Price I would say is very fair for this type of service, for our place. Thoroughness: Carla and her team deeply care about cleaning your house and have an incredibly high attention to detail. They will not miss an inch of cleaning. We have two young kids and simply could not clean to this level of detail without their help. 2. Responsive: They have never missed a cleaning session in the last year since they started cleaning our home. Furthermore, they are always responsive to our communications. They truly live by their word and professionalism. 3. Caring: most importantly, Carla and her crew deeply care about your home and clean / take care of it as if it their we're own home. We have multiple difference types of surfaces from hard wood, granite counters and marble counters and marble shower tiles. Carla is deeply aware of cleaning solutions to take care of each surface type and always considerate of using cleaning solutions that are safe for our young children. Most of all, they are so positive and joyful to be around. Thanks Carla and team!

There were stains in the master bedroom they couldn't get out but they let me know. And the whole house smelled wonderful afterwards! As we talked about "at least any cooties in the house are now mine." The price was fair, especially since they didn't leave until after 6p. Oh, and go to their website! Hopefully I can find a better cleaning service because this company is terrible…read more They came an our late and left half hour early, but expected me to pay the full two hours and didn't want to make up for it. They've also consistently left early when they could have finished cleaning. They skipped an entire bathroom, and the employees tried to make me feel bad when they came back because they got yelled at for not doing their job. They also got upset when I had to reschedule due to a work emergency. When i tried to reschedule, they never responded, so I didn't get cleaning service that month. One of the women cleaned the range over the stove and ended up removing the paint and permanently damaging it. I even told them to stop coming because of the issues I've and and she just said I'll pass it in to our supervisor and figure out what happened but they never contacted me about it again. Please find a better service because this one will cause damage to your property or won't clean properly.
