The flight arrived 30min early and according to the service offered the driver should have checked the arrival time and arrived at the airport at 6:20 , giving him an extra 30 minutes to arrive on the agreed time of 6:50 instead of 7:25. The driver kept saying that the plane arrived 30min early and even mentioned that he had the wrong flight # which did not explain how this caused him to arrive later than the 6:50 time originaly agreed on. Apparently he reported to the company that the traffic was the reason for his late arrival. If the traffic pattern were checked for that time period I believe you would find that it was very light on that Sunday night and would not have added another hour to his travel time. I believe that the driver left his base later than necessary to meet the timeline and although he did not provide good service he received his 20% tip because it had to be paid in advance. Next time I would recommend Uber for $60 and save yourself the $212.50+ for a limo.
