Beautiful vibe and selection! Clint was super helpful in providing plant options and I couldn't be happier with my results.

A great place to stop by and enjoy plants and some coffee. Has a good selection of different unique items and though pots are on the more expensive side, still reasonable. Employees weee helpful and answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations. There were little wagons near the front to help wheel out your haul. Fun stop if you're in the area or looking to add some green into your home!

Just to prove how plant illiterate I am. I have a confession to make - I've never heard of this place before, and I've lived in the Bay Area most of my life. And as we all know, that's a really long time. However, let me bask in my ignorance and delight in finding an unexpected bucolic space. I wasn't even looking for it as I just had lunch for the first time at All Good Pizza (review: https://bit.ly/36gtohl) and strolled down a very industrial-looking block. The nursery is pretty well enclosed from the street, so it was a complete surprise to see 8,000 square feet that almost felt like a park. Naturally they specialize in plants that thrive in the Bay Area, which means there are quite a few palm trees, cacti, and succulents laid out in organized groupings. Some of the plants look downright sculptural like contemporary art pieces. Even the rainbow of patio chairs are decoratively presented on a wall (photo: https://bit.ly/3rNbdbs). A huge galvanized steel structure houses the indoor plants and garden furnishings. I heard there used to be a Ritual Coffee Roasters kiosk, but it has since closed unfortunately. No matter as I'll be back when I get motivated enough to develop a true green thumb. Hell won't be frozen yet. RELATED - Exploring Bayview/Hunters Point? This is the coolest plant store I've ever been to. I came on a Saturday morning and there was a cute coffee cart selling coffee. They have a huge selection of plants and I felt the prices were reasonable. My favorite part of this plant shop was the outdoor piano. I played the only song I know how to play on the piano and it was really fun. I ended up getting a succulent for my apartment!

    $40!! Sunburst.

It's out of my way which is great for the wallet because they have GORGEOUS selections and very reasonable prices (for the most part, some of the more popular items are naturally pricier). I have no idea why someone would say they're overpriced when they have 1-2 gallon size stag for $25. $25!! The service is great, save the one cashier that checked me out that did the bare minimum (but even then I wouldn't say the service sucks), and when he was typing away on his cell in front of me, the other girl nicely asked if I needed help boxing up or anything. So really, 99% of the folks here are nice. The 1% is just a given. No one and nothing is perfect. Anyone giving this place less than 5 is tripping.

Relaxing in one of these amazing ceramic/tub chairs.

I had heard it was an experience to visit here, and it sure was. There are so many beautiful things to look at in peaceful spaces. I even heard myself say, "Wow. Look at this bathroom!"

    Cool car display

Such a great place to grab a coffee, sit in the garden and pet all the cute dogs that come by. Although they didn't have the succulent I was looking for, the person that helped me was very friendly and knew what they had available. Some of their items were a little pricey but overall a great place to check out.

My favorite nursery in the bay, Take my money any day. Words can't describe how much I love this place. Grab a cup of coffee (which they sell) and just take a stroll. Large collection of indoor, outdoor, direct light, indirect light plants. The space is laid out well and as far as nursery's go, fairly priced (this ain't Home Depot). The staff is always available and happy to help, educate, make suggestions. Parking is easy too.

This plant was way bigger. I did propagate a few stems for my family :))

The cool thing about Flora Grubb besides the good selection is the unhelpful clerks and high prices.

Located in the legendary Mission District of San Francisco, this wine bar is a great spot to catch up with friends and enjoy small bites and yummy crafted cocktails. Their decor is very chic and I especially loved all of the hardware, glasses, tables, and benches. This place was styled by a great design artist. Even though the place was pretty packed and can be kind of noisy, I still felt very calm amongst all the healthy plants and loved the sophisticated 70s inspired glassware. Another great feature of this place is that you can buy most of the plants because they have some for sale so after a couple of cocktails, I was ready to redecorate my whole house with all the plants. I ordered a yummy Rose blend that was super crisp. Also enjoyed the Truffle Fungi! A delicious Shiitake and oyster mushrooms with parmesan and arugula on toasted bread. Their Spanish inspired potatoes were delicious with their dipping sauce. They have lots of gatherings there and DJ sets on the weekends. Lastly, a photographer would die to take pictures here. There is no bad shot as the design artist made sure every section of this cute wine bar was picture perfect. Loved all my photos and videos. I look forward to returning to this exquisite wine bar!

The tables are bigger up there too. The rooftop was closed off but I'd like to check it out sometime.
