ZERO STARS!! I will not return to this office. Their customer service is extremely poor, their…read moretherapy is lack luster and they also attempt to upsell you on products and procedures not covered by your insurance as your sessions come to an end. I am completely dissatisfied in its entirety with this office. Every time I went in, my PT couldn't be bothered to provide clear direction to the exercises, I constantly had to ask him to repeat what he wanted me to do and how many sets. He spent his time tapping his pencil, typing on his computer and walking around in circles not showing me how to do certain exercises and being visibly bored. It was a complete joke. I gained zero abilities from any of the exercises set in my "program" and walked away from every single appointment in more pain then I arrived in. I also spent two to three additional days recovering from the pain caused by their set exercises. I watched an older man during my last appointment get stuck in his strap to stretch his knee because his PT walked away without informing him of what she was doing, and went and handled an "insurance issue" on the other side of the office. He was stuck for so long MY PT had to go assist him with a different exercise until his PT could return to her job. RIDICULOUS. Today I received a text message reminder of an appt scheduled separately of our original appointments (due to a system issue), at 3:22PM. The appt is for tomorrow at 10:40 AM. Unfortunately due to a Veterans Day ceremony change I needed to change my appt time. After discussing multiple days to reschedule and none of them working the representative got back on the phone with a completely different tone and said "actually we can't see you after tomorrow due to your care plan anyway so it would be a cancellation fee you need to pay because you're within your 24hr period and you signed a contract!!" Are you kidding me? Number 1; I had zero information on how many sessions I was referred for, #2 my final appt was scheduled after the first three appts were made due to their computer issue.. I had no printed copy of the appt, no email nothing. I had one reminder sent short of the 24 cancellation notice so the patient has no options. Who runs a business like this? Absolutely appalling. I would recommend you find another office if you are seeking actual professional physical therapy because it will not be had at this office.

The only staff they have is two people (husband and wife) trainers don't count. The hours are very limited when they are staffed, and if you bring a guest in other than their staffed ours, even if you call and leave a message letting them know what your doing, they cancel your membership without letting you know. Not very user friendly for members and their guests. They probably should consider finding a better guest policy or staffing longer hours to cater to guests. Of note: (posted after owners response) your 1 star review is specifically for your limited hours and how it doesn't benefit the member. It's a bit ridiculous to expect people to cater to an 11am-6pm staffed hours, most people work during that time frame, again your staffed hours are unrealistic to your policy. While cancelling, I am told that I would be charged a $60 cancellation fee. I asked the purpose of the fee, and was told that it was in the contract. As he attempted to pull up my contract in the computer, he tried to justify the fee by saying the fee wasn't as bad as the other gyms. When your only defense of an unscrupulous practice is to point out that other places are worse, you should change your practice. I left after he was unable to pull up the contract, and I will definitely not return.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional business! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE!…read more I had been looking around the area for a Crossfit gym that featured personal training sessions; I saw the Power Dome online and was attracted to their low rate for hourly training sessions. I emailed the owner, Jess Fisher, and set a time and date to come in for an evaluation and to discuss a training schedule. Upon arriving at their location, I was surprised to see everything locked up and no cars in the lot. A bit confused, I called the number from the website and heard a recorded message that the 'cellular subscriber was not receiving calls at this time'. Feeling annoyed, I wrote an email to Jess Fisher explaining how upset I was that he did not show up for my appointment. I explained my disappointment but was not rude or profane in any way. I said that I did not understand why he would turn down business in this way. Literally fifteen minutes after I sent the email, I received a call from Jess, who very rudely told me that he 'did not have to explain' to me why he was not there, and that he felt that we would not 'have a good athlete-trainer relationship!' Absolutely unbelievable! I have no idea if these people know what they are doing as trainers, or if they care at all about providing a legitimate service. All I know is that I simply tried to sit down with them to discuss a training schedule, and they completely and utterly blew me off, and were rude as hell to me when I asked why.
