We have been to this store before and have used their products and found them to be excellent. Today we found the same high quality of tile and products, but were also very impressed by Joe. He was obviously familiar with every aspect of tile installation. He asked just the right questions to learn exactly what we were interested in and pointed out several tile options for the project. We were very impressed with his interest in finding the best solution for our needs and not simply selling us the most expensive tile in the store. They call me the next day to say it had been there the whole time. Look I'm aware that mistakes happen but this isn't hard. Apologies, particularly the 'aggressive' apologies I was getting from them weren't helpful and useless. I would not recommend using them as your supplier as they will likely loose, misplace or flat out mess up your order. This isn't the first tile place I've purchased from, but I won't be buying from them again.

We had our grout cleaned by Stanley Steamer, which only slightly improved the look of the grout and tile floor. So we interviewed several grout cleaning and staining companies and decided on Arizona Tile & Grout Care based on their experience and expertise. Their bid was not the lowest, but was very competitive, and Rob (the owner) was willing to work with us to spread the payments over time. But of course the price wouldn't matter if the end results weren't good, and I absolutely recommend this company for grout staining. We have purchased carpet from Complete Flooring on three separate occasions. The second carpet we…read morepurchased we noticed the steps were loose and needed stretched. When they installed the third carpet which was over a year after the carpet was installed we asked the installer to look at it and fix it. He addressed the steps during that installed. In December we called as the steps were wrinkled again and the top landing area and asked if someone could come out and fix it so it doesn't ruin the backing on the carpet. The person at the store said they would send someone out to check it out and it was Roy. This was mid December 2023. He said he would get back to us in a week and said that the carpet was installed 2 1/2yrs ago and they only have a 2 year warranty but he would see what he could do. We followed up several times and they said we are working on it and will get back to you with a proposal?!? Finally after another call in the morning on January 20th (1 month later!) Roy was busy with a customer and called back in the afternoon with a proposal for $600 that included $100 discount to re-stretch the carpet. I can not figure out how carpet would need to be re-stretched multiple times which tells me it was not stretched well enough when it was installed. We have more carpet & flooring to purchase and I am sorry but this is very petty to charge to address what we feel is an installation issue. There are too many flooring companies out there and we will NOT be returning with our business.

In our business, we don't specialize in remodels but we do get one here and there and I've dealt with multiple tile and countertop suppliers. This store has been the best. The entire team is friendly and ready to help. We even had an instance where my tile order was slightly short - they took full accountability and had the tile driven down from Phoenix and one of their store members drove up to casa grande to meet them in the middle all so that our tile team could finish that same day and stay on schedule. You just don't get that kind of service anymore. They have the latest and greatest tile designs and it's super convenient that one of their main warehouses is nextdoor in California. The true measure of a business is not how they perform when things go right, but how they perform when there is a problem. They failed!
