I know he wanted us to stay until the end of the lease so there was no problems with getting his person in here after the city stated her basement was in UNLIVABLE conditions and very dangerous with no permit so it never had an inspection due to no permit stated by the master building inspector but because she will never be the same after this I needed to know she will be ok for the rest of her life and they charged us for a basement FOR 3 YEARS WHICH is fraud alone. Her bills are most likely over 1 million now and Brett said to do whatever I needed to so we don't get evicted so I did. I took out every and any loan possible to pay the 13k they wanted since we asked them to fix the issue since no one was supposed to be living in the basement ever and they were reporting on our credit for over 2 years we were late on rent when it was a lie too.We desperately needed help and after I came up with everything they ask for this lawyer dropped us. He didn't do it before we paid them he did it right after. It makes me think he was friends with them all along. When I called saying I paid them off and asked what he needed next from me he said,"Im sorry I cant help you at all." WE checked up wit because he asked us to stayin 9t 13k to pay them and then 700 and then 500.

I needed a massage and my Chiropractor didn't have that service. I asked Zeb if he could find my a place to get a massage and he gave me the number of a very sketchy practice that told me they would give me a massage if I turned my treatment over to them totally. zeb thought I should, even though I was extremely happy with FLOW chiropractic. This situation turn out to be very unprofessional and like I said, sketchy. I called Zeb, very upset at the lack of communication, the situation with the massage and the company they directed me to, among other issues dealing with his team. We had a heated exchange on the a long phone call And I told him I was never able to get my massage. He said he would contact that center and get back to me... never happened. When I was done with my treatment , his team reached out to make sure they had all the treatment information and asked if I could ver got my massage. I was so angry that they didn't have any information for that exchange with Zeb about that situation. I decided right then to switch attorneys. When I spoke with Zeb about why I told him all of the things I had told him on our heated call. He acted so surprise. When I asked him if he had notes about our phone call and not getting the massage, he said he must have forgotten to take notes on that conversation . I was shocked. How good of an attorney could this man be, if he can't take notes on an important call. When my attorney got my file, so many things were not updated. I would advise HEAVILY to not go with Zeb Weeks. So disorganized and incompetent!

He then offered me $500 back with no clear explanation why. There was also what felt like complicity with the other law firm because of the inaccurate legal information I was given. (Jacob Gunter) gave inconsistent advice, made too many assumptions, and later denied things that were previously said. This created confusion and a serious lack of trust. I recorded all conversations, so I would advise others to be cautious and ask for clear explanations in writing whenever possible. If you're looking for a lawyer who gives poor advice, makes assumptions about your employment even after reviewing your pay stubs and work history, and questions what you do for work simply because you drive a nice car, then this was my experience. As my lawyer, making comments like, "Do you drive Uber or work for someone?" instead of reviewing the actual facts felt unprofessional and discriminatory.

Lots of mistakes in his paperwork and he failed to address imperritive issues in the suit. I don't think he really understands the law, the fact that he passed the bar is amazing. this firm was so unprofessional The only thing that they were quick to do was take you money …read more communicating with them was just impossible as you have to set up phone call appointments through a text service to scheduled a phone call and then they were always canceled or postponed on their end. If you hire these attorneys, be prepared to only see them five minutes prior to court dates. I could not in good faith recommend them for any kind of criminal case. If the client is incarcerated They , will not set up visitation to offer any type of council and will make up excuses for not doing so they only showed five minutes prior to the court hearing, You may also be waiting over five months to receive your discovery sheet after sending someone else's if you receive the proper one and not someone else's be prepared to attend your preliminary without the discovery and like I said, they are so unprofessional when it comes to communicating, and evidence on the case, that I had myself to retrieve from the police department also two other separate occasions, left me with concerns if they were even working my case. I had to ask several times if they are still representing my client, when asked simple questions on the case, they failed to answer at one point, just shrugged their shoulders and avoided the question seemed as if they haven't read the case at all. they did not set any motions even after requesting, and don't try to get any forms or documentation on what they are doing for the case. They have been on the case over a year and still couldn't provide missing evidence simple police reports. Asking how it pertains to your case, ? they set up one video visitation and did not provide anything that would help the defense when one did show up from the firm they stated I am not familiar with your case. I am just instructed to deliver you pictures. Also be firm on who you are hiring they tend to send their associates or secretary , someone within the firm . We were under the impression that we were hiring Chris Dexter, but he did not show for court. He sent a Brixton R. Hakes . Even after requesting for Chris, only Brixton appeared. Be prepared for unprofessional derogatory comments, "quoted " you sing like a Canary , and such an 80's ways of doing things , ...,, also if you pay them a flat rate fee, they will request that you fire them before you even reached the trial The only evidence they were able to collect was instructed whom to give it to I believe intentionally gave it to the wrong person. If working with Dexter And Dexter be very careful they will look you straight in the eye and show you their meaning to lawyers are liars , also they will show you how attentive they are when it comes to collecting your funds

Before we hired Ron Wilkinson we read reviews and wondered if the poor reviews were credible since…read morethey seemed so different compared to the good reviews. Well, after experiencing Ron Wilkinson firsthand for ourselves, we can confirm the poor reviews about him are credible. When we had our consultation, Ron told us quote, "I can probably get this case resolved with one phone call." And he said that we would get the rest of our "retainer back to spend on Christmas." We understood it wasn't a guarantee but that it was a good probability he could get the case resolved with one promised phone call since that is what he told us. Ron never made that promised phone call. We emailed him and called the office countless times over the next 6 weeks. We did not receive replies to our emails or any callbacks. We finally scheduled a phone call in advance to speak with Ron, which costs almost $400 an hour. We asked Ron if he made that one phone call yet that he promised us. He seemed surprised we remembered him promising he would make this phone call and that he probably could get this case resolved on that one phone call and that we expected him to make that call. He said the individual he was going to call was hard to get a hold of. We did not believe he was telling us the truth. Another time opposing counsel sent us a very harassing email on a Thursday filled with lies and threatening sanctions (court fines) against us if we didn't reply by Monday. We called Ron's office, we emailed Ron and forwarded onto him the harassing email. Ron never called us back, never emailed us back. We made it clear this was an emergency and we heard nothing but crickets. We had to reply to the email ourselves and represent ourselves in order to get the email back to this other unprofessional attorney by Monday. It is almost impossible to communicate with Ron. He does not reply to emails or return phone calls. If you want to talk on the phone, you have to schedule a call weeks in advance for almost $400 an hour. But there are times when emergencies or situations arise that you need a relatively quick response. Then when you do get a rare chance to talk to him, it's very difficult to bring up your concerns to him as he gets easily triggered and he has a short temper. Ron even told us he gets easily triggered. We were scared to say anything to him. Ron often engages in manipulative gas-lighting techniques where he creates a false narrative and tries to place the blame for his irresponsible actions onto us and blame us for his bad actions. As one example he would accuse us of not listening when Ron is the one who was not listening to us. The ultimate betrayal was when Ron falsely told the court we agreed to things which we absolutely did NOT agree to. Ron or his office also engage in falsifying their bills. As one specific example we were charged $720 for witnesses being served subpoenas. However only 4 witnesses were subpoenaed at a cost of $18.50 each which would be a total of $74, not $720. When we point this out to both Ron and his office asking them what is going on with the billing, we again receive no response. We also had to do a lot of babysitting. We had to constantly call and email over and over and over to make sure things are getting done. For example, we called multiple times about correctly scheduling something. We were finally told there were about 5 dates to choose from and we would get a call back to get our permission to schedule the time and place. About a week goes by with no one calling us back. So we have to call into the office again. And we are told that the thing was scheduled without ever talking to us. And this thing was scheduled at a time we could NOT make and at a place we clearly did NOT agree to. So we have to spend more time and more money getting it rescheduled and fixed to the correct place. In short, instead of us being properly represented, there were multiple times we were misrepresented by our own counsel.
