Absolutely terrible and unprofessional business! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE!
I had been looking around the area for a Crossfit gym that featured personal training sessions; I saw the Power Dome online and was attracted to their low rate for hourly training sessions. I emailed the owner, Jess Fisher, and set a time and date to come in for an evaluation and to discuss a training schedule. Upon arriving at their location, I was surprised to see everything locked up and no cars in the lot. A bit confused, I called the number from the website and heard a recorded message that the 'cellular subscriber was not receiving calls at this time'. Feeling annoyed, I wrote an email to Jess Fisher explaining how upset I was that he did not show up for my appointment. I explained my disappointment but was not rude or profane in any way. I said that I did not understand why he would turn down business in this way. Literally fifteen minutes after I sent the email, I received a call from Jess, who very rudely told me that he 'did not have to explain' to me why he was not there, and that he felt that we would not 'have a good athlete-trainer relationship!' Absolutely unbelievable! I have no idea if these people know what they are doing as trainers, or if they care at all about providing a legitimate service. All I know is that I simply tried to sit down with them to discuss a training schedule, and they completely and utterly blew me off, and were rude as hell to me when I asked why. Crestview Crossfitters, do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague! I would give ZERO stars if I could. read more
