African American Sunjha (sp?) girl in the floor accessories like grout etc. is down right rude, unhelpful and bad attitude not only to customers but fellow employees. Don't bother with this place if you plan on placing large orders that need shipped. And don't bother if you want to call before you arrive to verify the amount of tile in stock that you want. I was on hold for 30 min one day off and on. Then was told I would receive a call back, never called. Their corporate customer service number is a joke. The message tells you to wait. You wait, and wait, and wait....then the line just hangs up on you. If you call back and select to leave a voicemail, don't expect a call back until at least 2 hours later. Your best bet is to pick up tile. They charge an arm and leg to ship orders, even huge orders that they are making a huge profit on. I have bought previously for commercial and residential alterations. And it might soon be my last. read more

Huge selection to choose from. Buyers are better heading next door to Home Depot for things like grout, edging and tools as Floor & Decor is almost double the cost for the secondary install and accessory items and that difference really makes the project cost rise quick. read more

returned 4 extra boxes of tile for refund ,,, 9 DAYS LATER still waiting for my money !!! Sat morning casher was rude and acted like I was bothering her and told me I needed to buy the correct amount of tile and I would not have to return extra ,,,, NEWS FLASH : they told me how much I would need by my wall sizes ... HOW THE HELL AM I RESPONCIBLE FOR TO MUCH TILE WHEN THEY FIGGURED IT OUT ????? My opinion is save yourself the hassle and go to anywhere else .. I will never use them again . read more

Although much of my tile and flooring are from Floor & Decor, it was my first time in the store. What a selection. It was hard to find help on my own, but once I went to the register, Sue was happy to help me. I chose the tile for my backsplash, rang it out, and someone was happy to load it. I certainly will return for any flooring or tiling project. read more

This place has a huge selection of tile and a lot of good prices. Woody was an awesome employee who helped me pick out my tile, choose the right grout, and carry 700 lbs of tile to my car. read more

After agonizing on our bathroom tile project for over a month my wife and I had the pleasure of working with Janice(one of the designers) on Saturday afternoon. They have staff but No one can answer my questions - told me to call and now no one answers the phone. Just horrible service.

This store has the worst customer service possible. You will wait in line at the register for hours, just to ask a question. There's only one register operating until they get 8 people in line. The cashiers don't know how to log on to their registers, so you'll wait even longer when they've finally shown up to help the one cashier. The store is a mess. There's junk in the aisles, displays that don't display any products all over the store, and dust galore. Avoid this store at all costs! read more

Heather at the pro desk really saved a project for me by finding the right butcher block that no one else in town had. She's got a do-whatever-it-takes attitude, she calls back when she says she will, and is super friendly on top of all that. I have a couple gripes with the company beyond our local store. The call center had long wait times and associates can be pretty uneducated on their own processes and inventory status. Also, "builder grade" really does mean you're buying a terrible product. Stay away from those items! Once again, the Cincinnati store and Heather have been great! read more

I'm a Cincinnati remodeling contractor, and have tried various "partners" for tile and flooring over the last couple decades. Floor and Decor, for selection, quality, availability, pricing, and customer service, is the best in town. Doesn't mean you will always find what you need there, but that goes for the others, too... but I find myself more and more to be making F&D my first stop. Sunjia and Heather and others at the pro-desk are professional, enjoyable to work with, and I come away with the impression that they like what they do. The Highland location could use some more help on the floor, and at the warehouse/dock, but they know this and tell me they are working on it with corporate... so, "corporate", hire some folks, and get that 5th star from me! read more

I had to write a review based solely on the fact that I had the BEST customer service here; I don't know anything about flooring (or decoring) so I can't really speak to the inventory aspect. I went in with my boyfriend (who also has little knowledge about this stuff...don't tell him I said that though!) and there were three different people who spent a lot of time with us, answered all our questions, and even came to find US when they thought of something we should know. One guy even helped me get a splinter out of my hand :) We left so happy with our experience here. read more

Associates are not friendly. I was trying to return few items when some cash registers were not working. So I went another register where they told me to go to return and the associate (Jean) there says , are you returning all these items .. that's wonderful, in mean and sarcastic way ! read more

We bought three rooms of flooring from Floor & Decor about Thanksgiving 2015. They have a very good selection of all types of tile at a fair price. They have every accessory you could think of too. The workers are very helpful and do everything they can to coach you on your purchases. They even have a Design group in the front of the store. We bought Laminate and Porcelain flooring there. The laminate was a big mistake, but that wasn't their fault. read more

This was our first visit to this store. We found exactly what we were looking for to remodel our power room. The people were incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. Shout out to Antonio for going the extra mile to help us find all the tile we needed for the project and doing it with a great attitude and a smile! Also a shout out to Stephanie for helping us find the not only the right kind of grout for our tile selection but also the color to accent the tile perfectly. Last but not least, we came in to look and not necessarily purchase today but since we found exactly what we were looking for we took the plunge. This location closes at 6pm on Sunday and we didnt make out final selection until 6. Most cashiers are annoyed when you are checking out after the closing time. Lynessa was awesome. She talked to us about what we purchased and the people that assisted us and never made us feel bad for checking out at 6:09pm. We will definitely be back and truly enjoyed the experience! I have remodeled 4 areas of my home and starting a 5th. I have purchased all my flooring and back splash needs from them. It is a great and reasonable place to shop, with a great selection!!! The staff is most helpful!! Last night the large diamond in my ring fell out and I didn't notice until I left the store. In calling the manager, he stayed at the store until I got back and the person waiting on me stayed to help me find it. The diamond was found and the staff there couldn't be nicer!!! I always find everything I need for my flooring/wall projects. They have very knowledgeable employees, some more than others. The tile is much cheaper than Home Depot and it's the best selection (I mean huge selection) I have been able to find in the Cincinnati area. Plus they have everything there to complete the project from start to finish. We gutted a bathroom shower stall and did a back-splash. Never had to go to any other store for products. read more

Spent over 20 minutes wandering this nearly vacant store, only to be met with attitude when I asked for help. Even the manager had a negative attitude when I asked about purchasing the open tiles on an end cap because I liked them but they looked vastly different than the tiles in the boxes. When he heard my request, the manager said, "I'm just going to haul out ten boxes of tile, and that's what you get." So, Home Depot is right next door. The employees were super helpful, the flooring selection and pricing is just as good as Floor & Decor. Save yourself the hassle and attitude and go some place else. read more

I've been in this store 3 times (I have a hard time deciding) over the past month and each visit, there were several employees who approached me and asked if they could be of service. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. You can't find another flooring store with this much variety in stock at reasonable prices. read more

I was wanting to buy hardwood flooring from this store my wife felt like the man running the hardwood flooring section named Rick was very offensive. He kept making comments about her looks and joking about wanting to take her out. He told her that Lumber Liquidators had better pricing but their product were all Chinese made. Come to find out the exact product Rick was trying to sell her happened to be Chinese made also. That is such stupidity. Needless to say but Rick is very bad for the business and we don't think he is a professional. We would never shop there again. read more

I came here in the middle of the day on a Tuesday hoping to receive better customer service than at Home Depot or Lowes. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I arrived and at first was unsure if they were even open. I only saw 3 employees total and not one of them made eye contact or asked me if I needed help. So, I walked back to the contractor desk and waited there for a good 20 minutes - no one ever showed up! I walked around the entire store (pushing a stroller) for 45 minutes looking for what I needed and couldn't find it (a shower niche). I ended up leaving extremely upset and empty handed. My husband ended up calling later that day to see if they even sold shower niches there. It took him 10 minutes to finally get a hold of someone and then they ended up putting him on hold for another 10 minutes. They were also extremely rude and ended up saying "I don't know". So, my husband had to ask for the manager. You're better off going to Daltile in Blue Ash or even Lowe's. read more
