We…read morehad the floors refinished but also new wood laced in to cover the no-longer used HVAC floor vents and for the most part you can't tell. We had a problem, that was not the crew's fault, when our fridge ice maker line leaked after the application of the first finish coat. They were great and got it taken care of, re-sanding and refinishing the affected areas. The only issue was communication, especially early on. Be sure to coordinate with the managers so that the plans have been communicated to the crew before the work starts, and stay in touch with the managers. Once I engaged with them it was quite responsive , and most importantly the work is fantastic. We will be enjoying these floors for decades.
