me flowers to work for Valentine's day, having worked in floral design myself for 10 years, I know what I'm saying when I tell you that The roses were completely full-blown, I called them immediately after receiving them to tell them that I didn't want my husband spending money for roses that weren't going to make it until the next day. well the floral designer who answered the phone said to me I want to know how many Valentine's days you've worked because I'm so sick of people thinking they know more about flowers than I do. She said nothing else and put me on hold.. The next thing I know some guy picks up the phone and says "yeah?" He asked for my order number I gave it to him he said okay what's the problem? I explained the situation to him and he said oh our roses just come like that they'll last. I decided that the customer service over there was obviously taught from management down so I told him that I would probably just have to call my husband and have him handle it. Then he just hung up. Listen, flowers are beautiful no matter what but putting a bunch of them together with some greens and chopping them all to less than 10" in and stuffing them in a vase does not make you a floral designer, lol. My husband bought through Pro Flowers so he was refunded. Their customer service asked if I wanted a new arrangement, on top of the refund. I said I wouldn't let them design a boutineer for me and they probably should think about their reputation with this place representing them. 25 years of experience , my foot LMAO. I've seen more advanced floral work at TomThumb. An atrocious experience to say the least.

    Worst florist ever. Flowers were half dead when received. Customer Service was rude and would not do anything. Stay away and never use
