When using them for check-in's for cats while we were away they were fine. They would make the daily check in. However when we started using them for dog walking the service was entirely unprofessional. We had our walker cancel on us last minute twice before we stopped using them. Both times we were hours outside the city and relying on our dog being cared for so we could enjoy our day. The cancelation notice came in extremely late notice. Leaving us frantic to get back, as our dog had already been alone for 6 hours. The last time the cancelation happened the service told us the store where they house their keys closed early and they had no way to access our keys to get into our apartment. If you're going to have a third party hold the keys to your clients, and you have clients booked into the evening, better organization is needed. Both times only a shrug of an apology was offered. So yes to cat check ins absolutely no to relying on them for walks. (Or keeping accurate Yelp reviews, because I find it very suspicious my previous one has gone missing)..

Every previous place we took him to gave up and called us almost immediately to pick him up because he was too frightened, jumped around, and refused to stay still. Because of this, his hair went untrimmed, and after we tried (and failed) to cut it with scissors at home, he became severely matted. He desperately needed a professional cut, and we were running out of options. We decided to take a chance on Zen Animals after finding them online. From the moment we called, they treated us with so much respect. They matched us with a groomer with over 20 years of experience who came out to meet our dog and gave us genuine hope. my dog got a groom earlier yesterday for around 180$ not only was that kind of pricey and forgot to…read morecutt his nails or brush his teeth as i paid for he comes out with an irritated eye and they gave eyes drops to rinse the irritated eye. he went from a squinched eye to it being shut all the way with mucus coming out within a hour or 2 from leaving so after rinsing his eye again we noticed it got worst and ended up in the Er for an extra price of 500$ now not including cabs to get to these places so his 180$ cutt now got me around 800$ for the day thanks for whatever procedure yall done to mess with his eye this bad just sharing so the next person think twice on a simple groom that could turn into more here .
