As a beginner I asked if they offer beginner classes and was told by instructor that there is no such thing as beginner Pilates. Needless to say it wasn't the right fit for me. I felt like a complete idiot and failure being unable to do most of the routine. After reading the reply from ritual reform, there are a couple of things I wanted to clarify. I am indeed in the system and use my middle name on my Yelp. Also, the beginner class is an introductory class to show you how to use the equipment moving forward. There are no classes modified for a beginner or novice Pilates student on the regular schedule . thank you.

My core, booty, and overall strength have made solid gains since coming here. The classes can be intimidating at first, but I highly recommend working through that uncomfortable period.
