I had a very disappointing experience at DIRTY CAR. Before paying, I spoke directly with the owner and explained that I usually get the $45 wash but am often not satisfied. He assured me he would personally double-check the car after the service and allow me to review it before I left. Unfortunately, that did not happen. When the car was finished, no one came to inspect it. I had to check it myself, and the quality was still not acceptable. When I called the owner over, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he responded with an aggressive attitude, yelling "what, what," and even gave me the middle finger. When he finally came over, he didn't properly inspect the vehicle and simply wiped a small area with a wet rag before walking away. This place feels rushed--focused on quick cash rather than customer satisfaction. There's little attention to detail, and clearly no concern for repeat customers or feedback. I wanted to support a local business, but this experience was a complete waste of money. She reassured me that they could, and even though they were not able to remove it, she only charged me $15 and had her entire crew scrubbing the vehicle to get these marks off. She even came out and attempted herself. This business is definitely top-notch and willing to work to make the vehicle as clean as they can possibly make it. Let me preface this by saying a 1 star review may be unfair seeing as I didn't actually use their services, but customer service and first impressions mean a lot to me. I called to get a price on a detail and the man answers "Carwash" - which first off isn't the name of the business, nor did he give a first name. So I asked how much an inside detail was and he cut me off and said "You're gonna have to come next week." I was like oh okay... next week you said?" "Yeah machine's broke." So I proceeded to tell him I just wanted prices and he said "Well I don't know I'll have to look at it." I've never, ever gone to a car detailer whose prices were based on the dirtiness of the car, usually it's all standard pricing, which says a lot about them. I have two vehicles that I take through this car wash. They do an excellent job and are fast doing it. They pay attention to detail, and are careful with your property. I like this place, and would refer anyone to go there. Plus they have a raincheck policy. If it rains on your freshly washed car you can save your receipt and get a new wash the very next day! read more

I've come to this car wash several times and haven't had any problems. the staff has been nice. however, this last visit 2/9/17 my Mercedes emblem snapped of during the car wash. I was in the car and heard it. when the car came out, I told the man drying my car, your car wash broke off my emblem. he sent someone in to get it and brought it out. I asked them to put it back on and that's when the friendly accommodation stopped. I was told "I can't do anything about this". I asked to speak to the manager. He was sitting in his truck watching the whole thing. I told him what happen and expected him to own up to it,. for reimbursement. he could have at least offer to pay for half!!NOT, HE BLAMED THE EMBLEM spring!! This lack in service is a clear case of them having no competition (or so they think). They are conveniently located and practically the only one in their class in the Antioch location, and I believe that is why they have lack luster service. Even my sister has used them and has the same complaints. When I drove up, the guy didn't even say hi (even though I did). He just stood there with a sad/angry look on his face till I got out of my car. I ordered the superior wash which included the inside of my car cleaned and leather seats treated. Then as I started to walk inside to wait, I noticed a sign that said to tip via the "tip box" and not to individual workers. Aha! That must be why they seem so unmotivated to be at work, because they have to split tips. In any case, I ignored it and read in the waiting room till they called me telling me my car was ready. I drive a white car and the bumpers were still dirty, asked for then to be cleaned and you would have thought I insulted the guy. He reluctantly went over to clean it; I even asked for the rag to do it myself but he insisted he would. My interior looked good but they could certainly pay more attention to the outside of cars. I would encourage the owner of this establishment to have a talk with the staff because they clearly look unhappy and it is reflected in their work. Customers will start to dwindle because no one likes to feel like they are inconveniencing anyone that they have paid for a service. Been there twice. Both times they smeared the inside of the front windshield, so badly I cannot see well driving into the sun. . The dashboard was half-assed wipe clean -- the missed spots were obvious. There's no quality check by a mgt person. I realize these workers are itinerant and making lousy pay. Whatever you do, do not sign up for the subscription. Better yet, they do at best a half decent job for the money, so better to go to any of the other places in and around town for better quality work. After trying for weeks to contact someone to cancel my service, they charged me anyway then got a nasty attitude when I asked about refunding the charges made since cancelling. These guys really don't know what they're doing or simply don't care. I'm more than happy to take this review down, but they're going to have to step up and do the right thing first - so far it's an absolute fail. You don't get to charge people because "we don't check our voicemail." Classic example of lazy ownership influencing lazy workers. Be an adult, own your mistakes and shortcomings, and do what's right by your customers. Everything else will fall into place. read more

The owner had his hands all over a girl this afternoon in open sight at the outside hostess ticket booth, and was very inappropriate, and not appreciated as a mom. Also, they allow loud music thumping and with a young child outside, that was not cool and we will probably not be back....will drive father if needed to avoid this sort of atmosphere. read more

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INSIDE YOUR CAR. THEY ARE THIEVES. When i arrived i was so confused on what to do- i just wanted a simple 5 dollar wash but they pressured me into paying 20 or 45. I paid 20 for the 'inside'. I had no clue what that meant and then a man forced me out of my car and i was extremely uncomfortable. Was just looking to have my car washed even though it was drizzling because I'd had a dog in the car and wanted to get ride of the hair all over my back seat. They asked if I wanted inside outside I said everything so they charged me for their most expensive wash which I was fine with because my car needed it. Get in my car and it smells like funk no idea what they used inside of it, I start looking around as I'm driving up the road and I see dust still on my doors by my window like they did a half ass wipe then I look at my center console and it still has stuff inside they didn't wipe down my radio or front of dash I look at the top of my steering wheel still dirty. I get to my friends and get out to look at the vaccine job, they didn't vacuum between the seats and the console or even in the creases of the seats (any of them) they didn't vaccine under my trunk and gas lever and there was still dog hair in the car. My windows were not cleaned properly and still have dirt on them and so do my wheels. What did I walk out of this place paying $45 for?? I'll stick to the $5 car wash and do it myself or go to the guy who does mobile auto detailing for $25. read more

I paid the money for the highest package they offer. It was supposed to be everything almost detailed and cleaned. It wasnt. It was the worst car wash I have ever been to and when I asked to speak to a manager, he screamed at me and said "you're not going to get detailing for 30 dollars" screamed at me. I'm not exaggerating. There were streaks all over the windows, footprints from the staff in my floor boards and dust everywhere. The outside wasn't even clean. It was nothing they claimed it to be. At all. Bird poop was left on my mirror. Is that clean? I didn't expect it to be perfect but for the money I paid I expected it to be close. I learned my lesson and the owner didn't offer a discount or anything to make up for it. He was very defensive and I've never been so offended in my life by the way someone has screamed at me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Horrible experience, ridiculously over priced, crappy service, job not done, vaccuums dont work. This place sucks. Its way too expensive. The customer service sucks. I asked THREE times if they were going to automatically draft money out of my account. The guy refused to answer me and yanked my card out of my hand and swiped it, charging me without ever answering my question. I asked a fourth time and he rudely said yes they would be automatically taking money out of my account and he literally walked out of the office and left me standing there. He threw papers on the ground. I drove through the car wash and then my vehicle was surrounded by what I can only describe as scary looking homeless people who didnt really do anything except beg for tips. I tried to use the vaccuums but they were too short to even reach the driver side of my vehicle and on the side they did reach, they didnt work. At all. I asked if air freshner costed extra. One of the homeless guys grabbed a bottle of blue liquid and SATURATED the drivers seat! It smelled SO BAD. It smelled like vinegar and some kind of horrible chemicals. Now my seat was soaked! I looked at the back of my vehicle and it was nowhere near clean. I went to this sad excuse for an establishment on Saturday to get my teenagers car cleaned and was verbally insulted by the supposed to be owner whom name I can't post on this site but will be posting on others where allowed if that is even his real. Upon arriving I asked the receptionist or intake person if they would be able to assist with my teenagers car and was assured yes we can clean it..... needless to say after the car goes through the wash still wasn't clean to have paid $25 dollars, my child doesn't even have leather seats so only needed to wipe down dash, doors,cup holders etc but I paid for leather package....so when I point out that dash, middle console and driver side floor had not been cleaned properly the sorry excuse of owner goes on tyrant about he tired of dealing with my teenagers car and he can't work miracles he been dealing with the car for an hour and needed to move on well sir I only been here for about 20 to 30 mins so you have not been on this car for an hour. He then directed one of the workers whom had did the half job in the first place to vacuum driver side one more time and get her out of here. At this point he decides to insult me and my child stating the car was dirty when we brought it to him well sir again I thought a car wash is where you take dirty cars if the car was clean what would be your purpose??.l asked for their corporate info and this so called owner tells me he is corporate and only person over him is God...ok sir. I gone inside to get his name store info things so that I can report him to BBB and he walks up like he wants to get physical and tells me to get out because I'm asking for my receipt hoping it has needed info on it which it doesn't nor does it show any price which means books probably crooked and everything. I went to have my car cleaned inside and out but after I left I noticed how poor the job was done. I still had grime on the outside of my car and the inside wasn't cleaned well. The quality is comparable to going to a $5 car wash and even that might be better. I was thoroughly disappointed especially since I paid for the $29 car service. When I called to ask for a refund or just for my car to be rewashed, I was told that I should've checked my car before I left. Went to this car wash for the 3rd time as they had done a good job the two times before. My Ford F150 took a long time for some reason to come through and they were not that busy but I just figured the track was running slow. The truck looked good and I hopped in to drive away. I had not reached the street when the mirror on the passenger side fell out and rolled into the street. Being aware of disclaimers about loose chrome, non factory items, I asked what their policy was. The lady behind the counter directed me to a poster on the front glass by the door. No disclaimer on factory items. Great. Wrong. Their attitude was basically tough luck. Left message for the owner "Joe" but never got a call back. I went to Dirty Car wash today and will never go back again! First of all, my antenna was left on my vehicle during the car wash so it was almost ruined from the spinning brushes and dryer that comes down on the car. When I went outside to ask the ask the girl who takes the orders for the car washes if it was my responsibility or their responsibility to remove it before it goes thru the car wash, the girl was surprised and asked "did they forget to take it off" letting me know that it was their error. When I got to my car, i asked one of the guys who was cleaning it who I would need to contact if my antenna was broken since it was left on during the car wash. He had the same look and said that he didn't know, some asked the same lady who turned around and asked a bald overweight man. This man got in my face and screamed at me that I would talk to myself because the sign says that they are not responsible for damage to vehicles and stormed off. The parking lot was packed with people and he was screaming at me and I was pushed out of the parking lot basically. When I looked my car over, the antenna is fine, however, the drivers seat is torn, the floor was half ass vacuumed, the car was still dirty inside and the tires were still dirty. I had paid for detail and didn't get anything. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. The staff does not want to work there, and if the bald guy owns it he seriously needs customer service skills. read more
