We were in direct contact with supervisors who kept us apprised of their plan each day and what the next steps were. A couple of weeks after the installation was complete, we had some questions about one of the seams. They sent out a supervisor and the installation crew to be ready if repairs were needed. Whatever was used on the carpets made my feet on fire! I scrubed them , lotion them with no relief. The chemicals literally burned my feet!. I had to apply persription medicine on them to get the burning raw feeling to stop so I could sleep. TODAY....Semper FI's crew showed up on time, read the labels on the back of the carpets to determine how they should be cleaned, measured the carpets, explained how each carpet should be cleaned and then presented their quote. The process put me at ease knowing I had professionals about to clean my carpets. The carpets look amazing feel like they should and will be dry in less than an hour and very soft to walk on. I called the owner the minute they walked out to thank him for saving our carpets and me! When we went to check on the progress we walked into our house and saw brand new carpet with sand, saw dust, cut pieces of 2x4, nails and cut up pieces of drywall all over it. The windows were not due to be put in for another 3 weeks. This BS wasn't the only idiotic thing they did. They installed the wrong color carpet. We had brown tile with taupe color carpet. Taupe and brown don't go together at all. Guess what? It wasn't their problem the windows weren't installed yet" is what I was told. I responded "you should know better not to install carpet in a home without windows installed yet. They're not even done putting up the drywall." His response to me was, "listen, I'm not going to continue discussing this with you. As a favor I will send a guy out to shampoo the carpet and I don't even have to do that. My response, "I can't believe you guys did this it is so messed up."That is when I realized the color was wrong. I let him know that too. His response "we did not install the wrong color, what got installed was what was written down." His reply, "I'm done with this matter, its not our problem. Then he hung up on me. Unbelievable! There is only 1 answer to such poor poor service. The owner is a shameless, worthless, nasty scum bag. They have screwed over so many people and will continue on.
