Our kitchen was already designed, but had we needed them, they do offer full design services. We worked with Juan, who was very helpful in going over every detail, and making sure our cabinets fit the design specs to the inch. He also went over details like hinges, soft close slides, and heavy duty slides for those large cabinet drawer things, for plates. He helped us with a lot of details we would not have known to check. He also had some tricks of the trade, like getting a nice large size trash-drawer with a trash can that fits a full kitchen bag, and then using the same thing for recycling too. (A lot of people we know have kitchen remodels with undersized trash cans, and it is so annoying.) Juan was really keen on every little detail, and he was really kind and helpful about making sure we went over what we would have impatiently dismissed, and regretted later. When we wanted to add something after placing the order, he was on call to get it done, and made sure everything was still available on time. They called when our order was ready, and delivered to our home with fast and friendly service. We even had a minor complaint, which was directed at the manufacturer of our cabinets and not Malvern Kitchen & Bath, which was that they did not supply us with enough little rubber bumper things to keep the doors and drawers from rubbing the frames. No problem. Malvern Kitchen & Bath didn't want us to wait for the manufacturer to send something, so they furnished all the bumpers we needed, at no charge. It was really a nice touch. Later, we decided to adjust a part of the kitchen, and Juan was able to order us the cabinet part we needed, with no issues. It came quickly and all went smoothly as usual. Malvern Kitchen & Bath is in a converted house, on 30 across from Berwyn Pizza. They have it set up as a showroom with kitchen and bathroom room models, and samples all over. It is organized, clean, and attractive. They have some beautiful brands on display, and some very luxe options on everything kitchen and bath. (We loved the "Plain and Fancy" cabinets, which had inset doors and drawers, and some beautiful primitive finishes... dreaming of the next kitchen already!) They are very professional, offer very fair and reasonable pricing, and can give you as much or as little service as desired, everything from taking over until you have a turnkey space, to a-la-carte ordering one item at a time. Great experience with these professionals!

We were extremely clear that the seating needed to be unobstructed--essentially, a counter-height table extension from the cabinets. The final design we approved included an apron, but no measurements were provided to explain how it would impact stool clearance. The rendering even showed five stools at the island, which gave us confidence that it would work as intended. Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. Because of a poorly designed apron, it is physically impossible to fit standard counter-height stools under the island. The clearance is so low that no stool exists that both fits under the island and allows you to sit and eat comfortably. In other words, the centerpiece of our kitchen--the island seating--is a total failure. It is appalling that a professional kitchen designer would overlook such a basic and critical detail. We assumed we could trust her expertise, but that assumption has left us with an island that cannot function as designed and no reasonable options to fix it without a major renovation. If you are considering working with this company, be warned: do not assume the designer has considered the practical details. Double-check every measurement yourself, because we learned the hard way that they do not.

When we received the design and estimates, we did get a sticker-shock with respect to the markups of the costs. Based on our designer/contractor interactions, however, we were still considering Reico, even with the markups! But, the level of responsiveness dropped dramatically. Before we knew it, we were informed that our designer (the great lady) was "no longer with the company" and I now have all these spam-type calls from random people I don't know at Reico. Rude.

Our primary objective was the highest quality work that would preserve the historical aspect of the home, but fully modernized and at the lowest reasonable cost. Nearly three years since we engaged them and we continue to feel like that was the best decision we could have possibly made. The essential things that made this experience wonderful for us, particularly as first-time home renovators, were the detailed planning and rigorous project management, the quality of craftsmanship and expert network, and the incredibly warm professionalism and care of the team. In sum, they delivered below our initial cost projections and ahead of time -- nearly the opposite of all the horror stories we've heard about some of the other crews. In the beginning, it was a very difficult decision to choose Pine Street. Their cost projections were higher than their competitors by A LOT. I nearly dismissed them because of it. But the level of detail and thoughtfulness in the bid really won me over. When I questioned competitors about some of the detail included in the PS bid, they would always respond that if that happened, they would need to increase costs, etc. It really made me worry about what final costs would eventually be and I ultimately chose PS for their transparency and integrity. Perhaps the best element of the entire project was the onsite project manager. This is a person who will be your main point of contact throughout, who will have all of the answers and will ultimately know your home better than you do. This is an enormous gift and a real relief in what would otherwise be a stressful time. Ours would call us proactively, make great suggestions and recommendations (things that you just don't know as you begin, but that are revealed as you get started). For example, he had a piece of reclaimed barn wood in his garage that he used as an accent piece in a stairwell or, in another case, was able to use parts of the existing rafters as trim in the bedroom. These little things feel brilliant when you're trying to preserve the feel of the home and keep costs low -- and these are simply things we never could have anticipated in the planning stage. This role in your remodel can really magnify the experience as a client. Another aspect to consider is that Pine Street has cultivated a network of people they trust over years of experience and working together. Every single person who came through our house was knowledgeable, respectful and responsive. The team would not have allowed it to be any other way. Further, at the end of the project, they gave us a portfolio of contact information for each person that had worked on the house, so if anything goes wrong or we need some additional work, we have a network of folks that know the house and that we know we can trust (and who, by the way, will be very quick to respond out of respect for their relationship with Pine Street). Finally, the part that is hardest to articulate, is the warm professionalism that the team brings. You'll feel it first with Brendon when you call with your first inquiry, but you'll leave feeling nearly astonished that the entire team carries it forward: problems will be addressed and solved before you even hear about them; the site will be clean at the end of every day without fail; the team will stop what they're doing when you enter to make sure you can see and understand the steps that are being taken (and they never got impatient with our very frequent visits). Again, all things we didn't know before we started but ended up defining the quality of our experience. It is an important decision to choose the right partner in these efforts. I can get easily stressed out by the volume of decisions that need to be made and was vigilant about costs and timing. The Pine Street team exceeded most of our expectations and left us knowing we made absolutely the right decision.

This was a big project organizing lots of materials, people--including us, the clients and juggling unexpected structural issues, so of course there were a few minor hiccups along with way and the project took a bit longer than initially expected, but this was in part because of change orders we made. All in all, a great experience. This was our first renovation and it was as painless as you can get. We've been recommending Pine Street for the high quality, good design suggestions and smooth process.

We purchased two onyx countertops from Colonial Marble & Granite in February 2026 and the…read moreexperience has been disappointing. After selecting our remnant, we were rushed into choosing our templates prior to the installation the following day. When I noticed a spot marked with a green X, I was assured it was a small hole that would be filled with epoxy and we would never notice it. We moved forward based on that assurance. When the counters were installed, we found 10 to 15 visibly mismatched epoxy repairs and a noticeable scratch. The one repair I had specifically asked about was the worst of all. A technician came out the following week, acknowledged the repairs didn't match, and admitted our salesperson should have disclosed them -- but suggested most predated Colonial's purchase of the stone, meaning we were sold a heavily repaired remnant with zero disclosure. What followed has been four months of inexcusable customer service. I called 3 to 5 times per week and almost never heard back. When I finally reached Wendy in management on April 2, 2026, she was unaware of key details and said she'd follow up with the service department. It is now June 1, 2026, and I have not received a single callback since. I want to be fair: the counters themselves are beautiful, and every service technician who came to our home was professional and exceptional. This is purely a failure of customer service at the management level. We live 45 minutes away and have busy lives, but we are now left with no choice but to drive there in person just to find someone willing to speak with us. We were prepared to give Colonial more of our business. Instead, we have been ignored for months over an issue that -- at least in part -- was clearly their responsibility. The lack of basic decency in returning a customer's call is something I never expected from a professional company. I would urge anyone considering Colonial Marble & Granite to think carefully before trusting them with a significant purchase.

Even the "organic" section didn't inspire confidence and looked questionable at best. Noticeably better quality for organic at similar or lower prices at Aldi or Lidl. The worst part was the raspberries: every single one of the four containers I bought had mold growing in the bottom layers. That's not a minor quality issue - that's outright unacceptable for produce being sold for consumption. At that price point, it would have been more cost-effective to buy fewer, higher-quality containers at Whole Foods rather than four unusable ones Overall, the produce quality is extremely poor and freshness seems like an afterthought. You see back in the day Aaron O. came up with a Philly Yelp drinking game where people would have to drink whenever a certain Yelper said something on a thread or review. While I don't remember too many of the details for others I definitely remember that people had to drink whenever I talked about Clark Park. While I had a good laugh and told him that it would probably give some people a good buzz, I also said that people would get a lot more hammered if they had to drink whenever I referred to myself in the first person as McThrill. I'm sure you can figure out where this is going. But after giving a good 25 minutes of deliberation as to what 700 was going to be, and realizing that Flea Market season in Clark Park is kicking off again, I figured why not and decided to make this review a little more optionally interactive. And that's why this review is going to be done to the tone of a drinking game -1-! The rules are pretty simple since they only involve drinking whenever "Clark Park" and "McThrill" is typed from this point forward. Have fun and remember to forward any cheers and hangover jeers towards Aaron for giving me such a silly idea in the first place. And now without further adieu I bid you Kanpai - It's no secret that McThrill(1) loves Clark Park(2). He has already dropped reviews on Clark Park(3), The Clark Park(4) Dog Bowl, and The Clark Park(5) Farmer's Market. You'll also find many instances of McThrill(6) declaring his love for Clark Park(7) in the talk threads. But McThrill(8) decided to save the best thing for last, because next to it's amazing fests like Best Fest, the flea market might just be the best thing about Clark Park(9). McThrill(10) loves running around the park in search of sweet used books and clothes to give a new home too. But McThrill(11) especially loves the fact the Beautiful World Syndicate hooks Clark Park(12) up with it's vast selection of vinyl, CDs, and movies. And don't make McThrill(13) get started on the incredible steals he has gotten on things like a coffeemaker ($1!) and a Foreman Grill ($8!). Throw in the colorful assortment of regular vendors, and the interesting cause that it supports, and it goes without saying that McThrill(14) loves the Clark Park(15) Flea Market! -1- Drinking isn't really encouraged for this review and it's all in good fun. But if you decide to have fun and drink responsibly.

Wonderful Staff While I had an idea what I was looking for, I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the store and the selections. While perusing the aisles of tiles, Lola introduced herself to see if we needed any help. I explained that I was 'just looking' but she gave me her card and said if I needed anything to let her know. Five minutes later, I was wheeling my cart to her desk, and she was able to locate the additional tiles that I needed. She then called over Richard (don't call me Michael) Cuevas, for help with grout choices. Lola had an idea which was perfectly fine, until Richard was able to show a sparkle grout that will blend both the areas of floor and shower and bring out the best of the tile. It was only a few minutes later, that I was crashing the cart into Sean ( don't call me Stuart) Larkin's aisle. Seriously, maybe flags or curb feelers on the front of the carts, so we stop banging up the store. He was very affable, and I thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed my shopping trip to the store and interactions with three employees. My husband was delighted that " I didn't take 3 hours, and I take longer to shop for groceries," and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. Well done all the way around. Thank you. read more

My husband and I had a project that we were undecided on whether we would be doing it ourselves or hiring a third party. After visiting the Floor and Decor in Devon it was a simple decision, we were going to tackle this together! We had the pleasure of meeting the CEM of the store which was a nice surprise, more times often than not the hire ups of in retail aren't willing to interact with "simple shoppers". We quickly got to know Mr. Maxwell and what it is to be a CEM! He paired us up with Matt C. in the tile department, who was an absolute DELIGHT to work with, extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and so willing to help us with something we had no idea how to start. My husband and I left feeling like we could do this without a hiccup and if we stumbled upon something unexpected the staff at Floor and Decor in Devon would be there for us. I ordered 2000 lbs of tile delivered to my home and it came damaged due to a packaging error. Mr. Molloy, the store manager, was very understanding and agreed to provide a full refund. There were some account glitches which ended with me getting a refund for the tile but not the shipping. I contacted Mr. Molloy and he easily agreed to refund the shipping costs, but due to a lower management error the refund was not processed. I believed the store just didn't want to refund me for the shipping so I wrote a review on Yelp. That is when Mr. Molloy realized that a mistake had been overlooked, which initiated a phone call directly to my home to rectify the error. In fact, the refund was processed two days before the phone call to establish a positive customer relationship when we spoke again. Nicely done Mr. Molloy. I blindly made a design consultant appointment to review tile selections for a bathroom renovation. I was blown away with the professional and friendly customer service I received. I met with Michael Rossi. He was so very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I also chatted with some of the other consultants, and they were just as personable & professional. Michael reviewed my project and asked a lot of questions to understand my style, budget and daily use of the space. He gave many suggestions especially things I didn't even think about (ie., types of tile for the floor so it isn't so slippery). The prices were great too; I have shopped at other big name floor stores and they fall short in price and service to Floor & Decor. I was in the Devon store two times today. Earlier to select back splash samples to bring home, the second time to purchase. Both times Ron John happened to greet me with a smile and a compliment. I needed to ensure quantity of the samples I was choosing and he stood alongside my cashier, equally helpful, and ensured quantities, making the sale speed by. When I returned, he asked if he could help me, grabbed a cart and made sure I didn't lift or move anything too heavy. He was friendly and professional, taking his time with the schlucter sizes of need as he knew the job was happening tomorrow and there was no room for error. We can't say enough good things about this store, its selection, and most importantly, its employees. We have been working on multiple projects and for each one we have been offered the help we needed to find the supplies we wanted. A huge shout out to Jamar and JoAnn who spent several hours with us on one particular visit, helping us find the right travertine tiles to coordinate with tiles we already had and helping us create the perfect design using those tiles; even going as far as creating a mini model of the bathroom so we could see how the pattern would work around the shower, vanity, etc. Another shoutout to Sean and Murray who have also been super helpful on many of our other trips. Let me start off by saying my experience at the Floor and Décor in Moorestown NJ was terrible because I asked a sales associate for assistance and no one helped me after waiting for about 30 mins. I then went to the Devon location and was asked if I needed help within 2 mins of walking in. I needed help with panel ledger and an associate by the name of Jose was extremely helpful. He helped me find exactly what I needed and also estimated the amount of material I will need and even help me find the right flooring for my home improvement project. The store manager checked on me at least twice during my time there too. I highly suggest going to the Floor and Décor in Devon and I promise you it will be an awesome experience. read more

We had an amazing experience at the Devon location with some of the best customer service we've had. My partner and I were told that a tile was out of stock until November but Pablo tried to show us some that would be similar for our kitchen. We found a few we liked but none like the one we originally liked. We only needed 1 tile for the time being to match countertops, paint, etc. so he thought that maybe there would be some behind the shelving. I stopped in to get a reasonably priced floor for a rental property. They had a huge selection to choose from which made it difficult to choose. So I went to the pro desk to get some guidance. Michael Lando was more than willing to help me choose the right floor for my remodeling project. He was very friendly and knowledgeable He took the time to explain the difference between each type of laminate flooring. Michael helped make the process one of the easiest experience I ever had in a big box store. Not only did he help me get it to the check out counter he came outside with me and helped load the 30 boxes into my suv. Went into the store for the first time looking like a deer in headlights. What an incredible selection. The absolute best part is the service. Ryan (RT) was amazing. His product knowledge and helpful personality made our overwhelming trip an absolute pleasure. Ryan went above and beyond and made us feel confident with every purchase (and we have a lot to get). Had a great experience today in the Devon store. The pencil tile I had ordered for a bathroom job has been delayed due to the storms last week and delivery is not expected for at least two weeks. So I worked with Emily to pick a new trim. She took the time and effort to bring and open several boxes to help find the right shade to match my tiles. She went above and beyond and took an extended time with me, and even missed her lunch break. I have also previously worked with Lola to help pick out wall tile and flooring and have been pleased with the customer support I have received. read more

I am a designer and I have used Floor and Decor for tile selection in about 20 bathrooms at this point. I keep going back because of the amazing service. Blake, Craig, and all of the employees at this store couldn't be more friendly and helpful. They have been available for assistance via text, email, and phone calls on week days and week ends. If I need to quote out a large project at the last minute they can do it. The prices of the products are ridiculously inexpensive for the level of service that I have received. We have spent so many hours in so many stores trying to select tile for our master bath. We walked in today, spent a little over an hour with Richard and selected every piece of tile we will need. I cannot say enough good things about Richard. He really listened to us and was so knowledgeable. I was amazed at his ability to bring our vision to life. Just wanted to mention what a great help Richard Cuevas was to us yesterday with purchasing kitchen and powder room flooring and kitchen backsplash. We really had no idea of what we wanted, but brought a sample of our counter top and he took it from there. I had a great experience a few weeks ago. Your outside pro sales manager Craig LoMonaco stopped by our job site in King Of Prussia while we were building a deck. He brought up ice cold waters and Floor & Decor tshirts. We typically do exterior work but we have done some flooring and used your store. Love the service the selection and the price. I had a great experience while at Floor and Decor in Devon,PA. I spoke with Bill Maxwell about the product in deco and was amazed at the prices and selection. He was working with what seemed like newer associates whom were getting some training there. I have to say that this store was very well organized and the staff was extremely friendly.
