Have you ever felt stuck and wanted someone to take the necessary time to help you solve problems you might have as an individual?! To have a company serve you as a person, father, American or someone just wanting a second chance not a number or possible $$ sign? Zabriski will treat you as such! Call and talk to Trevor! What I have expressed above is nothing without artifacts so here is some from my own personal experience. All though it has been a bumpy road. I believe Zabriski law firm does understand why their business exists. They understand it's not to take money and step in front of the judge and spit some law Hoopla none of us clients really truly understand. They helped me understand what I was sacking my head in agreement to. They understand they can make a difference and help people be represented fairly and honestly. There is a trust set by the individual that the attorney at Zabriski will care enough about to do business fairly and honestly. And they did that for me. I won't go into to much detail, but Zabriski met with me and spent time listening to me and understanding my current circumstances so much that they worked with me on the business end of things $$. They were able to get a very serious DV charge removed with only one requirement. That requirement was to be evaluated by the VA. My case was around 4-5 years ago. Why am I just barely posting? Well hence the bumpy road part, but what matters is Zabriski in the end practiced great business ethics and serving me as an individual. You might ask yourself this review isn't true or made up to make the firm look good. Contact me if you truly don't believe me and I'll talk with you. I would work with Zabriski in the future, BUT hope to never have to require there professionalism again. Solely because I hope to never have to use there area of expertise in the future! Haha. Thanks again Trevor and the Zabriski Law Firm.

My ex-wife tried to leave the state four separate times and kept trying to bypass court orders. Zack was steady and knew exactly what to do every step of the way. What impressed me most is how well he understands the local judiciary. He knows how the commissioners and judges in Utah County approach things, and that insight made a real difference for us. He shoots straight. He tells you exactly where you stand and what your real options are. No fluff, no false hope. Just honest, solid counsel. He is patient, considerate, and thorough in everything he does. He protected our son and our family through a really hard time and we will always be grateful. If you're looking for a family law attorney in Provo, Zack Starr at Moody Brown Law is the real deal. I'd recommend him to anyone. Zack cares deeply about his clients and about the money they spend. Many times he helped us avoid costly litigation, and I don't think I would have been nearly as lucky if I had had another attorney. My experience would validate that, unfortunately. I will always be thankful for everything this man did for our family .

I'm deeply grateful for her guidance through one of the most difficult chapters of my life--I can't imagine navigating it without her. Shortly after the divorce was finalized, I needed legal help again due to escalating issues with my ex's partner. Her behavior was aggressive and was negatively affecting my children. Grant and his team stepped in with clarity and strength. They advocated for my kids, and helped establish safety and stability for all of us. Over the past seven years, they've remained steady, validating, and genuinely supportive. There aren't enough words to express what their dedication, skill, and compassion have meant to me. In moments that were painful and emotionally overwhelming, their professionalism and care were truly invaluable.

During a critical court case involving his situation, the firm failed to appear at the scheduled hearing. I had to call the attorney myself to ask where they were. When they finally arrived, they were completely unprepared. As a result of how the case was handled, my grandfather was ultimately forced to leave his home and move into a retirement facility, where he later passed away. Although Randy later took over the matter and refunded our payment, the damage had already been done. I also retained the firm for a separate criminal matter. I was advised to plead no contest and was told that after five years the record could simply be expunged. When the time came to pursue expungement, I was told they would contact the city prosecutor. Months passed with no updates. My emails went unanswered, and my calls were not returned. Eventually, the attorney handling my case left the firm and apparently did not transfer any meaningful information. Afterward, I was charged again to continue the expungement process, only to be told a week later that there was nothing they could do. No meaningful follow-up was made, and even a simple call to the prosecutor's office was declined. While they offered to refund the second charge, that does not compensate for the wasted time, lack of communication, or the consequences of the legal advice I was given regarding the plea. In both matters, I experienced poor communication, lack of preparation, and a failure to follow through. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

Richard and my loved one achieved a NOT GUILTY charge for the three most egregious charges setting my loved one free (with probation). I also enjoyed that Richard really listened to my loved one and didn't try to push him into plea deals (as other attorneys had). He charged my family a reasonable price (honestly we should have paid him three times what he charged for the defense - and I really mean that). Richard is also a cheerful person as many attorneys are not.

During my son's court proceeding, this attorney and another defense attorney were sitting in the courtroom having a conversation loudly enough to be disruptive while my son's case was being heard. I politely asked them if they could please keep their voices down. They quieted down briefly, but the loud conversation started again. I politely asked a second time. Instead of simply acknowledging the request, this attorney Richard Gale, told me to move, in a manner I found unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. What bothered me most was the complete lack of professionalism and courtroom decorum. I was not yelling. I was not causing a scene. I made a simple, respectful request that two attorneys stop talking loudly while another person's case was being heard. The irony is hard to miss: had I, as a family member sitting in that courtroom, behaved the way these attorneys were behaving during one of their clients' cases, I have little doubt I would have been reprimanded or removed from the courtroom. Attorneys are held to a higher professional standard for a reason. People sitting in a courtroom are often experiencing one of the most stressful and serious moments of their lives. They deserve basic courtesy and respect and NOT to be treated as an inconvenience when they politely ask for the same consideration being expected of everyone else. This review is based solely on my firsthand experience with this attorney (Richard Gale) today. I cannot speak to his legal abilities or the outcomes of his cases. I can, however, speak to how he conducted himself in the courtroom and how he chose to treat me when I respectfully addressed a disruption. And based on that experience, I would not recommend him.

He then offered me $500 back with no clear explanation why. There was also what felt like complicity with the other law firm because of the inaccurate legal information I was given. (Jacob Gunter) gave inconsistent advice, made too many assumptions, and later denied things that were previously said. This created confusion and a serious lack of trust. I recorded all conversations, so I would advise others to be cautious and ask for clear explanations in writing whenever possible. If you're looking for a lawyer who gives poor advice, makes assumptions about your employment even after reviewing your pay stubs and work history, and questions what you do for work simply because you drive a nice car, then this was my experience. As my lawyer, making comments like, "Do you drive Uber or work for someone?" instead of reviewing the actual facts felt unprofessional and discriminatory.

I did not know this until I received a bill for services in the mail of which I made an inquiry about. When I asked a question about the bill the lady on the phone advised me the counselor assigned to my case had left the firm. This was a few days before my case was to be heard. Attempting to get ahold of the newly assigned counselor was simply a text message telling me everything was going to be "OK"? I had left a message for a return call as well as I texting back the new counselor. Case was simple enough but the retainer was eaten up in unnecessary calls I had to make. The previous counselor (resigned) had told me a plea would be prearranged but it apparently was not discussed until the day of my trial. My retainer? I actually owe them money which is insulting to say the least. The counselor who originally did my case charged for services which were moot and had to be redone. But of course I had to pay for it.
