We first went to a larger chain furniture store and found a sectional we liked, but the reviews for the company overall were terrible with the quality of the product and delivery. We couldn't fathom spending a decent amount on something that wouldn't last. We visited Caravana on Memorial Day and were pleased that they were offering a 20% sale. Wendy assisted us with selecting a sectional. It wasn't in the showroom but we were able to order it from their catalog. We also fell in love in with a bookshelf and coffee table and purchased that in addition to the sofa. They offer free delivery and set up within a 20 mile radius, which is unheard of at any other furniture store. Moises and his associate did a wonderful job with the delivery. Unfortunately our coffee table ended up having some water damage prior to delivery when it was stored in the warehouse. I emailed some photos of the defect and Moises answered promptly (on a Sunday!). He came back a few days later to replace the table, hassle free. We highly recommend shopping here. They are a family run business and have that personal touch only local places have. They offer a nice selection at reasonable prices and have excellent customer service.

You can somewhat get a good deal with the items but they're still on the higher price side. If you know RH, you know they're known for the classic neutral calming colors. Beiges, white, black and so on. Wood frame and metal seem to be things there. Upstairs was a mixture of everything. Bed frames, rugs, bathing items with towels and so on. A mixture of bedroom stuff and some living room items. The main floors is where majority of living room and dining items are. They do have a massive collection with sofa, sections and accent chairs. On the patio, a smaller sections with furniture but decent. Some items are hit or miss as their individual pieces versus a whole set. Downfall with this place. It's like let your kid run loose and go to town jumping on everything. Don't get me wrong, you may get some nice pieces for a fraction of the price but even with an outlet, you somewhat expect something decent. If I'm paying 5-10k for furniture, it better not be covered in footprints...lol... Just putting it out there, they could have someone steam clean before selling and everything is pretty much sold as is. We looked around and saw sage, healing crystals, chakra related items, and beautiful wood pieces. There was a huuuge turtle hand crafted out of wood and some dolphins! How cool is that? After my daughter says thats 50% off what she gets them for at Universal studios The next day, we are in Costa Mesa and the store has a full box of frogs, and the shelf tag is 3.99 -- I buy the box of 24. The kid checking us out super nice but first day on the register, so they walking him through how to use the register. So when headed to the car with purchase i said i better check the receipt. Sure enough the harry potter frogs ring up at 4.99 not the tag of 3.99 -- they do price adjustment, and the manager tells the kid to take the tag down and she will print new ones for the price mistake. So now drive home, check the other receipt and its 4.99 not 3.99 and drive back to the store. The kid at the register calls on radio for G3 or something to the front must be code for manager. Tall 6 ft female manager says what is the issue, he tells her he has picture of shelf tag supposed to be 3.99 not 4.99 on 10 frogs. She then says where is this picture from, I tell her costa mesa store, as I caught the mistake while there. She rudely tells me 3 times, that if i do not have the picture of the shelf tag in her store she will not honor the price. She then says if Costa Mesa honored the price tag error that is on them. I call the customer service chat, and speak to Armando, who says he is sorry for the trouble in the store, but without a picture of the Lakewood store price mistake they will investigate it, but wont change things. I ask their representative do you take a picture of every shelf tag a store when your shopping ? NO he says, so how can your corporation think that without a price tag picture your S.O.L ! The harry potter caramel barrel and small jelly belly glass cup with butter bean jelly bellies were moved from the left to the right side of the display today. i wouldnt give a penny to this company anymore if thats their idea of protecting themselves from price mistakes!
