Since they have cunningly set up shop on my route to/from my neighborhood bar, I have been able to sample their carne asada burrito (with amazing crispy bits rolled in), an al pastor quesadilla (hell yes pineapple and pork!), a carnitas burrito loco (with fries, Mission-adjacent), and tonight a birria quesadilla that has given me an entire meal for tomorrow left over. The people working there are every bit as wonderful as the food they make, if not more so. Recognized me on my second visit. Please let them cook for you, they are fantastic. The Al pastor was the drier crispier style you sometimes see -- not particularly pineapple forward or adobado, just savory well-seasoned pork. A few pieces were straight up crispy; I love my Al pastor like that, but I get that style isn't for everyone. It was an excellent contract to the tender masa-forward tortillas and the generous portion of grilled onions. This spot also has some options you don't see as often at trucks like enmoladas and enfrijoladas.
