We had them installed carpet 3 1/2 years ago and Justin told me they would honor their warranty their install from 2023 to stretch one room for free even now. We also needed to have one empty bedroom carpeted. They came out the two days after I talked to them and a team of two completed both tasks under 2 1/2 hours. A couple hours after they cleaned up and we're gone a representative from the company arrived to inspect the work . Seriously???? To me this was the absolute best example of customer care I've witnessed in a long time! I'm certain it also prevents the company from having to make unnecessary service calls . What a wonderful way for the company to keep their commitment to their customers and to grow their business. The materials and the install were affordable and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Big Bob's Flooring Outlet. To anyone in the region.

He then returned the next day and completed the full cleaning service. What really impressed me was his attention to the small details. He didn't simply clean the open areas and call it done. Jeff was thorough, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. The carpets and rugs came out great, and the extra effort he put into the job really showed. I would absolutely recommend Jeff and will be using him again in the future.

Stay clear of this place. There are other carpet/tile companies you can shop at. If you go to this…read moreplace on your own, you are out of your mind. If this place didn't have a contract with The Hall Brothers (a company with no pride, shameless, where good quality doesn't exist) they wouldn't be in business. Don't waste your time dealing with them over some defective job they did on your house. If they do (which doesn't come easy) you're just going to get the same exact result. If you want it to be done right you will have to hire someone else to redo their disaster. They suck, they absolutely without a doubt do not care about customers. They don't need to satisfy customers, they don't need to keep customers. Customers don't write them a check the builder does. A builder with identical work ethics. Think about it, what would you have to do to get them to honor the warranty and get at least descent work? Take them to court? It will cost you! My one and last time I dealt with this pathetic scum company is when they installed the carpet in my house before the windows were installed. When we went to check on the progress we walked into our house and saw brand new carpet with sand, saw dust, cut pieces of 2x4, nails and cut up pieces of drywall all over it. The windows were not due to be put in for another 3 weeks. This BS wasn't the only idiotic thing they did. They installed the wrong color carpet. We had brown tile with taupe color carpet. Taupe and brown don't go together at all. Guess what? It wasn't their problem the windows weren't installed yet" is what I was told. I responded "you should know better not to install carpet in a home without windows installed yet. They're not even done putting up the drywall." His response to me was, "listen, I'm not going to continue discussing this with you. As a favor I will send a guy out to shampoo the carpet and I don't even have to do that. My response, "I can't believe you guys did this it is so messed up."That is when I realized the color was wrong. I let him know that too. His response "we did not install the wrong color, what got installed was what was written down." His reply, "I'm done with this matter, its not our problem. Then he hung up on me. Unbelievable! There is only 1 answer to such poor poor service. The owner is a shameless, worthless, nasty scum bag. They have screwed over so many people and will continue on. The 5 star reviews they have are not from actual customers.
