The gloss is so even and sharp I'm afraid to even leave a fingerprint on it. The photo attached does not do justice. Of note, there are epoxy fumes as it dries for a couple of days so I'd recommend turning on the vent and sealing the door with a towel to air it all out. He also gives you a list of things not to clean the shiny bathtub with. Something your renters or family may need to know.

They were late returning the rugs, said they were to be delivered between 9-11am, never showed, never called. My mother called them and they gave her the run around. The worst business I have ever dealt with and they are NOT a customer friendly business. Who cleans an entire a couch in 15 minutes or less, nothing was cleaned. If you love to throw your money away and want a horrible experience then I found a business for you!

We've had our carpets steam cleaned once or twice a year for more than forty years; and have never had such poor work. This time, it had been a year​. We had a dark aras from normal wear. I pointed them out. He said he didn't know if they could get them out. That was a first. They sprayed something first. It had no odor, so we suspected it was only water. We inspected the carpet later and the dark areas were still dark. I found another small stain and got it out with a damp paper towel. Aside from the carpet being wet, not damp, I can't see a difference. I made the mistake of trying to save a little money, but I got what I paid for. They cleaned three good-sized rooms and they were in and out in twenty minutes. At $79, that is $237 per hour. Worth it? No! We wanted things nice for guests at Christmas.

Good news - great selection and quality installation…read more Bad news - the work takes forever. We started this process on March 5, 2021 and the work is still not done and it's November 22, 2021. Yes, eight months (going on nine) for a residential flooring job. And did I mention, it's still not done? Worse news - the agreement was we would give significant down payment and the balance would be charged once the work was completed. The work isn't done and we got charged. This is after several dozen calls (no exaggeration here) from us in the past few months asking for updates. We have been promised returned calls that never materialize, we have been promised that someone would call us "later today" or "tomorrow", we have been promised that the work will be completed next week, etc. McSwain then sends a guy that is supposed to get projects back on track, he takes a look at the (lack of) progress, assures us that he will get this on track and "take care of us", and gave us his mobile number to call. The result ... not much. More unreturned messages, wrong pieces being sent, contractors still leaving with the work unfinished because the needed parts weren't shipped, or the previous contractor didn't do the job correctly so they couldn't finish theirs - and more inanity. This has been a total poop show and I wish I was making this up or even exaggerating a little bit. And did I mention, it's still not done? Finally, they call us back asking us why the account isn't closed (paid in full)! It's not closed, because the job isn't done. So we call back, no answers, no return calls, and they start running up our credit card without permission. And did I mention, it's still not done? So - buyer beware, be patient, and guard your credit card information! Nothing would make us happier than getting this resolved.
