Took the chairs to their shop (parking is a bit of a challenge) and Bryan said as he did over the phone that it would take a couple weeks. Took them in on Monday morning, got a call on Thursday, and both were ready for pickup. They did a great job. I only wish I'd have found them several years ago. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. They did what I asked for a fair price and beat their timeline to heck.

I expected for the floors to look nice but they took my breath away when they completed the job. I grew up in this home and my deceased mother would have been so proud because we were told we could not save the floor because they were too badly damaged. The gloss is so even and sharp I'm afraid to even leave a fingerprint on it. The photo attached does not do justice. Of note, there are epoxy fumes as it dries for a couple of days so I'd recommend turning on the vent and sealing the door with a towel to air it all out. He also gives you a list of things not to clean the shiny bathtub with. Something your renters or family may need to know.

They sanded and put on 4 coats to protect them from heavy use. They were on time, worked hard, and did not leave a lot of dust from the sanding. Their price was very fair. Only to have him show up and freak out about some ceiling work in our living room we were having done. Even though the rooms he was going to be working in were closed off and sterilized for him. He wanted to mansplain to me about his company. I asked if he wanted to do the job and he said that I need to reschedule. So I did and they were supposed to be here today at 11:00. When they didn't show I called them again. There was a total mix up and the owner instead of hustling to get someone out here to do the job wanted to argue, yell at me, and even started crying about her office problems. I told her that I would go somewhere else. It was truly a horrible experience and very unprofessional.
