If there was confusion about memberships or waivers, that was due to inconsistent communication, not dishonesty on our part. Saying our "plan all along" was to get free workouts is an assumption, not a fact. We had no reason to waste our own time just to get two workouts. You also admit in your response that I was told to go ahead and work out before everything was finalized, which contributed to the confusion. Instead of acknowledging that there was a misunderstanding, you've chosen to publicly call us liars and question our intentions. We are nothing but disappointed to see how outdated and poorly maintained the place is. The building smells old. The rockwall is "out-of-order" and has been for what sounds like years. The fans and ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Sure, it has everything but all the equipment and amenities are poorly maintained. The equipment is quite outdated. Safe to say this won't be our gym until it's better kept. Bummed!

North County Pilates has changed my life! I have a nerve…read moredisease called CRPS, which leads to extreme level 10 pain and long days (weeks and months) stuck in bed. I have been at NCP for 7 months now and I have not spent a single day stuck in bed! Almost all of my pain has subsided and I feel strong and clearheaded, something I had not felt in years!! North County Pilates has given me back my body and my life, I have finally found exercise that I both enjoy doing, and can do even on my worst pain day! If you are disabled like me, do yourself a favor and give Pilates a shot, it is a lifesaver!!
