I had used another space, but my conference calls were a distraction for other people; Paradigm offers lots of little nooks and crannies to hide away in, and sound is muffled. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.
