I called SN Cleaning to inquire about the price of having four dining room chairs cleaned. A young…read morelady answered my call and told me it would be $168 for the service. I thought that was very reasonable because I'd been given the exact same quote by Chicago Couch Cleaning. However, CCC stated that there was a minimum $300 fee, so I should have something else cleaned as well. That was a no-go, so I called SN Cleaning. Why would I pay $300 when the actual service I wanted only cost $168?? That makes no sense. Also, Chicago Couch Cleaning uses an AI assistant to book their appointments. Sure, ruin the planet so you can save money by not hiring an actual person! So, that was another strike for me. The young lady who took my appointment with SN Cleaning was professional and polite, which is important to me. I called SN Cleaning on a Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for Thursday morning. Dimitri came out and apologized for being a tad late. He was polite and respectful. I live in a condo, so he explained that he'd have to clean my chairs in the entryway of my building because the equipment was too heavy and cumbersome to carry up multiple flights of stairs. He carried the chairs down quickly without a problem and got to work. He cleaned the chairs within thirty minutes. They looked fantastic when he was done. He said they'd take 4-6 hours to dry and that I'd see the results better once the chairs were completely dry. The chairs are clean and look much better than before. I've had the chairs for seven years and this is the first time they've been professionally cleaned, so I certainly didn't expect a miracle. They're not perfect but I wasn't expecting perfection. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the results. I will definitely call SN Cleaning again in the future.

It was one of the first things I planned to replace. But after one cleaning, CCG completely brought it back to life and it looks brand new. I have two big dogs, so I have them come about every nine months and they consistently do the wall-to-wall carpet in my basement and the stairs up to the first floor as well as my couch. And the couch is done cushion by cushion and pillow by pillow. Both the carpet and the couch always look brand new after they leave. Sporadically, I have also hired them to clean other pieces of furniture that I don't use that often - to an amazing end. And recently, they started doing my custom runner up the stairs from my first to second floor. I was a little nervous about it at first as it has custom canvas trim - but again - looks fabulous. Can't recommend them enough. I have been lucky enough to have Zach and Valodia do my service that past few times and they are always on time, pleasant, professional, and really good at what they do.

Dan was quick to respond and was communicative with their arrival. They did a great job overall, my rugs and couch look much better. A couple of old stubborn stains are still slightly present but look much more faded, and the rest of the areas look wonderful. (I expected that some old stubborn stains may not go away and Dan was clear on this too up-front, so this was to be expected.) Both Dan and Steven were very friendly. Dan is obviously an expert in this area. He shared some information about the products they use and answered some of my questions. The only minor issue was that there's a couple water/soap smudges on the floor where some drips happened, but this will only take me 5 minutes to clean up. Overall would definitely recommend. We love them…read moreand have hired them for every carpet-cleaning job we've needed ever since we found them on Angie's List several years ago. We have hired them many times for carpet as well as upholstery cleaning. Our light carpet gets perpetually stained by two messy, young kids, a cat with bowel and digestive issues, two large Labrador Retrievers, and a mom who regularly splashes her coffee on the carpet. Our carpet is a mess. It's always a mess. But now we are looking to sell our home. Two Realtors came through and each said "Your carpet needs to be replaced. Get rid of it". I wanted to see if it could be saved. So I bought an Angie's List offer, scheduled Jeff to come out, and prayed for the best. Galaxy's Best came through for us -- as they always have, for years. Our carpet looks amazing. He saved us THOUSANDS in carpet-replacement costs by restoring our carpets back to practically new. You have to hire them.
