Once again was looking for a mattress for another child of mine. Already had financing through a third party and unfortunately my only local option was Mattress Firm. When we got there (same salesmen too...ugh) I informed him I had financing and would be using Apple Pay in order to use it. Told him a budget and as a typical salesmen tried to get us out of that range. Can't blame him for that but to do it by trying to make me feel like a horrible mother by saying things like "I'm sure you want your son to get a good nights sleep" "He needs rest for school" and when I told him my son doesn't spend many nights at home because he is almost 20 and probably sleeps on couches and floors so doesn't need a crazy expensive mattress "well when he is home don't you want him to get a good nights sleep so he doesn't wake up sore and tired if he is sleeping on floors". The way he kept going on and on about what seemed to be my lack of concern for my son.... not cool. I wouldn't be there getting him a mattress if I didn't have concerns. Anyway, we finally find a mattress at my price point. I'm ready to pay. Oh wait, they don't take Apple Pay. What? Wasn't that one of the first things I said to you? I needed to pay that way. So he proceeds to get me financing through them. Comes up with a payment of an amount that I had repeatedly said was more than I wanted to spend per month. Repeatedly said it. To him and aloud to my husband. Was this guy not listening to me at all tonight? We were the only customers there. So I say forget the deal on this expensive mattress I'll take the other one we talked about. Oh nope... we can't finance that one. It's not expensive enough. OMG. I wasted close to 1 1/2 hours at this place with a salesmen that was awful last time I dealt with him (that time we went across the street and got a mattress) because he lacks the ability to listen. Had he told me they don't take Apple Pay when we walked in the doors we could have avoided all this wasted time. Had he listened when I told him I did not want my monthly payments to be that high...I wouldn't be so frustrated with this place, and him. Never again. I'm the idiot for thinking I could go in there and have a different experience then I did the first time. This guy needs to find a new career or put on his listening cap... or maybe both. I would like to add we stopped into our favorite mattress store across the street from this place first to see if they took Apple Pay, and our favorite salesmen Andrew was there and knew immediately that they did not. Bummer. That's a man that knows his job and place of employment.

We needed something larger for our growing family, and while we considered a custom set, we went with the Modular One since it was available right away. Unfortunately, I regret this decision. Within just a few weeks, one of the buttons on the back popped off. To Raymour's credit, the service team came quickly, and the repair was done on July 15. But that repair didn't last, and soon after we noticed additional problems: unusual fabric wear and cushions that stayed indented for hours after anyone sat down. This is not what you expect from "new" furniture, especially after less than 3 months of use. On September 11, I called to speak with a store manager but was transferred to a customer experience rep who opened a claim. The next day I was asked for photos. I followed up by phone, only to be told by a repair department rep that the damage was "normal wear" because the set is chenille. I find that very hard to accept--how can "normal wear" make a sofa look worn out in just a few months? Furniture should last years, not weeks. I also purchased a 5-year Platinum Protection Plan, which makes it even more frustrating. If the sofa is already breaking down before the protection plan is even relevant, how long is it really supposed to last? I asked to return the set and put the money toward something of higher quality, but was told no one in the repair department could authorize that. I was directed to the showroom manager, left my name and number, and am still waiting for a callback. Overall, this has been a hugely disappointing experience. The Modular One is not good quality, and I would strongly caution others against investing in this set. If furniture doesn't hold up for even 3 months, how can you trust it to last 5 years? I sincerely hope Raymour & Flanigan stands by their products and allows me to exchange this for a set that will actually last.

    I wrote a review last week regarding the quality of furniture especially the sofa. I've had 4-5…read moreservice calls to fix buttons popping off. I heard back from customer service with an offer that would require me to pay significant $ to replace the inferior quality furniture which is less than 2 years old. and I will add that it's inky me and a 15lb dog. I declined the offer but still have a platinum service contract for another 3 years. I filed a claim to have another repair and now they are requiring me to provide a picture of the missing button and a picture of the sofa! I guess that's their way of dealing with issues.

The owner is friendly and a great conversationalist, he knows the products well and is definitely capable of finding customers the right fit based on their expressed needs. My husband and I recently purchased an amazing mattress from this location, we felt as though our needs had been met and the process was quite pleasant. Unlike other mattress stores, the owner did not attempt to sell us other unnecessary materials, nor did he show us too many mattress options. The showroom itself is maintained well, there is clearly a wide variety to choose from, it is well lit, and above all the prices are clearly displayed. The cost/prices are truly amazing. We wanted to shop around before making a final decision and this store has great products at lower prices than some of the other stores. Great quality at great pric The delivery was on time, which is not common these days with other companies, as well as quick but not rushed. The set up was very professional and neat. They were very careful not to damage anything upon drop off; which is also not as common with other companies.
