I also loved that I was not stuck with a table and the chairs that came standard with it, I was able to mix different chairs and tables. With this I was able to find my perfect table and chairs. One thing I appreciated was being kept in the loop with the status of my items. I received a phone call when they were ready to ship, when they shipped and when they were ready to be delivered. The staff at Westwood really went above and beyond. I look forward to shopping with them again. Even after my table and chairs were delivered I noticed an issue with one of the chairs and they were quick to get my chair, have it repaired and return it to me. They make sure you are taken care of and happy with the product you have purchased!

They will offer you a free In-Home Water Testing. I turned it down, because I already know that the water in the Foothills is terrible. But, I received two phone calls from a salesman from a water filtration company (then he stopped calling). My understanding of water filtration is that it is expensive, requires maintenance, and can break down. If you want a filtration system, you might contact your local plumber and see if he can provide this, and compare services and prices. Next, the washing machines of today seem to be of lesser quality than my old machine which was 15-years old. They seem lighter because the metal is probably thinner, and the knobs are cheap plastic. Also, they have a deep tub which makes it difficult to lean into the machine and get your clothes out. You will pay extra for the machine's hoses and for the hauling away of your old machine. You will also have the option of buying an extended warranty. If you use your Lowe's credit card, you can choose to get 5% off the machine or get a payment plan. The machine I bought was also available at Home Depot at a higher price. Even the basic machines have electronic sensors. There is no such thing as a mechanical machine nowadays. I bought my machine one month ago. Somehow, I doubt it will last 15 years like my old one, but maybe ten? Or five? I am not saying that I recommend Lowe's for other things, but I had a good experience with the purchase of a washing machine.

I walked several aisles in both directions looking for an employee and none were to be found. It's like they're genies and they disappear the second you come around the corner. I probably should have gone to the break room to find someone. Both times I walked out empty handed. The second time I went in I didn't walk out empty handed but I did buy , what looked like the best quality, version on the shelf and it just seems cheap and inferior to being the contractor grade things I'm used to from other vendors. I'm not saying I'd NEVER go back, but they will forever be a last option.
