So ive been coming to this wash for the last year to give it a try. Here is my opinion. The wash quality is normally top notch but recently I've noticed my car isn't coming out dry at all especially without those cloth things at the end that spin don't come close to my car anymore. i have to use basically a full thing of towels to dry it. the spinning cloth in the middle of the wash the black and blue one barely touches the back of my car. If im going to pay 45 a month i expect a top notch quality. I've talked to the staff of this issue on a few occasions and have been told they will let the GM know. One of the only reasons im holding out on canceling is due to the staff. I want to give a thank you to damian and dolton. Last weekend i went through the wash and my car wasn't clean so when i pulled around to window i was pretty pissed that my car wasn't dry and the back of my car was still dirty. I talked with dolton at window and he offered me a rewash and to clean the back for me before going through and walk with my car as i went through to make sure i got a good wash. As i pulled around damian cleaned the back of my car and both of them even got the bugs on the front!! And once i pulled into lot he flagged me down and asked me if there was anything wrong with the rewash and i showed him where it wasn't dry and he offered to wipe it down and made sure it was spotless. This is why you guys are my go to carwash cause even when something is wrong you guys go above and beyond to correct it. Take 5 would have just told me to fuck off. read more

This is my go-to car wash close to home. Love the towels and window cleaner. I also like that their basic wash is $10. They have also given me dash wipes and air fresheners in the past. The wash is great and the vacuums work well. For the last few years they have had a Halloween late-night wash on the weekends in October. Went through the Tunnel of Terror for the first time tonight and it was a lot of fun. read more

This facility damaged my vehicle. The only response is a nameless and faceless email from "claims department" that denied my claim based on a waiver that I never saw, acknowledged, or signed. I will never visit this establishment again. They only want your money and do not care about the customer. The car wash doesn't even wash that well and always requires a fair amount of touch up afterwards. read more

I took my 2013 Toyota Tacoma through the Spring Hill Port Royal rd. on 7/10/18 and their equipment ripped the antenna off mine and another car at the exact same spot in the wash. the attendant stopped the equipment and found both antennas laying together. I ask what they would do about it the reply was their disclaimer says they are not responsible for antennas! the attendant also said there was only two vehicles that they normally have to remove antennas from, Toyota Tundra's and I think Lexus. the Tacoma and Tundra have the same type antenna, why not remove mine??? needless to say, I think their equipment has a problem!!!! read more

Just got my first car wash ever here. I in all honesty was super nervous about the belt because I had never done that before (embarrassing I know). Thomas, one of the managers, was super helpful in guiding me through and all went really well. I got the "great" package. After, I used the free vacuums they provide to clean the interior of my car. I love that they're free! Thomas came over to check to see how the experience went and let me know about their mat cleaner machine and their free window cleaner and rags. I used the mat cleaner and it worked amazingly! Was able to do all my mats with one token. I also used the window cleaner and rags to finish everything off. Such a great place with super friendly people. I will definitely be a regular! read more

It took awhile but the Car Wash did pay for my mirror to be replaced.

Took my Navigator through the wash. Blower took off my taillight assembly which had zero damage to it previously. Washtopia of Spring Hill would not take responsibility. Guess what, it wasn't a one time deal. A friend of mine a month later had the blowers take off part of his BRAND NEW car and they are saying it was preexisting with him as well...Brand new car! Don't take the chance there. If you car is damaged they will not fix it. Too many other good car washes in Spring Hill to gamble with Washtopia. read more

This car wash does not get your car clean. I bought the Amazing package thinking this would be a great way to keep my car clean on a regular basis. The wash didn't even get the bird poop off. I still have to large dirty places on my car. Not worth the money! I will be canceling the monthly unlimited plan immediately. read more

Car wash belts go really fast and does a marginal job at washing - so usually I have to wipe down every inch however it's the only option in town right now .... today was worse than usual, I don't mind it being busy as it's a nice day, but after waiting 10 plus minutes still no towels. The vacuum by my car had one broken hose and one clogged solid - that's enough for me I just left with a somewhat clean car .... if you have another option of car wash I'd suggest you use it read more

My newly licensed son recently had an incident there, where someone thought he had accidentally hit them. The workers, and owners, went above and beyond!!! helping him feel calm and handle the situation. They were able to pull up tons of video footage from every angle. Video showing that the owner of the other car mistakenly had small damage to their car before they arrived, and my son wasn't at fault. I can't say enough about how well their wash equipment works... It really cleans, doesn't leave dirt behind in crevices and cracks, and even leaves the windows pretty clean if you don't want to get out and wipe them. Their vacuums draw pretty hard and they provide plenty window cleaner and wiping rags. I went through the car wash today on my weekly run. I try to go by once a week at least to take advantage of my membership there. Another great wash today! Car Wash: 4 Vacuums: 5 It was my first time there, and my friend turned me onto the car wash and I was a little skeptical about the monthly pass, I got the 34.99 monthly "Amazing" pass, the top of the line and I do not regret it! You can skip the line altogether because it has a RFID sensor and it reads your pass and beeps to let you know that you can go! It had amazing colors and it's a fast wash but it really makes my truck shine. I love how powerful the blowers are and how great the pressure is for the jets. Their sign up process is amazingly fast and they get you in and out of the wash fast, they direct you onto the conveyor and tell you to put it in neutral and you're done! I love how powerful the vacuums are so you can reach those hard to reach places! Their customer service is outstanding, they are always nice and have a conversation with you! They talk to you if you have a problem and everything will get resolved asap! Their floor mat cleaners aren't the best (but my floor mat is DIRTY and STICKY!) but it did give it a nice shine and clean feel. Their monthly subscription is worth it, it's so easy to stop by and run thru the wash and be done with it in 2 minutes! They also offer free rags and towels and window cleaner to clean your windows! Pretty cool car wash and it's a brand new machine. I washed my SUV before hitting the road and it was a great, clean wash that didn't take forever to finish. Other than a few road bugs in the front, the car stayed pretty clean for the whole drive. Definitely recommend using this place to wash your car. read more

Never been to a car wash where a car is dried worse...dryer vents do so very little - requires much hand drying once out of wash. Mentioned to staff there and was looked at as if something were wrong with me. A long time car owner- and particular at that- hopefully they can correct this issue! read more

Best car wash around! My car was filthy (tree sap caked on the entire top of the car) and though the initial pass did not clean it a 100%, Stuart helped me scrub the remaining spots and it looked like new! We went to have our car washed paid for their "Amazing Wash" $18.00. When entering the wash the screen displays the type of wash selected. When we entered it stated our car was getting the "Basic Wash" $7.00. I then rolled the window down and told the attendant but they couldn't change it in time as we were already on the conveyor. So after going through you could see the tires hadn't been dressed which is part of the $18.00 wash. At this point I went inside and they told me I could pull around and try again which we did. Once again however the screen displayed our car was getting a "Basic Wash. I rolled the window down again and told them. As we were going through the wash this time we watched each cycle and sure enough we were not getting everthing included in the Amazing Wash. Once again the tires were not dressed etc. When I pulled around this time they sent one of the younger attendants out to dress the tires.I thought they might come out and offer to address the other services of the Amazing Wash that hadn't taken place with the basic wash but in the 30 minutes I spent vacuuming and wiping off the water spots they (the manager) never came out. As I was preparing to leave I saw the young attendant picking up towels and let him know I wasn't satisfied with our experience. He went in and sent the manager out. At this point he asks me if they took care of my tires and I said yes but that they hadn't addressed the other cycles of the $18.00 wash. He never offered to remedy the situation only to try to explain what happened. In the end I paid $18.00 for a $7.00 wash and some tire shine sprayed by the attendant. I gave them every opportunity to make this right but they wouldn't so we won't be going back. read more
