I had to unfortunately return my tile, which I loved, to Floor and Decor because my contractor said the job I wanted to do couldn't be done. I was so disappointed. What made my disappointment easier to accept were the two employees that helped with my refund. I want to thank Stephanie, that hug really helped, and Asael for making it easier on me. They were both so sweet and obviously noticed my disappointment when I explained to them why I was returning the tile. Floor and Decor really knows how to hire the best employees. This is why I tell my friends and co-workers about my positive experiences at this location. Thank you, Stephanie, and Asael for all your help. I'll see you next time I'm in your store. read more

Floor & Decor employees were extremely helpful in helping me select floor and wall designs for my home remodel. Once completed, I had several items to return and again I was met with excellent service. I would like to thank Andrew the manager for all of his help. I highly recommend anyone doing a remodel to first check out floor and decor. read more

We just finished redoing two bathrooms using tile and materials from Floor & Decor. The employees are the best of any store, home decor or home repair that we have met. Each person was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. You could make a secondary income in training great employees. I have recommended this store to everyone I know who needs to do some work in their home. read more

Horrible, I've placed a order Friday and have been calling the place since, no one picked up the phone and it's been 2 days.. will never recommend this place to anyone ever!!!! read more

Dean was amazing to work with. He helped us locate and purchase flooring from a different store and was very knowledgeable about the product and shipping info. The store has a huge selection something for everyone. read more

I attended one of the workshops on how to lay tile and what a great job they do explaining everything. I had lots of questions and Tim McGinness answered all my questions from what mortars to use for a bathtub surround, to what tile sizes work good for a beginner or intermediate tile layer. I Highly recommend going to floor and decor before your next tile project. read more

Was denied access to the store for not wearing a mask. I am medically exempt for a list of reasons I do not feel comfortable stating nor am I required to state. It is unlawful to deny access to someone for medical or religious reasons. We used to shop here a lot and unfortunately won't be doing this anymore. read more

We were picking up two pallets of tile plus grout, thin set, etc for my mother who is have her house retiled. Love this store. I'm presently remodeling two bathrooms. Not only do you have many choices for mosaics, tiles, travertine,, marble sticks, but free designer help. My wife and I worked with Karla Eschenbacher. She made the process easy, very good at bathroom design, and fun to work with. You don't see folks spraying tile with water to see the true color, she did. I recommend this store not only for good pricing and choices but for free professional designer support. You won't find what I just mentioned at big box warehouses like Home Depot and Lowes. read more

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Floor & Decor but what made my experience so amazing is the design service provided by Christopher Cancor. He was exceptionally patient, understanding and knew how to handle my ever changing ideas. His professionalism and knowledge with tile and textures that go together helped me zero in the perfect palette. Chris was a joy to work with and stuck with me through the end .... work is now underway on my home and I couldn't have landed on my choices, which I am so happy with, without the assistance and expertise of Chris. Thank you F&D but mostly thank you Chris!!!! read more

This place is amazing! Great selection, great service, and very professional sales team. Walking in, I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the options but Matt took the time to help explain how the store was organized. He offered suggestions and stayed with me while I navigated my way through the store. He listened to me, made suggestions, and ultimately helped to keep me focused and on budget! Huge shout out to Matt for all of his assistance!!! Thank you! read more

Came in looking at laminate flooring. Nix helped us and she was amazing! Not only was she fun, she took the time to educate us on the different flooring types along with the pros/cons of each. We learned so much and it is so refreshing to have a salesperson really spend time with their customer to make certain they understand exactly what they are purchasing. Because of her we will remain loyal customers and will tell our friends to ask for her. Thank you Nix!! read more

I had an exceptional experience with Floor and Décor team! Beatriz Arizmendi went above and beyond to ensure I found the exact style of flooring I was looking for - a design I initially purchased 7 years ago & was afraid I could never find again. But she searched nationwide and made it happen. She even called her coworkers ( Mhya and Alex, whom I especially thank for their professionalism) on her day off to help me finalize the order and purchase. Nothing but great customer service in being kind and patient with my needs during this process. I can not recommend her enough. Thank you, Beatriz! read more

After going to the Tempe store and being treated very rudely, we realized that there was a store in Mesa. So we came here to this store to make our purchase for our backsplash. Rae is the one that helped us complete our order and made sure we had everything that we needed. She was very helpful and kind, such a different experience than the other store. Thank you Rae for you expertise and kindness, the store needs more employees like her. Thanks again and we will be back to the Mesa location. read more

Putting new flooring in our home and it's been a pleasure working with Sherman. He knows his stuff, didn't need my flooring guy to come with me. I've had to come back more than once when he wasn't there due to some of the other employees error. I will now only call ahead to make sure he's there before I go in. He's one of a kind, deserves to be recognized and should get a raise. read more

I ordered a granite counter top. Counter top is nice but wait time, install and cuts are terrible. On install day,, one end had not been finished. Back to shop for 5 days. Then cut out for sink is way too big and off center. Bullnose poorly done. Don't waste your money read more

This is my second time going to Floor and Decor for a bath remodel job in my home. Today I met Erin who is a designer and she was absolutely amazing. The selection is great and I love the fact that they're so close by. read more

Huge selection! I was so excited when I walked through the doors! Employees were a bit off putting. Not super helpful. The manager was nice but the others didn't seem to have much expertise. I actually ended up helping a customer when I heard her asking and employee what she needed to frame out some tile. The poor employee had no idea what a pencil line was! Anyway, I'll be back just because I love their selection and price point! read more

Great customer service! Went into the store off Hampton in Mesa on June 3rd to purchase the tile I had decided on prior to. Charolette was super friendly and helpful in helping us place the order. Today I received a thank you card from Floor and Decor. Very few businesses send thank you cards and for a store that seems as big as Floor and Decor to send a thank you card shows me how much they value their customers and the type of service they offer. Floor and Decor will be my first stop for any future flooring needs. read more

Floor and Decor rocks! Amazing selection, great prices and super helpful employees. We purchased tile and came back in for some grouting tools when we decided to go check out flooring for our new house. We asked for a flooring expert and they got us Sherman and he was fantastic. Sherman knows his stuff and made sure our questions were answered fully. Thank you Sherman!! read more

I was so excited to be able to save some money and buy my own tile. They have a good selection. But if something goes wrong with the tile don't expect anyone to help you out. Let me start by saying we re did 1800 sq ft of tile. Meaning we spend around $4k in the store in one night. We bought a gray wood/tile for all over and a porcelain MATTE white for the bathrooms and our master closet. Well the tile was installed and we found random GLOSSY tiles all over our bathroom. (and NO this is not an installer error when it's the MANUFACTURERS AND STORES job to make sure the correct tile is in the correct box!!!!!!) There were random glossy tiles not sorted through inside boxes we bought. I called and their solution was to give US the supplies to fix the tile. When I just finished paying someone over $2,000 to install the tile. What do I benefit from getting the supplies to fix it???? NOTHING, because I am now out the money to pay someone AGAIN for a mistake that WAS NOT OUR ERROR. So just be warned. If you have a problem that is THEIR ERROR, they will not help you. Only offering "supplies" and creating more work for you. read more

Shamara helped us with our bathroom remodel questions and selections last week at the Tempe store. We needed a few more decorative edges; we returned and asked an associate to check for us...he looked for 10 minutes but he said they were out of that style (should have found Shamara as soon as we walked in!). We saw Shamara, she remembered us and went and found the only remaining box in 45 seconds, saving us a drive to Glendale! Do yourself a favor, walk in the door and ask for Shamara!! Ric B read more

Today I had a wonderful experience. I came today to place an order for tile for my bathroom. It was suggested by my contractor to not only use this store but to see Jessica and she would take care of me. He was correct, because it is obvious Jessica enjoys her job. This store never answers their phones. God forbid the employees actually help you. Can't find anyone to assist and when you ask for help they come up with some lame excuse that they can't pull a new pallet of Marble because it will take them 1/2 an hour to be able to do that and they can't put out a new pallet until all the pieces are sold... mind you, all the 9 pieces they have on the floor, are scratched and can't be polished so good luck finding a buyer to buy the scratched up Marble. I had to drive all the way to Tempe and they did pull the pallet out and they let me hand pick the pieces I needed to finish our bathroom remodel. This store has lazy employees. Thumbs down. read more

Buyer beware. Decided to give them a second try. Spent a good deal of time looking online before making a store visit. Found the perfect tile after much searching when I logged into the Mesa store at Floor and Decor. However, after talking to one of the Pro's (designers), the tile is only available somewhere in the South. If I wanted that tile I would have to order from them and pay for shipping expenses from the South! The pro designer told me that they do not agree with the store policy about "putting everything online even when it's unavailable." "Customers come into the store expecting to find a tile and we can't get it." So don't waste your time bothering to even look online. If the item is unavailable then it should not be on the website - especially when logging into Mesa (local) store. They do no shipping free of charge store to store even if the item is part of their inventory but is out-of-stock! Returning to Monterey Tile in Mesa - the inventory is not nearly as large but the customer service and store policy is far superior. read more
