I informed two servers, but both of them rolled their eyes and walked away, completely ignoring the situation. Because I was worried the roach would fall on me or my child, who was already scared and crying--I had to kill it myself. The manager then acted as if this was normal and brushed off our concerns instead of addressing the issue. This was not only unhygienic but incredibly unprofessional. I left feeling disgusted and extremely let down. I will not be returning, and I hope the restaurant takes serious action to improve its cleanliness and customer service. Very small strip mall with very limited parking. There is parking on a second floor but it is valet for $10 on a Wednesday during lunch hours in a remote area. I can understand the valet during the weekends, but to have to pay valet in the middle of Doral to have lunch is a little annoying. On top of that there was only one valet person so it was extremely chaotic. Based on the parking experience I don't know that I will be back because its simply not worth it to me, but everything while in the restaurant was nice so there's that.
