They were flexible to work remotely and were able to determine at the start what topics he needed to review or have extra exposure to. Both had a calm demeanor to explain student's questions. The content was comprehensive for relevant topics on the exam. One suggestion is that the user interface be more user friendly as sometimes submissions were not accepted due to formatting issues. In addition, the exercises are insightful, but involve a lot of reading by the student to understand the concepts, instead of live teacher explanation. That methodology may not work for every student.
