I can honestly say that Zebna Movers have been the best movers I have ever hired! My excellent experience with them started with the easy booking process. Excellent communication and responsiveness and flexibility (I originally booked one date and then changed my mind and decided to move a day earlier...no problem). The day of the move is always super stressful but the two movers who were assigned to move me from a one bedroom apartment to another condo across town arrived on time and quickly got to work. I explained that I needed their help packing up the kitchen and they got to work with speed and care. Within about three hours my place was ready to transport to my new home (a condo on the third floor of a walkup!!!). They didn't bat an eye and got to work unloading and bringing up all the boxes and furniture. Throughout the entire process they were super professional and courteous. The cost is by hour and I was surprised by how much cheaper it was than my previous move with a national company (where no stairs were involved). Ok so the final check was did everything survive the move intact? And yet again, I was super pleased. Everything arrived perfectly without scratches or anything breaking. I highly highly recommend Zebna!!

Just moved with this company on Tuesday and the three men who were assigned my move did not speak english, scratched up my walls both old and new house. Cost discussed on initial call was not honored. Paid for 3 workers where only 2 did most so the total time was EXTRA long. We had to go behind them placing in correct rooms, even though we were telling them throughout, had to move heavy items off fragile glass or mater to prevent items being broken. They left items behind at my old property. They made a mess in one of our bathrooms doing a sink bath basically -- water all over sink and floor. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! When I emailed and called with complaints customer satisfaction did not matter. If the above behavior is highly trained I am afraid to see untrained according to their standards. I was prior military and moved many times --- I have never had as much issues before. They are getting a 1 star because it is minimum required by app.

Unfortunately, my experience with the owner was completely different. He was confrontational and difficult to deal with throughout the process. The project was completed in May, and I later noticed that several door handles had not been removed or loosened before painting, leaving the old gray paint visible around the trim plates. When I asked if it could be corrected, he refused, saying too much time had passed." The reason I would not recommend this company is NOT because of the work that they do. They…read moreactually seem to do nice work. I would not recommend this company because they were hired to install a privacy fence and deck for my neighbor and started a huge property dispute that cost my family(& possibly the neighbors family) thousands of dollars by telling our neighbors our barn, trees, bushes and playset were on their property and they had more property than what they thought. They even stated to us that the auditors map of property lines were the "law" and correct, in which fact that is not true, as only a survey shows what is 100% accurate. There was no need for this company to start a property dispute when these items had been on the property since 1971 unless the homeowner asked this of them in which the homeowner said they never did. I am writing this review for people to be wary of what could happen to you if this company does their business at your home or your neighbors home that could possibly start a huge property dispute costing you and your family 10's of thousands of dollars in the hope that they don't cost more people thousands of dollars. If nothing was ever said(which I have no idea why they would have a need to bring this up to the neighbor/homeowner) than this terrible situation would of never happened and we all could of been going about our lives like we had been since 1971 & maybe still be friends. Again, I would not recommend this company.

She told me that The World Of Tile is rated the #1 tile contractor in Sterling, VA. They've been in business since the early 1990's and all of their staff that I was involved with were an absolute joy to work with. I called them because I wanted my kitchen renovated. The person I talked to was Vanessa Nunez and she was very knowledgeable in all aspects of home remodeling. She was able to answer all of my questions from how much the materials cost to how long the process was going to take. Within 24 hours of my call into their office, I received an in-home visit from one of their representatives named Armando. He came in and did a walk-through of my kitchen. He laid out exactly what the plan would be in order to get the renovation completed. The World Of Tile was able to get my kitchen renovation done within 3 weeks, when the proposal was for 4. I was able to show off my brand new kitchen to all my family before Christmas, which was what I wanted and their prices were very affordable. I couldn't have asked for a better Christmas present. I give The World Of Tile two very big thumbs up in regards to customer service and their attention to detail. I had no problems or any surprises at the very end. The price that I was quoted at the beginning is what I ended up paying when everything was completed. I definitely recommend for anyone looking to do a home renovation project to contact The World Of Tile. The specialize in granite and marble installation, carpet and hardwood installation, kitchen and bath remodeling and a lot more. Definitely give them a call for your next project. The project was to take about 90 days to complete. After a year and a half the project was still not completed and I had to terminate their services. During tbe construction my heat pump was removed by the HVAC subcontractor for non payment. The addition was 4 inches higher than the existing structure. One bedroom was built with the existing electric meter on the bedroom wall. Contracted materials such as Anderson Doors and windows were replaced with inferior brands. Material from my trash i.e. broken boards were used as closet shelving. After I removed them from the project I spent over $500 to finish the job. One of his employees backed into my car and they refused to pay for the damage. When I finally sold the home I had to pay $1500 to have the circuit box corrected since the breakers did not match the circuit box ,a code violation. Also the a/c in the addition barely put out any air. Jack Cole stood on a chair touching the vent to try to feel cold air. Stay away from this company.
