I am a long time customer of Floor and Decor and working on a bathroom remodel and I have consistently had an awful experience working with Floor and Decor: 1-inconsistent tiles- color variation, broken tiles, different sku's in the same box (we went through tile selection 3 times to even find tiles that match) 2-Awful customer service experience at multiple stores including: 3-Brookhaven- told me to hurry up because it was closing time as I discovered that the marble I selected had 2 different sku's and marble types in factory sealed boxes....they didn't even offer to assist me as we're trying to navigate this situation 4-Roswell--Today I stood at the Returns desk this afternoon to return a few samples. I was left to wait around 10-15 minutes with many employees walking up and telling me the man would come back. Once the white man with dark hair and a black vest finally showed up at the Returns desk he told me to get to the back of the line. I was the front of the line so have no idea what he was even talking about. 5-Buford--I had to finish getting tile for my project and asked an male worker who was helping a couple choose between 3 tiles for 10-15 minutes if he'd call someone to help me pull inventory to finish my project. He TOLD ME TO GET LOST and he didn't have a radio to communicate and go to the cashiers in the front and ask them for help. So I am spending THOUSANDS of dollars with your organization and I get the same level of customer service as McDonald's. read more

We drove two hours yesterday to get wood flooring only to find out there was none in stock. I mentioned my disappointment while checking out with other purchases to the young man running the checkout, J.C. Chang. He asked me to wait for him to finish with his next customer and that he would go check the warehouse and a couple of places the flooring could be. Within minutes he had located the flooring, got a lift truck and a spotter, and brought the flooring up front. I told him at the time how much it meant for me to not have to make another trip. My husband's health is not good, and I needed assistance loading the flooring. They paged "any available help" and who showed up but Mr. Chang! Such a polite and professional young man at at time when staff was overrun with customers. I tried and tried to give him a tip, but he adamantly refused as it is against company policy. What a pleasure to get that kind of surface for a relatively small dollar purchase. You are very fortunate to have this young man as a face to your customers! read more

I went to Floor and Decor this morning looking to price tile for my bathroom floors. There were so many options to pick from and the quality of their products were excellent. It was such a great experience! Robert M, a store employee , explained all of the different options that I had and told me what to look out for and made me aware of things I had not considered. Robert was very professional, considerate and patient with all of my questions as well as questions my sister had asked. Thanks to Robert M, I know precisely how I want to remodel all of the bathroom floors in my home. I picked out my floor materials and will be purchasing all items from Floor and a Decor. For a recent bath remodel, I made several trips to the Buford Floor & Decor. It's a large, well-lit store with beautiful displays and a wide variety of quality products at great price points. But their stellar customer service is the icing on the cake. I really put them through their paces by switching from luxury vinyl to polished porcelain, changing the amounts and delivery times and returning the order to repurchase at extended financing (from 12 to 18 months). The multiple transactions were completed by several courteous and knowledgeable associates who provided exceptional customer service. In this regard, I'd like to acknowledge Corey Miller, Lori Coco, Tony Beatty and last but not least, Polly Chavez -- who weeded through the multiple transactions and finalized the purchase to my complete satisfaction. read more

Great service! We are building a home in SC but currently live in Ohio. We found some tile that we liked at the store in Cincinnati but decided to pick it up at the Buford store since it is closer to our new house. I called to get my builder set up with a PRO account and worked with Cindy. She was great. She got our builders account set up quickly and also e-mailed to remind me to call her with the order so she could check the stock and get it held for us. My husband picked it up today and it was tightly wrapped and ready to go. Very pleased with the service. We will definitely buy more here for our new house. read more

This was going to be my last time shopping at Floor and Decor until I was checked out by Larry. This was my 1st time at Floor and Decor mall of Georgia location. He was very nice to me, checked me out fast, and an amazing conversationalist. He offered to help me load my items for I couldn't do it by myself, and it always took someone very long to help me load in the passed at a another location. Larry has great leadership, and customers service skills. I will definitely be back and give Floor and Decor another chance. This was the best customer service experience I had at Floor and Decor. read more

Lori Coco has worked with me on two different occasions, and I couldn't be happier with the tile selections for our new home build in Northeast Atlanta. She only showed me tile in our price range, which I truly appreciated, as it saved me a lot of time and stress. She knows the store layout like it's her home, was professional yet friendly, wore her mask and socially distanced, and kept me focused which is no easy task! Lori also selected all the grout for our home in less than ten minutes! All in all a great experience, and I will definitely call on Lori to help me again in the future! read more

Just want to say THANK YOU! to Rob and Dave in the tile department. I'm in the middle of renovating a bathroom including a new tiled shower and realized we had tons of problems with the install. I went in seeking advice and guidance and these guys were extremely knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions I had. My wife & I went to Floor & Decor and were wandering the aisles when Sales Rep Rob M. went out of his way to see if we needed help. He directed us to to the area that addressed our needs and even came back to see how we were doing. He patiently answered all of our questions and even volunteered to load our car with the flooring we purchased. Sadly many retail stores have forgotten the meaning and importance of the word "service". That is definitely not the case with Floor & Decor. Vince at this location took my call I explained that we were from out of state in NC as I needed help making my selection of items for my kitchen back splash. He had the patience to locate all items and even made suggestions. And went the extra step sending pictures of the items to ease my decision making. She stopped putting returned stock back in its proper location to assist me. She found the tile for me and was eager to assist in loading.
