Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.

I made a payment of $1,300 on April 26th, was told my first month was free, and then without proper notice, was informed I needed to pay June's rent by May 15th--even though we weren't late until the end of the month. I paid before June 1st, yet still got hit with a late fee they refuse to reverse. I have receipts. There's no flexibility, no accountability, and certainly no communication. Add to that the hassle of getting my phone number (which took multiple calls), and you have an organization that fails to support small businesses. Regus's process is confusing, misleading, and downright frustrating. New entrepreneurs deserve better. Don't make the mistake I did. Take your business somewhere that actually supports its clients.

Not with Angel Stone! The prices they offered were way way way below that number. Not only that, but they installed for FREE. Got a new single basin stainless steel sink from Angel Stone for only $150 extra. Pilar, the office manager was amazing and an absolute joy to work with. She was on top of her game, and she even went above and beyond by making time to meet with me at a time that was convenient for me. Gregorio and a helper installed the granite. He is the most polite installer I have ever met. Not only polite, but a true master at his job. His seam was so flawless, you can't even tell where it is. The measurements he took were absolutely perfect, and everything fit like a glove. We picked out the granite on a Saturday, and they were ready to install it on a Tuesday. This is because they do all their fabricating in house. Now, for WAY less than I thought, I have a beautiful granite countertop and new deep single basin sink that looks amazing. From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.
