Carter did an amazing job cleaning carpet at my house. Had an awful ink stain under a runner area rug. Young cat had chewed it up under the rug. Was so impressed they got out stain completely out and also got rid of residual pet stains that other cleaners did not. Carpets also dried incredibly fast since they have a superior water removal system. Carter also cleaned an additional room and staircase since area in main room they were cleaning was small. I own several rental homes and the last tenant was rough on the carpet. Carter's team pre-treated the gum, stains, and high traffic areas. They used corner protection bumpers to avoid paint damage. They arrived promptly, were courteous, and worked efficiently. They even recommended someone to re-stretch the carpet in the areas that needed it. The carpet came out great. It's been over a year... Or I would post pictures before and after... Carter personally came and completed a nasty nasty job! The tile in my master bathroom was horrendous... I had a dying cat and her last few days were there. He also cleaned the carpet in the upstairs where are my two dogs and two kitties had accidents.
