This has never happened to me before, in speaking to the manager about this, he said " maybe it was worn and had too many washes" who says that! Then he says" we use a high pressure wash that really pulls the dirt off" not only the dirt, my whole antenna. Everyone was very courteous. Even the guys who scrubbed the car down smiled at us and told us to have a nice day. Usually they don't even make eye contact. LOL. Vacuums were strong. Towels were plenty. Not sure if they didn't have the air spraying hose or I just couldn't find it but I missed that. Also have become used to having vacuums available on both sides of the vehicle at my home Tidal Wave (This location only has them on one) so we missed that too. Even my sister has used them and has the same complaints. When I drove up, the guy didn't even say hi (even though I did). Then as I started to walk inside to wait, I noticed a sign that said to tip via the "tip box" and not to individual workers. Aha! That must be why they seem so unmotivated to be at work, because they have to split tips. In any case, I ignored it and read in the waiting room till they called me telling me my car was ready. I drive a white car and the bumpers were still dirty, asked for then to be cleaned and you would have thought I insulted the guy. He reluctantly went over to clean it; I even asked for the rag to do it myself but he insisted he would. My interior looked good but they could certainly pay more attention to the outside of cars. I would encourage the owner of this establishment to have a talk with the staff because they clearly look unhappy and it is reflected in their work. Customers will start to dwindle because no one likes to feel like they are inconveniencing anyone that they have paid for a service. He assured me he would personally double-check the car after the service and allow me to review it before I left. Unfortunately, that did not happen. When I called the owner over, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he responded with an aggressive attitude, yelling "what, what," and even gave me the middle finger. When he finally came over, he didn't properly inspect the vehicle and simply wiped a small area with a wet rag before walking away. This place feels rushed--focused on quick cash rather than customer satisfaction. There's little attention to detail, and clearly no concern for repeat customers or feedback. I wanted to support a local business, but this experience was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality service or respectful customer care.!!!!
