The roof report incorrectly identified my metal roof as shingles, even though I specifically told the representative it was a metal roof when booking and asked whether I needed a drone inspection. I was assured it was unnecessary since the roof inspection is included in my package. The solar panel inspection was also missing, even though I paid extra and I still have not received my advanced imaging results after 2 weeks. The sewer inspection could not be completed due to excessive roots. I was told that the Master Inspector will do inspection if I purchase advanced structural imaging. When I asked the inspector if he was the master inspector, he had no idea what I was speaking about. He said he was certified inspector. When I called to resolve these issues, Bency was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I was referred to Jason, the inspection manager, and left multiple messages, but no one returned my calls. I was also promised follow-up by Nathan, who was kind and listened to my concerns, but no one ever contacted me afterward. The incorrect report, missing results, and lack of follow-up caused unnecessary stress and delays with my escrow. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service were unacceptable. I regret choosing this company and would not recommend them.

Setting up the appointment for a free inspection was easy and Ray showed up on time and performed a thorough inspection. Ray was very friendly and professional. He walked us through the problem areas that he found from his inspection. Ray provided us with a quote and explained their process using microwave and/or chemical treatments for each area. He was extremely polite and there was no pressure to sign up for the treatment We were impressed with Hi Tech's approach and competitive quote and made an appointment to have the local treatment. No tent, no bagging anything, no moving to a hotel for a few days! Frank arrived on time on the day the house was treated. Frank was friendly and professional and respectful of our home. He wore outer shoe coverings to protect the floor. Frank went up in our attic and spayed a solution to prevent termites and then followed up with the microwave treatment in part of the house, patio area and the garage . Small holes made to inject chemical treatment were filled in. After Frank was done, he provided us with the invoice and explained that we have a three year warranty against termites!
