This was my first time using off site parking. It was so easy and convenient. I purchased a Groupon, and when I got back to pick up my car, I couldn't log in to the Groupon site. I went ahead a paid with a credit card, but the cashier told me to call when I got home with the code and he would cancel my credit card charge. I plan on using this business every time I fly. It is so much easier than parking at the airport and hauling my bags to the terminal. From the time I arrived until I got to check in, I didn't have to touch my bags. Slow pickup. Other parking lots came by twice while we waited for these guys. Driver was pleasant but I unloaded my own luggage. Worst part, I paid for a wash and clean on my car and it looked like they didn't do the inside at all. Looked in the back seat and there was muddy footprints on the mats and doors. I would like to start this review by saying that our experience with Flight Park in the past has always been great. Unfortunately this time it was a disaster!!!!! They picked us up from the airport and brought us right to our truck. They loaded our luggage so all we had to do was hop in and drive off. Before we could get on the interstate a man pulled up beside us and said our tailgate was open and he saw a back pack fly out. He took us back to the location, and after looking for 30 minutes, we realized the backpack was gone. It was my daughter's with all her clothes, shoes, and souvenirs from the Grand Canyon. I called Flight Park that night and the gentleman seemed very sympathetic and said the manager would call me tomorrow afternoon. I waited until 6:00pm and he never called. I called and the manager was not there. The gentleman that I spoke with was unsympathetic, did not apologize for not calling, and proceeded to tell me that it was my trucks fault. He said there was nothing they could do. I said the truck is 2 years old and this has NEVER happened. We pretty much agreed to disagree. I informed him that I would be writing a scathing review. About 10 minutes later he called me back and said that he spoke to the manager (who never bothered to call or speak to me) that maybe it was my car fob that opened the tailgate. I told him that the car fob does not open the tailgate. So disappointing that they would not even consider THEY had made a mistake. read more

Called flight park the evening before traveling to discuss parking an aged cargo truck there while a flew out of BNA. The "manager" I spoke with that evening made the comment that "no one gets turned away" and I did not need to make an online reservation for the next morning. At 5 AM I park the truck in the their wide-open area of parking spaces and walk up to the office with bag and back pack. expecting an easy check in and trip to airport. However, the "manager" on duty seemed to have major control issues and in regards to this special situation stated; " I don't need this SHIT this early in the morning, get off my lot! " I took my business down the street to the "Parking Spot" where I got excellent service. I suspect this alleged manger should get a different career going where he doesn't talk to customers. read more

My experience was excellent until I picked up my car, drove onto I-40, hit about 50 mph and then starts all kinds of noise from the front end. Someone there had driven my car with a low profile front end, over one of the concrete parking bumpers. When they backed it up it tore the underside loose and cracked the fiberglass. Ownership was willing take the car across the street for some patch work...not acceptable...and obviously...none of his employees were responsible for what happened...right!! While my wife and I were waiting for our car to be patched, we watched one of the employees pull a BMW over one of the concrete parking bumpers, then another employee inspected the front end of the BMW and told the guy to back off of it. We told Vince about it....he wasn't interested in hearing about it, nor was he the least bit concerned. If you own a low profile automobile, you may want to go somewhere else or at least look at your car when you pick in up. Good luck!! read more

I've been a loyal customer here since they opened but I am parking there no more. The last time I flew back in I texted my arrival and went down to the pick up spot. I waited 25 min for the van and watched the parking spot come and go 3 times. I even called to find out what was going on, only to be told the van was on it's way. 15 min later it arrived. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I struggle even offering a single star to Flight Park, but that was the lowest option offered. I arrived at 11:50 PM one evening and text for my pick up. After wafting outside for 20 minutes, I had to call three times before someone picked up the phone. I was told they were on the way only to wait an additional 10 minutes with no pick up. Eventfully I hoped a ride with Parking Spot bus, tipping him $20 to take my to Flight Park. I arrived at flight park 1 hour after my initial text. Clearly there was only one person working as the building was locked upon my arrival. They driver showed up and since I am a frequent flyer with an account there, my credit card was already charged. I asked they gentleman if he would remove the charge given the service issues. H e refused. I arrived home at 1:20 am. The nightmare continued as I received 4 calls between 1:45 and 5 am from the same number with nobody on the other end when I answered. I called the number back in the morning after the 5 am call only to have the call back respond with "Flight Park." He apologized for the mishaps with the phone system and I told him the story of the night before. No refund offered. he said he would talk to the manager about a credit for my next use. I said I did not want a credit for future use as I would not be using them ever again. I asked for the General Manager to call me back with an apology. But, I received no call. read more

The service itself was great. I rolled in at 4:15am. They immediately took my bags and we were at the airport about 5 minutes later. My beef was with the cost - I purchased a 3-day voucher for $20 on Groupon. Parked at 4:15am on the 24th. I came back at 9:30am on the 28th (four days + 5 hours) and the cost on top of the 3 days I'd already paid for was $30. Once you go past the hour you drop it off, it counts as a full day. Plus there are airport fees. Seems a little steep to me for 29 hours of parking. read more

I normally use other airport parking companies, but saw a Groupon for Flight Park and thought I'd try them. Dropping my suv off went fine and was non eventful. Didn't go inside, because you take care of that after you are back from your trip. When I returned from my trip and was picked up by the shuttle. I climbed in and the shuttle reeked of cigarette smoke. Made it back to the office, walked in and the office stunk of smoke too. Place just feels seedy and doesn't make you feel super safe at 1:00am. So I pay and climb in my suv and put my hands on the steering wheel to start backing out and the steering wheel was covered in some disgusting gooey residue. I was so grossed out that I almost went back in to ask for it to be cleaned, but was so tired and again...didn't like the vibe of the place. I sat at the first light scrubbing the wheel with hand cleaner and it didn't even touch it. Drove home with my hands basically stuck to the steering wheel while trying not to touch my face or anything else I owned. Had to clean it the next day with a grease remover and Murphy's oil. So disgusting. I will never use this place again. read more

I parked my Jeep at Flight Park last week for most of the week. I noticed as I was driving home that someone had gone through it. Some change and my employee badge were missing and there papers from my glove box in the floor. someone had gone through my glove box. Nothing major stolen but someone had gone through it. I called the office and let them know and was told "he would look into it". It has been four days and I haven't received an update. Not sure if it was an employee or someone from the outside but just an FYI check your car before you leave the lot. read more

I had a reservation with Park'N Fly. Not realizing the two parking lots were next to each other, I pulled into Flight Park. I gave the attendant a copy of my reservation for Park'N Fly, he said nothing. He took my information and I went on my way. It wasn't until I returned that I realized I was in the wrong lot. I now had two charges on my cc. I left two messages with owner Vince Loman and no return call. Due to their silence when I gave them my Park'N Flying reservation it led me to believe I was in the right place. Very deceptive practice. I am sure I'm not the first victim. read more

Listen up everyone!!! This is the only way to go for airport parking. Why would you want to hunt for a parking space at the airport, drag your luggage to a bus stop, wait for a bus, and lift your luggage on and off the bus. Use Flight Park and get A+ service. Pull up to the covered drop-off. You will be greeted by an attendant who will get you checked in while your luggage is typically unloaded by another attendant. Your luggage is loaded onto the Mercedes Van. You usually leave within a couple of minutes of pulling up and are off for your flight. Travel time to the airport is under 5 minutes. Your luggage is unloaded by the driver and your on your way to check-in for your flight. Be sure to tip the driver a few bucks for their work. When your flight gets back in and you collect your luggage give them a call to pick you up. They are usually there in 5-10 minutes. When you get back your car will be running and either cooling off or heating up depending on the season. This is a nice touch and you will appreciate it. Check for Groupons or coupons to save a little money. Even if there are none it is still worth every penny. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Trust me you will not be disappointed with your experience. You may say this guy must work for them. I can guarantee I don't. Was charged $20.00 plus tax for a car wash which was never received. Didn't notice that the car wasn't washed until I had already left the facility and was on my way home. I promptly called on my way home and notified them. My wife got on the phone while I was driving and was told, why should they take her word for it that the car wasn't washed. When they finally checked their records they indeed discovered that the service was not performed and was credited for the mistake after three days. read more

I decided to try flight park for the first time last week primarily for the oil change option. The daily cost was a few dollars more per day than fly away (corporate account), but the ability to have my oil changed while I was away was appealing. Thier website said synthetic oil changes starting at $59.99, My actual bill ended up being $116 for my compact car, for an oil change only. When I asked about the cost I was told " we increased our rates and have not updated our website." When I called during business hours I was told the oil changes "start at $59.99, so $116 is acceptable based on your model of vehicle." I found this response unacceptable customer service and will not be returning. I realize I should have asked for a quote prior to dropping off the car. My typical cost at the dealer is around $70 for oil change, fluid checks, tire rotation, and a wash. While I felt taken advantage of i regards to up charging, I was just as disappointed with the follow up lack of quality customer service. read more

I've typically been a huge proponent of Flight Park and in fact had sent many of my co-workers and friends there, but that was until recently when I noticed three odd things on my car when I picked it up: the driver's seat was moved way back, the side view mirror was changed (it's somewhat cumbersome to move my mirror, so I know it was done on purpose and not just to back up the car) and my radio station was changed. The week before when my brand new car literally had 100 miles on it, I thought there were more miles put on it when I picked it up, but thought that couldn't be the case. Now a week later when I picked it up from another week long business trip, I have to believe that someone was driving my new car more than just in the parking lot. And I called Flight Park immediately after I realized these three things (talked to Mike) and he said he'd call me back after he investigated. Still waiting and no call yet. If you just want a cheap place to park your car, sure it'll do the job. But if you want to add any extra services like an oil change, get ready to be overcharged and end up with a huge headache. When I dropped off my car, I asked for a regular oil change. I'd checked out the prices ahead of time on their website and it said a regular oil change is 39.99 and synthetic is 59.99. Well, when I return to pick up my car, the attendant told me the cost of my oil change was $80! I was quite confused since that is $20 higher than even the synthetic oil that was listed on the website. Besides, I had asked for just a regular oil change. I asked the attendant what kind of oil they used. He didn't know. I asked why it would be so much higher than even the $59.99 that is listed on their website, and again he didn't know. I'd already let him swipe my credit card before I realized how much I'd been charged. I refused to pay twice as much for an oil change as what I was expecting to pay when they couldn't even tell me what oil was used. So, the charge was removed. I paid for the parking only. Well, after I finally get home and trying to get my luggage inside, I get a call from flight park saying they figured out that they had used synthetic and apparently they outsource the oil changes now and that's why it's more expensive. NONE of which I was told about before I asked for just a regular oil change. And now they want to re-charge my card for the oil change after all. They told me they had to use synthetic in my car, even though I've had oil changes before that are not synthetic. Basically, I feel ripped off. I would never have had the oil change done if I'd known it was going to be so expensive. Oh well, lesson learned. Sometimes a cheap Groupon is not worth the headache of bad service and dishonesty.
