And three faucets not correctly spaced? One maybe but all 3? We are now having trouble picking out fixtures because of the odd distances between handles. No apologies just excuses! When we initially had our bathroom remodeled, everything seemed great. We were happy with the finished product and had no complaints about the installation. Unfortunately, about four months after the remodel, we started noticing mold growing in and underneath the caulk along the entire bottom perimeter of the shower, where the walls meet the shower base. This is especially concerning because this is a brand-new bathroom installation. The caulk is still firmly attached, yet mold is appearing underneath and throughout the bottom seam. At the very least, I expect Five Star to come out, inspect the installation, determine what is causing the problem, and properly correct it. The worst part of this experience has been the complete lack of customer service after the sale. I have called the Arlington location multiple times asking for someone to come out and inspect the issue under the warranty. I have not been given an appointment or even received a meaningful response. I also contacted the company's national customer-service/sales line, only to be told that all they could do was send another message to the Arlington office. I then sent a formal written warranty request by email, and I still received no response. That is unacceptable. Five Star advertises a lifetime warranty and emphasizes that its warranty is locally serviced. When you spend a significant amount of money on a professionally installed bathroom, you shouldn't have to repeatedly call, email, and chase the company down just to get someone to acknowledge a problem only four months after installation. I am extremely disappointed--not necessarily because something went wrong, because problems can happen with any installation, but because Five Star has shown virtually no urgency or accountability in addressing the problem. I sincerely hope someone eventually takes responsibility and comes out to inspect and properly resolve this. If they do, I will gladly update this review to reflect how the situation was handled. For now, however, I cannot recommend Five Star Bath Solutions of Arlington based on my experience with their post-installation warranty service and customer support.

I know it's the holidays but this seems like a normal Sunday to them. Starting from getting my basket outside to get it in the store and seeing a barbecue restaurant in the store. A car wash on the property with a gas station on the property. This is an all-in-one grocery store food chain. I see it's very popular here in Texas and this is my first time truly experiencing the H-E-B moment. Really some of the highlights is they have a lot of people checking you out. It's actually real people, they have baggers that bag your grocery up. They will help escort you to your vehicle. This is old school customer service type grocery store and the prices are just the same as anywhere else if not a better deal. I definitely understand why my sister, friends and family have all talked so good about this store and I am proud to see them in the DFW area growing tremendously. Please keep up the good work. In these days of A.I. and everything artificial. It's excellent to see a store doing this type of service in the community.

I've used them several times over the years. They did a good job of sourcing the marble needed to blend in with what was already there. On the house I sold, I looked it over pretty good, and was happy that I saw straight grout lines. No little chips in the marble anywhere, it was a good job. They get in and get work done. I've never had any problem with them flaking out on when they are supposed to show up for work. They have most of the stuff prepared, so when they get there, it's more a matter of installing it, and not spending time "trying to get stuff to fit". The guys that have done work have always been nice, and they've answered any questions or concerns I had, even when I was probably just being an idiot about what I was asking. Last time I used them, they had just moved to a place in Burleson where they said they opened a showroom. I didn't go out there to look, but this was a couple of years ago. Also, I happened to be talking to the owner last time and found out they also do a lot of subcontracting work. I haven't needed anything like that, but I wouldn't hesitate to call and ask them in the future if I needed anything. Been happy with all the work they've done.

I never got a solid plan, they hard-sold me high, promising we would reduce it, just to make me sign the contract. (my first mistake) Of course, those meetings to discuss my priorities and reduce the budget, never came. My dream wasn't realized as they either vetoed, forgot or bumbled each feature of my design. Examples: I have a wavy wall, it took them days to correct the paint throughout the house, they flat refused to match my craftsman trim, they forgot my vented kitchen hood, vetoed my transom (they don't even know what that is), failed plumbing inspection three times and nearly blew up my house. (I'm not embellishing) Had to install the cabinets twice (ordered incorrectly and hung at the wrong height), the rough plumbing is so poorly done that the knobs don't sit right and turn lop-sided; failed to contain the renovation dust which covered even stuff inside cabinets and drawers throughout the house. The cleaning crew came multiple times and I still had to hire my own at a cost of $360, to get all the ceiling fans, fixtures, floors, etc. finally clear of dust and paint splatters. They scratched my hardwoods and damaged my stove. To top it off, they stopped paying the subs and one of them put a lien on my house, EVEN though, i was up to date on my payment arrangement. (Yes, that's totally legal, for some reason!) The drama continues as I need help correcting some issues that i don't feel I should have to live with. Shower, tub, floors, tile, lighting, electrical, tile, fans/vents, painting and more. I give them my highest recommendation. See before and after photos. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.
