The chef brought it personally to our table and serve us! The whole menu was bomb! The appetizers were very good as well. We also got octopus and was very well cooked! We also try the cheese and ham platter and two bottles of wine! The servers were very fast and we did not run out of water or napkins or anything to be honest! Go and give it a try. You wont be disappointed!

Croquetas Mixtas only the ham ones were tasty. Tabla Jamon Serrano was good and it came with Pan con tomate and the tomate salsa was very good. The Parmesan Risotto was awful full of what felt like mozzarella cheese and not like what a real risotto should be and lastly the flan was uneatable not tasting like flan and not having the consistency of a flan. Our server Carlos was very friendly and attentive.

The 5 course meal has potential and can provide a great experience. The story line behind it is okay but can be creepy at the same time. Didn't think the story matched as well as it should with the dishes provided to paint the perfect correlation and story. The 2 drinks consist of a welcome drink and champagne after dessert. Service was good and transitioned well thought out the experience. The set up is nice with good sound quality and the immersion experience was generic as nothing that wowed us. As for the 5 course meal, it was not worth the price tag, granted it's about the experience but even that was also nothing spectacular. The empanadas were different with octopus and was okay. The best dish of the night was the quinoa garden with salmon. That was an amazing dish!!!! The sushi roll was nothing more than a vegetable roll! The worst dish by far was the alleged wagyu skewers! That was definitely not Wagyu as I pointed it out to the waiter and showed him how tough it was as I could not even chew my 2 pieces and nor was my daughter able to. The video posted clearly showed how tough it was and it was disappointing to be served such a bag quality piece and call it wagyu. The dessert was sweet and nice. Wished it was served with little more fruit to balance the sweetness of the dulce de leche! Overall, it was a cool experience for my daughter and I but not the experience as expected for the price paid.

I came last night to experience Harmony of Earth, which included a five-course meal and two drinks…read more The storyline was okay, but it did lose me at times. We were welcomed with a very cool fish-shaped glass filled with a pink alcoholic beverage. I honestly did not taste much alcohol in it. The first course looked like small rock petals filled with fish. The second course was served inside a glass, with little mushrooms, quinoa, and salmon hidden at the bottom. The third course was the sushi, which was my favorite, so many different flavors exploded in my mouth! The fourth course was two pieces of meat on skewers with a whiskey guava sauce, presented in a small Asian-style fire box. Finally, dessert arrived in a basket. It looked like a cake with caramel filling inside. Unfortunately, it was too sweet and overpowered the flavor. And I say that as someone who loves sweets. The second drink was not good to me. It tasted like a very bitter champagne. That said, the presentation was amazing, the food was well prepared, and the service was excellent. I do wish the staff had explained each course a little more.

They do offer music on Friday's and Saturday's starting at 8pm, some people have warned that they charge cover, I can't verify this. I found prices to be right. Authenticity is questionable since they don't even have gazpacho on the menu, that is a Spanish staple. My guests had the salmon and there didn't seem to be any issues with taste quality.

They came to fill up waters, were very nice, just that they were a little slow. The place is nice and they must have live music because there is a small stage at the corner setup for a musician, maybe a band of 2 people. Now the food. Overall expensive for what you get, except for a couple of things. The appetizers were actually good. We had croquetas de bacalao (cod fish croquettes) and croquetas de Chistorra. The chistorra croquettes were quite good. Each order brought 6 small croquettes for $12 each. So each bite was $2. Fried calamari were ok but way too pricey at $14 for the quality. Maybe acceptable if it was from Dominos pizza at half the price. The grilled octopus was good but at $24 for one 8-inch tentacle, it's a bit much. Overall, appetizers were good. For entrees we ordered Sardinas fritas at ajillo. These were good and for $14 I think the price was fair. Fabada Asturiana for $13 was not good. It felt as it was made a day ago. The fabes were overcooked and mushy. The morcilla was not of great quality. It had a piece of pork belly fat that was not very appealing and it didn't have neither the taste or traces of lacón (ham hock). The Callos à la madrileña were also a letdown. Not enough broth. It was made with garbanzo (chickpeas) which is not traditional. It has chistorra instead of chorizo. And the tripe did not taste great and at $18 it was even worse. Lastly we also got the grilled chicken with potatoes. $24 was a bit much. This was probably worth no more than $14. The chicken was cooked ok, but they left a lot of the nerves, fat, and cartilage so it was not a great experience eating it. We are of spanish descent and eaten great Spanish food. This restaurant unfortunately was not a great experience in the food quality. Some things were good, some just bad, and overall was way to expensive for what it is. I probably won't be coming back.

I know it as cuban pizza joint that serves ice cream and some really really good cuban food! There's a least 3 of these Polo Norte stores in Miami Dade, I've only been to this particular spot several times and have only one complaint ...the service in the actual restaurant is not all that great, this place is always packed hence the good food. So I basically always order delivery from this place. They serve the best shakes here. They call them sueros... El Suero Chocolate is my absolute favorite... omg so yummy. Try the creamy cheesy soup with shredded ham called Crema Virginia. I also recommend to try "boniato relleno con tasajo" it's sweet potato filled with a delicious salty shredded beef, usually a daily special item that I havn't seen it on the actual menu. The vaca frita here is on point, fried shredded beef with grilled onions, I always have it with rice and black beans. My friends at work consistently order the shrimp pizza for lunch... I've tried several different sandwiches from here before and have always been satisfied.

Very disappointing experience…read more I ordered the rack of lamb specifically because of the photo displayed outside the restaurant. The picture showed a beautiful complete rack, nicely browned and dark on the outside and red/pink inside. I even pointed to the photo and told the server that this was exactly how I wanted it. What I received was completely different. Instead of the rack presented in the advertisement, I received only five individually separated lamb chops. They looked and tasted like inexpensive steaks that had been cooked without a proper sear -- pale, almost as if they had been boiled, and with very little flavor. What disappointed me even more was the reaction when I politely criticized the dish. Instead of trying to understand why I was unhappy, the server became upset and made me feel uncomfortable for expressing my opinion. If a restaurant displays a photo of a dish outside to attract customers, what is served should reasonably resemble what is advertised. And when a customer is paying good money for a meal, they should be able to respectfully say when something is poorly prepared without being made to feel bad about it. I left disappointed not only with the food, but especially with how my complaint was handled.

Description I haven't been to a polo norte in a while an…read moredecided to go again from the last time I went years ago. Polo norte is a cuban style restaurant that sells hispanic food as well as pizza. When we were sat down I felt something dripping on me and when I look up I had moldy water from and AC vent dripping down. What I ordered I ordered a cordon bleu with smashed potatoes, a mamey shake which was actually delicious, a burger and fries for my son and my husband ordered masitas de puerco with rice and beans. When it came to the cordon bleu the inside was cold or not cooked im not sure which way to describe it, the chicken part was fully cooked but when it came to the hame and cheese filling that was fully cold and the mashed potatoes were dry. The masita de puerco was also dry as well and thought to chew on. Value The value it comparable to other place based off portion and size given. Ambiance/Crowd It was a laid back ambiance and crowd you see people of all ages here. Service The service was good I dont have complaints about the service. Parking Parking can be a little tedious since it does share parking with a shopping center and can be full depending on the time that you go. 5 year olds thought corner My son was not too fond of the burger he took a few bites and states he did not want anymore, my husband took a bite from the burger and stated it was not the best.
