First, they showed up an hour after the three hour time frame I was given, although they did call and tell me they were running behind. It would have been fine had they done a good job. We've had our carpets steam cleaned once or twice a year for more than forty years; and have never had such poor work. This time, it had been a year​. We had a dark aras from normal wear. I pointed them out. He said he didn't know if they could get them out. That was a first. They sprayed something first. It had no odor, so we suspected it was only water. We inspected the carpet later and the dark areas were still dark. I found another small stain and got it out with a damp paper towel. Aside from the carpet being wet, not damp, I can't see a difference. I made the mistake of trying to save a little money, but I got what I paid for. They cleaned three good-sized rooms and they were in and out in twenty minutes. At $79, that is $237 per hour. Worth it? No! We wanted things nice for guests at Christmas. read more

Very disappointed - large retangle throw rug came out wavy. The owner was contacted and advised that he would research to see what could be done. After another call, I was told he would pick up the rug to stretch. That was over one week ago. Had living room, dining room, steps, hallway, and rug done. They were here maybe 15 minutes. If you are to do business with this company get things in writing first. I had gotten a quote from their website for $500 and got charged almost twice the amount after the services were done. I also never got a invoice and was told to write my credit card information on a piece of paper. When I finally did get a invoice I got charged for something I didn't get and when I talked to Allen about the prices he said the prices were old prices online. I did get some of a refund but nothing to what I was originally quoted and the invoice had just final prices written on a paper that were way more then what is on their website. Some of the areas were also not done on my furniture and in the bedrooms. Everything was soaking wet and I had to go over everything with another carpet cleaner several hours after they left. read more

Do not hire! I found them through a reach magazine with a coupon for 4 rooms for only $79.99 & then I wanted my tile grout cleaned in the kitchen & bathrooms. My husband & I are about to have a baby & wanted to have the carpets cleaned before the baby was born. I went to their website and booked the day & time slot to be from 1:00pm - 4:00pm and the very next day a secretary called to verify the day/time. My husband worked from home that day to be there during those hours. They showed up at 11:30am saying they were in the area & just thought they'd come early- luckily my husband was home! They started listing off all these services & costs & came up with a total of over $600!!!! My husband called me at work to verify before agreeing to all of it, but they did go ahead & start cleaning several of my large area rugs (which my husband mistakenly told them yes we wanted them cleaned) while I was on the phone. The guys basically said the $79.99 didn't include anything- no sealant, stain guard, etc. I went ahead and just said yes to it all because I wanted the job done right, except I said no I didn't need my area rugs cleaned (before I realized they had already started them). The guy said If I agreed to all the rest he would throw in a sanitizer for FREE! I got home from work around 3:00 in a hurry because I had somewhere to be & found the bill on the table showing a charge of $120 for sanitizer, my area rugs thrown in the backyard on the grass with bugs ALL OVER THEM, 3 spots on my carpet where it was lifting up from the amount of suction I suppose, several spots on both my rug & floor that still look dirty & one spot in particular that was soaking wet & took over 24 hours to dry & a few areas of puddled water in my kitchen. Also, i made a very specific phone call before the scheduled date to make sure they would move furniture or if I needed to have family/friends over to help move furniture so they could properly clean. The guy on the phone assured me they WOULD move furniture, just nothing too crazy heavy. NO furniture at all had been moved, they only steam cleaned around all the furniture, didn't even bother moving small objects on floor either. They also did not clean one of our bathrooms at all! My husband said he didn't really pay any attention & was in his office working, but that they were in & out very fast. We called them immediately when I got home to discuss these issues & the guy said no worries they would take care of it and that he needed to contact the 2 guys who did it to see where they were and then they would call me to follow up & schedule a day/time to come back out. I own a large older home. When I initially purchased it, the home needed a lot of cleaning and TLC. 7 rooms of carpet had terrible pet stains (LOTS of cat mess) and years and years of cigarette smoking......in essence, the house didn't smell its best LOL I had received several batches of coupons advertising Clean Right and their carpet cleaning specials. Before calling, I went online and did some research. Some were happy and others were......well, not so satisfied. I even read how terrible their customer service was. "But, if all of this were true", I asked myself, "Why and how would this company continue to offer coupons, bargains and stay in business. I thought to myself, "I need a bargain right now! Especially with all of these projects that I have in front of me." I called and the girl I spoke with was instantly "over the top" friendly and more than eager to accommodate my schedule. I thought to myself, "WOW! She was friendly!" Nothing like the reviews that I had read online. Then, the true test came, the carpet cleaning guys arrived. Again, very friendly, neat in appearance and very hard working. The team of men, that was sent to my home, walked in, surveyed what the home needed by doing a complete walk through, they then set up their equipment, moved furniture and began cleaning. They were here for a little more than an hour working non-stop. But, after they finished....WOW!!!! The carpets were clean, the rooms that I thought were damaged and might have to be replaced, they came clean. A couple of the rooms looked like they had new carpet. Most of all, the smells from the pet damage and all of the years of cigarette smoking, they were all gone. Those odors were replaced by fresh new pleasant scents. It has been 3 1/2 years since my initial call to them. During this time I have worked non-stop on the restoration of my home. At times, like all remodeling projects, the house looked a mess. I contact Clean Right Carpet Cleaning about every 3 months to come in and clean and freshen the carpets. I also have 2 pets. As any pet owner knows, when they come in from outside, their feet aren't always clean. Especially during periods of inclement weather. Another reason for keeping these guys on stand by LOL I always recommend Clean Right Carpet Cleaning Professionals to my friends and family. And, that is why I'm writing this review. This is a company of scammers. We hired them to do a basic 7-room cleaning. We do not live at the property, and apparently they did a bunch of extra, UNAUTHORIZED services, and then presented us a bill for over $250 more than we agreed on. Unbelievable! Terrible customer service. Both Angela and the technician called and were incredibly rude to us about this matter. Now they're threatening to take us to collections. My living room was cleared out and ready for the workers, except an entry table and TV stand. They had the living room, hall and bathroom to clean. I had pet odor and a couple of stains that were part of my reason for the cleaning. The men came and went in less than 20 minutes and there was NO attention to the spots I mentioned, and just like another victim writing a review, they would not move the table or stay long enough for me to move the table (it is not heavy and could have easily been moved). They charged cleaning....there was NO Brushing or shampooing, just a wet mess of what I think was deodorizer. Lesson learned, hopefully, this will keep someone else from using this company. read more

Very disappointed with the quality of service. I've used them successfully over the years and there was no problem. NOW the service is terrible.They can't remove basic stains out of the carpet, the cleaning solution doesn't seem too be very good I have my carpets cleaned every year and not very honest. I absolutely would never recommend this company to anyone. They came and cleaned my carpets a week and a half ago. As they were drying I noticed some dark "drips" and a brown spot in my living room. After inspecting the house I noticed they didn't clean behind any doors or move a couple things I asked them to move. Also, I had some crazy light lines in my dining room. All and all the carpets looked awful! I called and asked them to come back out. They were suppose to come out the next day. It was pouring so I called and asked to move my appointment. They did and made it the following day. They called me 2 hours into my time slot and told me that I was not going to get cleaned because I was on yesterday's schedule and they simply couldn't possibably get to me. So they told me they would come Monday. When they did they were very short with me. They were yelling at me. They said after they gave me such a good deal, how dare I expect them to redo what I was asking. They were trying to intimidate me. My girls were here and sitting in the corner because they were scared. I was shaking. I've never had anyone try and intimidate me and in my own house. I called and talked to Angla. I told her what happened and was assured that someone would talk to the men and call me. Guess what??? It's exactly 1 week and I have not received a call back or anything. To boot my carpet has a stain in my living room that was never there before. So I paid almost $268 to have guys not do their job, ruin my carpet, and intimidate me in front of my girls. read more

"cleaned" my empty house today. Marginal job at best. Very quickly and lightly ran the cleaning wand over the carpet...I asked them to slow down to give the cleaning solution a second to work and the vacuum time to remove some moisture...he looked at me and ignored me. I realized they don't do the traditional two step process of applying the heated cleaning solution and vacuuming up the excess moisture. The just kept the trigger pulled on the cleaning solution and LIGHTLY ran the wand over the carpet to get it moist. They didn't respect my property either. Paid no attention to the heavy hose being dragged around baseboards. I brought it to their attention and they THEN watched out for the hose. Coming down the stairs the heavy hose was banging against the hand rail and the wall. I brought THAT to their attention and they paid attention after that. The upstairs bedroom had an empty chest of draws in it. They cleaned around it until I brought it to their attention. They said it was too heavy to move...but it was empty. I offered to move it myself...then they moved it and cleaned under it. I had to ask them to put Styrofoam blocks under it. On their way out they left water all over the marble entryway. They were going to leave it that way. I asked them if they had a towel to mop up the water and they didn't ! The one man used his gloves to try to mop up the water. You can get a better job for the same or better price elsewhere...as I will do next time. read more
