In addition, there have been eight no-shows and last-minute cancellations/rescheduling, including December 15, January 8, January 12, January 19, February 28, March 19, April 20, and April 27. Communication frequently defaulted to "we're very busy," which became a recurring excuse rather than a solution. Unfortunately, the quality has also been below expectations. The paint is already chipping, and certain design elements feel poorly thought out and executed. There were also issues during installation. Despite multiple requests, the installer was hesitant to properly protect the flooring, which resulted in a noticeable dent during the install. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. Arik responded promptly and gave clear date/times when he would arrive on site to work. We had shiplap Wainscot done, and a built-out wall for tile for the master bed accent wall. His work is exceptional! His team also help install the electrical for the pendant lights and install the beautiful large format tiles. Everything was done with pure professionalism. We appreciate the on point communication, reliability and wonderful attitude.
