I used to brag about Washtopia to everyone and how nice their facility is. I love the towels and…read moreglass cleaner available to clean your car along side the free vacuuming. However, recently the actual car wash has started to get worse. I'm having to clean my trunk door almost completely because the car wash is failing to do so. This isn't a one time thing but has happened the last several washes. My family also has a monthly subscription and my husband has also noticed the car wash failing to throughly wash the rear end of his vehicle. He has driven through the car wash multiple times in one day and the issue still persists. He's spoken to one of the workers but nothing has happened since. Also the rinse cycle doesn't remove all of the soap and the dryers barely dry the car. If you don't wipe your car down with the provided towels, then you'll have a lot of dried water/soap marks on your car. So overall, I recommend if you have a minivan or truck, spend your money elsewhere. Buy a car wash that'll clean your whole car.

I have a 2016 Honda CRV, and I went thru this car wash, whatever pressure this place uses, pull my whole antenna housing off. This has never happened to me before, in speaking to the manager about this, he said " maybe it was worn and had too many washes" who says that! Then he says" we use a high pressure wash that really pulls the dirt off" not only the dirt, my whole antenna. I mentioned to be compensated for my broken antenna that their wash destroyed and you know when I have him a price, he just look at me, I purchased this CRV brand new. Please folks think twice before you take your vehicle here, because not only will the dirt be removed but your car parts too.

That was taken care of pretty quickly and the attendant actually gave us a little upgrade for our wait even though she says the scanner hasn't been scanning correctly all day. Towels were plenty. Not sure if they didn't have the air spraying hose or I just couldn't find it but I missed that. Also have become used to having vacuums available on both sides of the vehicle at my home Tidal Wave (This location only has them on one) so we missed that too. Overall even though I've never had a bad experience at a Tidal Wave this location has set the bar in their customer service.

Even my sister has used them and has the same complaints. When I drove up, the guy didn't even say hi (even though I did). He just stood there with a sad/angry look on his face till I got out of my car. I ordered the superior wash which included the inside of my car cleaned and leather seats treated. Then as I started to walk inside to wait, I noticed a sign that said to tip via the "tip box" and not to individual workers. Aha! That must be why they seem so unmotivated to be at work, because they have to split tips. In any case, I ignored it and read in the waiting room till they called me telling me my car was ready. I drive a white car and the bumpers were still dirty, asked for then to be cleaned and you would have thought I insulted the guy. He reluctantly went over to clean it; I even asked for the rag to do it myself but he insisted he would. My interior looked good but they could certainly pay more attention to the outside of cars. I would encourage the owner of this establishment to have a talk with the staff because they clearly look unhappy and it is reflected in their work. Customers will start to dwindle because no one likes to feel like they are inconveniencing anyone that they have paid for a service. It makes me consider driving further to find a better service car wash and I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way.

He assured me he would personally double-check the car after the service and allow me to review it before I left. Unfortunately, that did not happen. When the car was finished, no one came to inspect it. I had to check it myself, and the quality was still not acceptable. When I called the owner over, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he responded with an aggressive attitude, yelling "what, what," and even gave me the middle finger. When he finally came over, he didn't properly inspect the vehicle and simply wiped a small area with a wet rag before walking away. This place feels rushed--focused on quick cash rather than customer satisfaction. There's little attention to detail, and clearly no concern for repeat customers or feedback. I wanted to support a local business, but this experience was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality service or respectful customer care.!!!!
