If there was confusion about memberships or waivers, that was due to inconsistent communication, not dishonesty on our part. Saying our "plan all along" was to get free workouts is an assumption, not a fact. We had no reason to waste our own time just to get two workouts. You also admit in your response that I was told to go ahead and work out before everything was finalized, which contributed to the confusion. Instead of acknowledging that there was a misunderstanding, you've chosen to publicly call us liars and question our intentions. We stopped in to watch the last ten minutes or so of class. The class seemed very well organized, with all kids engaged, and being attended to. Our nephew was excited to show us how he had learned a tumbling run ending in a flip in just five days! As a former teacher myself, I appreciated the way that the instructor addressed each child by name, lining them up safely and comfortably to wait outdoors for their parents to pick them up!

After I wrote my review about the class being ok but not recommending it for other children that may be special needs because of the fact that they had the doors open and the teacher didn't really Try to assist me when she saw me struggling.. I got an email with all these classes that would be suitable for my son . I was upset that these classes all of a sudden became available until after my review . I responded and then never got anything back . Just feels like I was ignored once again and that person just wanted to be able to check something off their list to say that they "provided" me with more options . I don't feel heard .
