I had just painted my walls and baseboards and was highly concerned these would be damaged during the installation. Of course, there are no guarantees that unintentional damage might occur. Stacy has worked with Profix Services for over 20 years and had nothing but good things to say about the owner Carlos Hernandez who did the installation. Carlos was also knowledgeable, professional and courteous. After the installation, not one ding or scuff to be noted. My home looks beautiful with new carpet! Thank you GCO Flooring Outlet and Profix Services!!

This truly was fantastic experience and I enjoyed working with Stacy. There were so many choices and she gave me so many ideas. I am still trying to decide what I will do for my new home. I may hire their designer to come out and give me some styling ideas and bring out samples. I felt the value and pricing were very fair. The outlet is very large and really nice and clean. Working with Stacy was a dream. She cares about her customers and is so lovely to work with. This has been a 5 Star Customer Service experience working with Stacy and GCO flooring and Carpet Outlet in Reno. I can't wait to see what I choose. I will add to my review in the near future. Design decisions take time. Julie A

Our floors turned out great, but it was kind of a mixed bag of an experience…read more THE GOOD: The flooring selection process: Cory was friendly and helpful and I got what I needed at the show room in under 30 mins. The measure: the turnaround time between my show room visit and the in-home measure was extremely fast. Jason also sent us the quote really quickly. The installation: we got both carpet and hard flooring. Brian (hard floors) gets a 5 star. Work quality was amazing, and he meticulously cleaned up after himself every day so there wasn't a speckle of dust left behind the whole time he was here. He got the work done faster than anticipated and instead of cutting out early every day, he just kept going. Steve (carpet) was also great. He found a defect in our carpet and could've taken the easy route and installed it without saying anything, but he made sure we knew about it and had a say in the matter. Once the new carpet arrived, he got the work done really quickly. THE NOT-SO-GOOD: The scheduling: we were scheduled for demolition the day after thanksgiving but had a no-call no-show. We couldn't get that resolved for a few days because they were closed longer than usual due to the holiday. It would've helped if someone called to confirm the appointment before everyone went out of office. No explanation was given, so no idea what happened. The demolition: Jason rescheduled the demo asap, but the crew didn't vacuum or do any meaningful cleanup. In fact, the installers were surprised at the mess they left behind. Also, we were supposed to paint our floors with Kilz in between the demo and installation but the demo guys already put down carpet tacks, so we had to spend time removing those ourselves so that we can paint. There were lots of loose nails and debris on the floor from the demo so it was not an easy job. The lack of attention to details caused some non-value-add work for everyone. The flooring: it doesn't seem like Full Circle does a QA check on their materials before sending it out to the work site. We were surprised that no one caught the defect in our carpet until Steve was about to install it. This caused a delay in our timeline, which is a pretty big inconvenience when you have to temporarily vacate your home to accommodate the demo/installation. We had other contractors lined up, which also had to be rescheduled. Also, the spare nosing they ordered for Brian was broken. Thankfully, he was meticulous enough that he didn't need them, but there was no margin for error. Imagine the added delay if that wasn't the case... In the end, our floors did end up looking really great so Full Circle gets a 4 star. The hassle we experienced might cause us to consider other contractors in the future, though.

Not liking this I asked a family friend who he uses for his rental properties. He recommended these guys and I'm glad he did. I got a quote the next day, and I live way out of town slightly past Spanish Springs. Their prices are better then the box store and they were knowledgeable on what would look good and work best for a rental. Never did they try to up sale which was nice! Next best thing is they showed up when they said they would and did a really good job. Can't even tell anyone was here as there was zero mess. I will be doing business with only this company in the future.

This place is amazing. Not only are they competitive in pricing, they are knowledgeable in there products and help guide you to the right choice for your needs. They came to my home with samples. Helped me pick the right style and beat all the competitors pricing, including Costco. FYI they sell the same flooring as Costco, very good quality material. I just for reference, I stopped by at 11am on a Thursday, they were at my house at 1130 and ready to install the next day. Locally owned and operated. Great people!!!!! Great products!!!!! Great prices!!!!!

All of the vendors offered pretty much the same products and were competitive on their bids, but Carpeteria worked with us a little on the price and estimated they'd be able to complete the job quickest. Overall, I can't give them more than an average rating. There were mistakes in the carpet estimating, delays in the carpet shipping, complications on scheduling installation, misinformation on timing and crews. The project was finally completed but we were VERY disappointed in the upstairs carpet and that was crushing after spending many thousands of dollars, clearing the entire house, waiting for the carpet and finallly having the Voila' moment - UGH. No one to blame except ourselves, I guess, but I feel like there should have been some discussion about the fact that the carpet shows every footprint and mark. Since my husband uses a walker (which they knew), the upstairs looks like a racetrack. Buyer beware - unless you're knokwledgable and experienced in choosing carpet, don't expect to get help at Carpeteria.
