Supply problems have hurt their inventory. A bigger problem is the lack of any support. They are understaffed for anyone to help. The online help is useless. They do no answer the phone for questions. read more

From the first time we stepped into this store, we had an awesome experience! Building a house, we had a lot to figure out, and our builder actually sent us to another store we had a bad experience at. At Floor and Decor, Umi was the first employee to help us, and he was amazing--always with a cheerful attitude and safely wearing his mask. He clearly knew the products, and answered so many questions. After multiple trips, we also talked with the manager, Eamon, and he was just as helpful and knowledgeable. We got some fabulous deals, and felt confident in the decisions we were making. We were matched up with Idola in the design department, and she helped us bring all the ideas together. We must have been in there 8-10 times over the course of a month, and each time these staff remembered us, were extremely helpful, and we can't thank them enough for their enthusiasm and support in making decisions for our new home. There is such a variety of options at different price points--seems there's something available for everyone. With helpful employees like Umi, Eamon, and Idola, our experience was a great one. Thanks! read more

Had an amazing & very productive experience working with Rebecca today. She's extremely helpful & reassured me that I had made the right selections for tile and other products needed to decorate our new home. read more

The manager Craig LoMonaco was amazing. I had no idea what I was doing and he helped me figure out exactly what I needed!

Great pricing, excellent selection. If you're shopping at Home Depot, you're paying too much for a selection that is not as up to date. The products at floor and decor are high quality, many meet California environmentally friendly/healthy standards and the styles are very current. The store is clean and the service is good. read more

I was looking for tile to redo my upstairs bathroom. Home Depot and Lowes just didn't have what I wanted. I found Floor and Decor online, and went to their nearby store in Devon. What a revelation! They had a better selection of tile for my bathroom walls and floor, with prices lower than Home Depot and Lowes. My sales associate, Ingrid, was really great. She was knowledgeable and took the time to find out what I liked, and showed me their wide selection. She really went the extra mile. With lower prices and greater selection, why would anyone want to go to the home improvement store? Floor and Decor was definitely worth the trip. read more

The customer service that I've experienced at this location of Floor & Decor is second to none. I have consistently experienced friendly, fast, and knowledgeable service. From the manager down, the staff at the store seem to really care about the customer experience. Tyshiana Carter is by far, the best designer I've ever worked with during the whole house renovation that is underway at my home. She is a great listener. She took time to understand my style, and then went to work showing me samples that matched it. On top of it all, her taste is exquisite. I wish she could be a partner in every renovation that I do. read more

This place is truly awful. I placed my order and received word only half came in. We picked up half of the order. Now I have been told THREE TIMES the remainder of the order is there and every single time I pay my contractor to pick the order up no one has any knowledge of the order, they can't find the order, and do not even have any of the material in stock! I can't get a refund because they have to "confirm I did not receive the order before they can agree to refund me" and they already REVIEWED VIDEO FOOTAGE TO CONFIRM. The only reason I sent the contractor for the THIRD time to get it was because they reviewed footage from our first pick up and confirmed we didn't receive the rest of the tile. Never in my life have I ever experienced something like this. We build and renovate many homes and I've never experienced this type of behavior/customer service. I'd order from Home Depot vs using them again and that's saying a lot. Customer service is non existent because you will call twenty times before you can reach someone on the phone. I'm truly in disbelief at this point. Go anywhere else to get your tile/flooring it's not worth the headache. Mistakes happen I get that, but customer service is everything. Putting your customers through this to simply get product they have paid for is not a good look for the company. No one shows up three times and calls this many times over product they have not paid for. Unreal read more

Lola helped us tonight she was so sweet and helpful. We bought porcelain tile for our kitchen! We first stopped at Floors USA but the salesman was unhelpful and disinterested. So glad we chose Floor & Decor! read more

Avoid this place. #1 The shopping cart does not work. #2 They do not answer phones, I have tied for more than 2 hours now.

I buy all of my products at the Moorestown location. Had to use Devon for some tile and a huge order of flooring and the communication in there is nonexistent. Been trying to the get the delivery for weeks. Totally understand that things happen, but they should probably get back to me when they say they are going to. Not me chasing for answers. read more

Sales reps apparently accidentally cancelled order for needed special order stair nose which they had me switch to more expensive flooring as it was the only one available with this stair nose. Called store after 3 weeks, they said it was in. When I went to pick it up I was sent to a desk where I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to come. Then they said it was not there and order was cancelled, but it would need to be special ordered again at additional cost even though it was their error. Meanwhile the floor remains unfinished awaiting these necessary parts. I'll need to replace part of the floor by time it comes. They also charged an additional $20 freight for this 1lb piece. Their corporate just be so cheap, the manager offered me a returned unmatching piece as a temporary fix free of charge. They would not give the matching piece for free even though it was their error after spending over $2500 on flooring! read more

I went to Floor and Decor in Devon to shop for tile for our new walk-in shower. Jose in the tile department was wonderful to work with. He took his time showing me samples from many of the natural stone tile options they have there. He really knows his inventory and stock trends which can vary from lot to lot. Murray in tile also helped me pick a mosaic floor tile and he was wonderful too. The staff at the Devon location of Floor and Decor is great all around! read more

So I wrote about poor quality of product. The store merchandise manger posted, they were sorry and wanted to contact me through pm. I send my cell back and heard nothing. Buyer beware, price is good but product poor! They front was they care. Reality.... they got my money and I have a 5k (plus 5k for install) terrible floor. read more

I called the Devon PA location at 10:40am on Saturday May 1st to check the status of an order that I could not find tracking on-line for.. I pressed 2 for the laminate flooring department. A girl answered and said hold please, then immediately put me on hold. I was on hold for 8 minutes before calling from another phone at the same time. Again the same girl picked up and said hold. I called from a 3rd phone and this time it just continued to ring. My initial call was still holding and after 15 minutes I hung. I tried again 30 minutes later and again, the same lazy ass, inconsiderate girl answered and again put me on hold. Whoever is answering for laminate flooring on Saturday at 10:40 am should be fired. The worst customer relation is one of no relation at all. I am a HIC and never again will I waste my time at this store. Corporate, if you're reading this, money lost. East coast Flooring, Carpet One, Floor Coverings International. Bob Wagner's Flooring, East Coast Flooring. That's just to name a few. Your help sucks F&D! read more

Went here today to buy supplies for 2 bathroom remodels. Had no idea what we wanted when we walked in and 2 hours later we had everything we needed!! Murray was a huge help with everything!!! He helped us plan and took us through the process one step at a time so it was not overwhelming. Would definitely recommend this store and Murray's expertise! read more

has a great selection and fantastic customer service. The store is clean and very shoppable. Prices are probably the best around.

Joanne took excellent care of us. If she's any example of the customer service there, I'll be back!

Great store and customer service...Alexis B was the best. She always has a smile and remembers us every time we walk into the store.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I challenge would-be customers to call the Devon PA store first at (610) 232-4848 before even considering making a purchase. No one EVER answers the phone or returns calls. I found this out the hard way after driving 50 minutes from my home to make a major purchase of tile and supplies. Once alerted via email that my order was ready my son drove another 50 minutes to pick it up. After being forced to wait over an hour he was told all of my full order was not even in! After calling repeatedly for over a week I finally called the Morristown store where the phone was answered immediately. Thanks to a consumer-conscious manager named Sky ( who confessed even her store associates can't reach the Devon location by phone), she sent an email to management there. A manager finally did attempt to help but long story short, I never got the supplies that the manager said would be shipped to me. My contractor went to a totally different store for grout and other items needed to complete the job. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THE DEVON STORE- YOU WILL BE FRUSTRATED AND VERY DISAPPOINTED! read more

We visited Floor and Decor today. We had the help of Jose. He clearly was a great asset to this company. He helped us every step of the way and we felt he gave us great customer service. He even loaded our vehicle with our tile. Afterward, we tried tipping him. He refused to take it and said he wasn't allowed to take it. We definitely recommend this company. Thank you to Jose for all of your help. read more

Today was my first time to this store! I walked in with my mom and we were greeted with nothing but smiles and helpful people! It is so clean in this store and easy to navigate. Great selection of flooring, tiles and priced way below Lowe's and Home Depot. I will never buy these items from any other store. The tile I wanted for my shower was sold out and was at another location. The other location had them and I was able to pre pay and go right to the other store and pick it up! There was one specialist in the Devon store that made this experience seamless and enjoyable, her name is TYSHIANA CARTER-SMALLS!!! This designer not only came back to where I was to see if I needed help but she explained types of tile, how to maintain and clean them, and made me feel taken care of! She held the tile while we walked around looking at accents to go with it. She called the other location, ensured I was buying enough and took me to a different check out lane so I didn't have to wait in line! Whoever manages and trains at this store does an amazing job because they hire good people who actually care! I feel that ms. Carter-smalls is on her way to do amazing things! At the jersey location, Juan helped me and loaded the tile in my car. He was so nice and I barely had to wait 5 minutes from the time I walked in with the receipt. Overall this was by far the best customer service experience I have had in a long time! Thank you! read more

Floor & Decor - Home Decor Near Me - Devon, Pennsylvania

I purchased a similar product from lumber liquidators. Saved 1000's! My floor is beautiful. Floor and decor needed to order my floor into the store. They said it would cost ME $500 for them to get the floor to their store in Wayne and then I would need to pick it up or pay for delivery?! What? Why not deliver to my home if you are charging me an extra $500 for delivery to your store? Anyway, I moved on. My lumber liquidators floors are lovely!! read more

Barton was extremely helpful and attentive when we came in looking for new tile for our salon renovation. He recommended sturdy flooring at a reasonable price. Even if he didn't know an answer to one of my many questions, he asked someone and educated himself. read more

My experience at this particular Floor and Decor was so wonderful because of one person, Umi. He catered to me for two hours, never changing his sweet disposition. He personally went through approximately 15 boxes of marble 12x12 tile, just so I could have the perfect color combination. He never made me feel like a bother and treated me like I was a VIP. He made me want to spend my money there. Do yourself a favor and give this store a visit, but ask for Umi. It will restore your faith in great customer service. read more

We love our new floors from floor and decor but fyi when they say it takes 2-10 business days for your floors to come in, they mean 20 business days. We were in a time crunch and purchased these floors for our new house. At checkout they told us 2-10 days which swayed our decision to go through floor and decor. Now because of the delay, we are living in a construction zone until out floors can be finished. I asked numerous times for a manager to call me back to be compensated for this inconvenience but this company does not seem to keep their customer's experience in their best interest. Hope others have a better time trying to get their floors in a timely manner. read more

Went there to look for stair treads, I was directed to them but with very little assistance, One manager was in the middle of training employees and tried to answer my questions but ended up calling another manager to help me. My question was whether they had hardwood flooring to match the stair treads. he basically told me to look around and see how big the store was and it would take time to find flooring that may or may not match. I came home to look on line and found they did in fact carry the exact match to the stair tread I was purchasing. He was rude and completely disinterested. Not sure how this company treats or trains employees but they really need to do something. read more

Stopped at floor and decor today to pick up materials that have been difficult to locate. I was assisted by Alexis as well as another coworker I cannot remember her name. They were absolutely amazing. They have coordinated and met all of my needs starting by a phone call the other day. And between the two girls up front and their manger they were able to get me everything I needed and then some. I definitely recommend making his specific location your first stop. Everyone from shipping to managment was welcoming and knowledgeable. read more

We are having our basement finished and this store was recommended to us. After visiting the store and speaking with an employee who was extremely helpful my wife and I were told that if the flooring we chose was not in stock they could order it and it would be in within a few days. After deciding in the flooring I called and ordered and was told that it was not in stock. I was then told it would take two weeks for the flooring and three weeks for the stair tread to come in. A huge difference in time frame from what we were told in the store. Well more than two weeks has passed since placing the order and when I called to check in the status of my order I was told that only half was picked and they had no idea when the full order would be ready. Our contractor is delaying finishing the job due to this huge inconvenience. I have now tried to call the store on three separate occasions to check in the status again and it seems like either no one is working or they don't know how to answer a phone. Each time I have sat and listened to the phone ring for over five minutes without anyone answering. After spending $2500 with the store I would expect better customer service or at the very least someone to answer a damn phone. This is the first and last time we will do business with this store. read more

JoAnn Bunton went out of her way to help me when I couldn't find the tiles that I needed for my kitchen. If you would like a place that totally wastes your time - then this is the place for you. No one knows what they are talking about.

They do have nice tile and flooring, however they are the least helpful employees and least knowledgeable people about flooring. I am a novice with DIY flooring and needed a new floor for my basement. They sold me aquaguard vinyl flooring saying it was the best product on the market... it was impossible to install and broke so easily. I returned it and opted for tile. I went with wood look tile. After I bought it, it went down in price and they wouldn't refund me the difference. I also asked an associate what size spacers to use. He sold us 1/16th inch spacers. Our floor is now completely messed up and we almost had to rip it up. We had a pro come look at it who said floor and decor absolutely never should have sold us such small spacers to beginner floorers. It is making things so difficult. I am back at the store today though to buy grout for when the floor project is finished and I have waited in the aisle for over 30 minutes and no associated has come to help me. There are also NO associates available to help. I have seen 4 people working in this huge store read more
