They also offer phone booths if you need to take a call, and meeting rooms for hourly rent if you are looking to host a meeting with a larger group. This has been one of the worst business experiences I've ever had. The owner is unprofessional,…read moredisrespectful, and completely unwilling to communicate like an adult. Instead of addressing concerns fairly, they seem to operate based on personal feelings and intimidation. As a tenant, I never felt valued or respected. The environment is uncomfortable, and it feels like you're constantly being watched rather than supported. Any time you try to raise a legitimate concern, you're treated like you're did something wrong instead of being heard. That's not how you build a professional business relationship. From my experience, the owner showed clear favoritism and treated people differently. I left feeling that I wasn't given the same level of respect or fairness that every paying tenant deserves. If you're looking for a place to grow your business in a professional, welcoming environment, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Read every word of your lease before signing anything, and make sure you understand exactly what you're agreeing to. I wish I had known then what I know now. I also felt I was treated differently because of my race, and that experience made the environment feel hostile and unwelcoming.
