The calamari where crunchy and we great flavor, we also ordered the ruota linguine and WOW it was my favorite tasty but not too strong just perfect balance and we also tried a margarita pizza and a Hawaiian pizza, you can taste the fresh ingredients and that everything is homemade! It appeared to me at instagram. And I give it a chance. The bruncaccias are amazing, and if you like fruits in your salad,the Citrus Salad is amazing. The ambience is very nice, and they have several specials during the week. We came on Sunday and they ha a DJ during brunch-lunch time (11:30 am - 3:30 pm) I highly recommend this place. Came here on a Friday night around 630PM and though it wasn't full I would suggest you make reservations wince it did eventually get full by the time we finished. The ambiance is fantastic with the open kitchen and the friendly staff. They do aim to please the customer. We had the Mussels and Antipasi for appetizers and both were very good. I ordered the Fruti de Mare with Linquini and the tomato sauce was spot on. The squid ink Risotto was also very good. Finally we had the Picanha and Argentinian chorizo and both were excellent. What impressed was that I ordered simple dishes and all were well executed. We finished with the Tiramisu and cheesecake and both were very good as well. We came to this place this evening randomly, looking for a place to have dinner. We were greeted at the door by Andrea that seated us and also waited on us for the evening. We enjoyed a Negroni and a smoked old-fashioned cocktail before dinner. We ordered a beef carpaccio appetizer that was very good. Found this restaurant in Instagram and the decor looked really beautiful and the desserts called my attention. I went with my family on a Sunday and, may be that was the problem. The service was really off and our bread got to the table after our appetizers but before our food. Every time we needed more water I had to call somebody because all the staff was talking and laughing behind the counter. The food was ok not really good and not bad . Made a same day reservation for 5 for dinner. There is both inside and outside seating. Inside is a nice industrial decor. The A/C was definitely working because it was cold inside. The staff was dressed in Halloween costumes and a few wore masks. Ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio and a Calzone. The Calzone was very good. It was filled with ham, mushroom & cheese. The crust was good and the marinara sauce was great. You can tell that the ingredients are fresh and meals made from scratch. Service was good until we were ready to leave. It took forever to get our waiter to bring the check. We asked someone else and they let the waiter know, but he literally walked past our table several times without even acknowledging that he knows we needed him. Service was horrible and it's cuz of the tip already added to the bill so why work harder when you're gonna get tipped no matter what. The food was terrible. Adrian our service was amazing since the moment we got there to the moment we left, and the food was SOOOO GOOOOD!! Plates are between 11-30$ per person. They offer different options on drinks like cocktails, wines, beers, etc. A tried the chilcano mule that is similar as Moscow mule but with pisco and with passion fruit. We didn't order an appetizer because we wanted dessert so I ordered the truffle Mac and cheese and was really good ( I love truffle and Mac and cheese). Went for my birthday dinner not knowing anything about the restaurant besides that it was Italian. The place is casual, nothing special about the setting. Tried their passion fruit mojito to start which was refreshing and sweet. Overall the food was good but nothing extraordinary, and they need to do better bringing it out. The timing is definitely way off. We were brought one plate of pasta for one person, we were seven at the table, and nothing else for anyone for a few minutes. No cheese or pepper offered until we asked either. My pasta was not hot when it came. We asked for extra bread and that never arrived. Someone accidentally spilled a cocktail and no refill was offered. I feel like they can definitely improve a lot on the service. We were left with no water for a long time with no acknowledgement from our waitress. What makes it worse is that they automatically include tips on the bill. In my experiences this is usually a red flag as restaurants that do this tend to lack in service and they were not short staffed. This restaurant came up on my instagram feed and the pictures of the food looked delicious so naturally my husband and I decided to pay it a visit to try it out. The restaurant is located in midtown doral. The restaurant is contemporary and simplistic. The atmosphere feels inviting and cool. They provided us with complimentary bread when we were seated. The bread came with a side of salsa and a sauce of what seemed like olives. They were both good. We started off with eggplants and zucchini rolls ups. They were so tasty and flavorful. They were stuffed with ricotta cheese, prosciutto, and Spinach. On top of them, they had shaved Parmesan cheese. All sitting on top of a tomato salsa. We're for sure coming back for these. For entrees, my husband had the the funghi crepe and I had the chicken parmigianino. I adored the presentation of the food. They food came on plastic board that looked marble like. My chicken parmigianino had a good size and was great. The side it came with were fries; which, to my surprise, paired really well. My husband's crepe was good but he did say that it was a little too much cheese and it overpowered everything else. We ended our meal with a lemon sorbet. It came in a Champagne glass. It was perfect. Refreshing and light. Our sever was very attentive and consistently checked on us without being intrusive. The man who appeared to be the manager opened the door for my husband as we left, (who is on crutches at the moment)and that was extremely nice of him. We'll be back soon.
