I was looking for a place to treat my mom to for a facial and massage. I came across Fleuresh when searching for local places and saw they had a great deal on a few hour package that included a massage, body polish, facial, spa "snack" and pedicure. Great! Moms need pampering!! I stopped by about a week and a half before and asked the front desk to help me book that many appointments at once - Gulan was awesome and was able to work with me since I don't always know my schedule weeks out and she was able to get us in in a short time away for 3 hours of spa goodness each! She had other customers to help check out so she took down my info after confirming the time and also sent me a confirmation email for everything we booked so we didn't have to hold up the other customers. Day of treatment - we arrive a few minutes before our appointment and are offered the use of the sauna and tea/water while we filled out the paper work. Everyone was super nice and helpful! My mom interacted with two different staff members throughout the experience and I was lucky enough to have Ambar for a few hours to help me relax and feel pretty :) The spa "snack" was a fresh chicken caesar salad from a neighboring restaurant. The building is beautifully done with clean relaxing tones and the provided robes/towels/table bed linens are exactly what you would expect from a high end spa. As I've recently moved back from Dallas,TX, finding a place that would be at home in a major city as well as our little city was amazing! Everything about this experience was amazing - Ambar was super nice and extremely good and I feel great going into a holiday weekend! Cathy and Marissa - thank you for making this experience something my mom completely enjoyed!!! Marissa - my mom has never had a pro give her a pedicure and you made her laugh again and again during it and made her feel comfortable - Thank you for that!!! My mother and I will definitely look into joining their monthly programs and most certainly would love to do the day again like this several times a year. Thank you Fleuresh Staff!!!!!! You will be highly recommended to everyone we know!! read more

Seldom will I take the time to write a review, but this experience was so above and beyond, I had no other choice. My mom celebrated her 60th birthday this past weekend and I wanted to do something special for her. Due to her working long and strenuous hours, she has always had trouble with her back and feet. I wanted to gift her a relaxing massage. Living out of town and not knowing who the go-to massage parlor in town was, I took a shot with FleuRESH. I emailed them to see what they could offer to my mom to rid her of her pains. Kim responded swiftly to my email and from there on, a pleasant and extremely professional conversation ensued. Kim explained what would be done, how the separate massages would play an impact on my mom and how long each session would take. Long story short, this past Saturday, my mom went there, a little apprehensive, I won't lie. Almost three hours later, I picked her up and she walked out with the biggest smile I had ever seen on her. She felt years younger, told me that everyone was beyond professional and they had even given her a vase with roses and a card for her birthday. That right there showed me that they truly go above and beyond and want to treat their clients the right way. Needless to say, my mom has already set up a follow up appointment for a refresher massage. Thank you Kim and the entire FleuRESH crew. You outdid my expectations. read more

I was given a gift certificate for the South Willow St, Manchester NH location. I was excited to visit and enjoy an 80 minute deep tissue massage. Upon arriving I was checked in and ask if I would like water or tea. I was given water in what appeared to be a dirty glass. There were 2 young women in the waiting area who were asked if they'd like to use the sauna which they agreed to. They were sent to a room to change into a towel. They then had to enter the hallway in their towels to enter the sauna. Lack of a door between the waiting area and the spa area, left little room for privacy. I used the bathroom which was less then spa like. Wallpaper coming off the wall! It was time for my massage. I was ask if there were any areas that I would like special attention given to. I explained a couple issues I would like to have addressed. I found that one had been and disappointed that the other was not. During my experience my relaxation was interrupted by hearing laughter and talking (above the music), outside the room. My massage was now over. I was told to take my time before leaving. I never saw my therapist after that. All in all I have had a better experience elsewhere. When $120 is spent for a wonderfully relaxing experience, I expect that's what I should receive from the moment I get there until the time I leave. Carol Evans, Manchester, NH read more

I came into Fleuresh the other day after reading about their Eminence all organic skin care line. I reserved an appointment for a facial with Tricia, and then a massage with Megan. My facial was absolutely AMAZING! Tricia gave me an amazing massage with an all-organic apricot oil that smelled so good! I really liked how she sat with me before the service to access what my skin needed - she even custom tailored the facial to my exact needs! It truly was the best facial I've ever had, and I loved how sweet, caring, and knowledgable she was! Onto my massage with Megan! Before the massage, Megan recommended I use the sauna, which was so relaxing! She gave me such a great massage; I've never felt so relaxed! She also took the time out of her day to show me different stretches and yoga techniques to help my body at home. Even though I only came in for 2 services, I was able to relax with a glass of wine, shower, and sauna for as long as I wanted! I felt so welcomed here, all of the ladies are extremely friendly and nurturing. You're not just a client that comes in and out here, which is so unique. You're never rushed, and everybody takes the time to customize services to your needs, and help you with an at-home care plan. It truly shows how much they care about you as a person! Best spa experience I've ever had!! read more

This spa has really started to feel like a home away from home. Kim and Amber are so welcoming that you immediately feel like you're part of the family and it is totally comfortable to make yourself at home. I have emailed and called to make special requests and they go above and beyond to accommodate you. I wanted mimosas for my sister's birthday and not only did we get those but we also got strawberries with a warm chocolate dip!! Above and beyond. Do you want a special product?--they will order it for you, ship it to you, or even set it aside for when you come in. They take phone calls and emails about any questions you may have. They truly care about your health and well being. I signed up for the 3 month membership (60 minute body and face) and I will definitely be continuing on after the 3 months. The membership is DEFINITELY worth it. It is so wonderful to have a day each month where you get go and have such wonderful people take care of you for a couple hours. And you get great discounts and services with the membership. I highly recommend signing up! I've commented before about how the services are top of the line and they never fail to meet/exceed my expectations. I love it! read more

I found this place because of the high ratings on Yelp, and I wasn't disappointed. I've had 4-5 massages in two other states, and 2 in another country. This is the first time the massage therapist introduced herself beforehand and actually discussed my responses on the survey. Every other massage, I entered an empty room, got ready, and waited for a stranger to come in and touch me for an hour. Meeting the therapist before, even just for a couple minutes, set me at ease and I felt like I could be more open and communicative with how I was feeling or how the massage was. I didn't need to be- because of the therapist's experience and the pre-brief, she provided exactly what I needed. She also offered me the infrared red sauna after my massage, and refilled my water glass and provided a wrap to sit in. Just a lot of nice little touches. Lastly, I called today at about 12:45 and they were able to get me and my husband scheduled back-to-back appointments this afternoon (one therapist on duty). Everything about my experience was enjoyable to amazing. I will definitely return here the next time I'm back home in NH. read more

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I absolutely would. I went in for a facial because my skin is feeling very tired and dull lately. After Ambar discussed with me all the different options, I decided to go with the Hungarian mud treatment. She put what looks like mud on my skin and told me it would be very stimulating and oh boy was it! It wasn't uncomfortable by any means, but it was hot. After she removed it, my skin instantly felt tighter and smoother. My pores were smaller and my face was just glowing! She is amazing. Then she convinced me to get a cocoon wrap with Kim to clean out my pores and "detox my body". She painted a mask on my whole body then put this canopy over me and turned the steam on. While the steam was going, she gave me the most AMAZING neck and scalp massage! Overall, this is the BEST spa experience I have ever had. The whole staff was so friendly and welcoming, the spa and ambience are warm and beautiful, and my therapists were very attentive! I will recommend this place to every one I know! I've tried many places, but now my search is over. Thank you Fleuresh! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! It's absolutely beautiful when you walk in. Such a calming, tranquil atmosphere. I brought my mother here for a mother/daughter spa day and it was perfect!! We were greeted at the front desk and offered a drink while filling out paperwork (we chose wine, but they also had tea, coffee, and water) and after the paperwork we were brought back into a lounge area and offered some relaxing time in the sauna (yes, please!). We both got the "Easy Escape" spa journey which consisted of a customized full body salt exfoliation, a customized 1 hour massage (deep tissue for us) and a customized express facial. The people we dealt with were AMAZING!! The setting is perfect - relaxing, serene, and you're never rushed. I love that most of the products they use are natural and custom made right before your treatment (no chemical laden products being slathered on, just freshly mixed, natural beauty). All in all, I can't say enough positive things about Exhale. LOVE IT and can't wait to go back!! :)) read more

I've known Kim and her crew for a long time, and have been a raving fan of the work they do (and how they do it) for equally as long. For the uninitiated, Fleuresh is located in a two story commercial building on So. Willow St. - across from the AAA. It's easy to miss, and some may be quick to judge it harshly based on the location. Their loss. Once inside the main entrance, you're treated to a charming lobby/waiting room. Between treatments, Fleurish offers a darling little relaxation room which doubles as a pedicure area. In their lower level, they have a cozy little nook to hide in. If you're staying for a while you can enjoy cozy robes and slippers as you lounge. I always schedule services with Kim and Ambar. Kim is one of the most exceptional massage therapists I've ever had, and Ambar is an expert esthetician whose facials are memorable. It's a darling place and one of Manchester's prized small businesses - check them out! read more

I had a great experience at this intimate spa. Locally owned and operated with vision and innovation, the entire team is fantastic. A package was built for me - expertly via email with Kim. She ensured that it was perfectly combined with plenty of extra touches that made the entire visit seamless and relaxing. The treatments were all lovely, especially the massage (Kim) and facial. I had a lunch and nutritional coaching as well as 2 trail sessions with Angela. As a 20 year vegetarian, I wasn't sure what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. Angela's passion and enthusiasm is infectious and sure to inspire anyone. The trail sessions are fantastic especially with the leaves changing. Attentive yet subtle customer service, exceptional products and a serene and relaxing environment will bring me back. I have visited hundreds of spas around the world, and this was a great experience. read more

I have looked at these reviews so many times and finally bought my friends and I some express services to see what they were all about. They were great with working with me on my budget and needs. I had Kimberly who was such a doll!! She was super nice and really went out if the way to make sure I felt comfortable. My friends had the two boy massage therapists, Nathan and David. They were nervous to have guys touch them at first, but the whole atmosphere and staff really put us at ease. And the wine and tea were a great welcome! They gave us a tour at my request and the place really is like nothing else in Manchester. It's very tasteful, not girly (like Chill Spa... Feather Boas, hot pink and sparkles everywhere... Vomit!) So I am looking forward to bringing in my boyfriend soon. All three therapists were amazing!! I would recommend all itf them, and CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK! read more

What a relaxing morning I had today at Fleuresh. I came across this spa by accident a few years ago when I was looking for a relaxation getaway that wasn't to far from CT. My husband recently gave me a gift certificate to Fleuresh for my birthday this past summer, so now was the perfect time to use it. The spa has made a lot of changes over the years but their service has only improved. The staff was very welcoming when I arrived even offering me a cup of tea. Then onto my amazing yet relaxing massage with Christine. She took the time to ask what my needs were to make sure I had the experience I was hoping for. After the massage it was on to a wonderful pedicure that included a hot stone massage. Marissa was wonderful and very friendly. I look forward to my next spa weekend. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making this a great weekend. read more

I pinched a nerve in my neck doing yoga, or sleeping weird, or both, and could barely turn my head I was so stiff. After frozen peas and hot packs and rest and ibuprofen and no relief, I finally booked a refresher massage after seeing the glowing reviews on Yelp. Ambar was AMAZING. I could feel the results for days - my entire upper back, shoulders, and neck were clearly on the right track for healing. You'll feel so warm, cozy, comforted, and relaxed you won't want to leave, and thankfully, they let you hang out a bit afterwards and take your time getting ready. On the way out Ambar brought me some water and gave me some tips to stretch my tight shoulders. This was my first massage so I don't have much to compare it to, but I absolutely cannot wait to go back. I'm kind of obsessively checking for deals so I can justify another appointment. read more

This place is amazing!! I was a walk in customer and they treated me as though I had been going there for years. Genuine customer service attending to all your needs as soon as you walk in the door. The decor was peaceful and serene. There is a peaceful waiting area where they offere tea, water, snacks. Feel free to use this before and after your service. Since I was sinking into my relaxation mode, I decided to partake in the sauna service as well...Sooooo relaxing!! I opted for a facial treatment. It was spectacular! So much so, it actually put me to sleep!! (that rarely happens) It was wonderful and I can't recommend Exhale enough. If you are looking for a place of healing and wellness, this is the place!! Oh, they even offer a discount for new customers. You definately want to take advantage of that! read more

I have been here a number of times and recently learned that the business is making some really great changes.b Kimberly, the spa director, has been there since day one and she bought the place with the lead esthetician. They are both SO NICE and UNBELIEVABLY talented! I always feel so welcomed and leave on a cloud! I LOVE this place and recommend every one I know to come here ;) Since the change of ownership, the place really got a facelift! It's much brighter and feels more spacious. They've done an excellent job! Today I went in for a new service they have. I got a great deal because I booked two services they were promoting. A mango enzyme steam body cocoon and pear And green apple body souffle! Aahhhhmazing! And the organic facial smelled delicious but my face truly feels fresh and clean. Much love to you guys! read more

I've been seeing Kimberly for massages since 2013 and have seen all the transitions they have gone through and must say that I'm impressed with each of them. Over the years, Kimberly has become very busy and in the past two years I have had the opportunity to experience a handful of other therapists. While they do all have different styles, each one has been quite great! Recently I habe been seeing Robin, who in my opinion is the most comparable to Kimberly's approach. I've also been having facials with Ambar and following a regiment at home. The improvements have been noticeable. My daughter also sees Ambar for facials and Alycia for massages which have reduced the quantity and intensity of her migraines. I recommend everyone I know to this place. They never disappoint! read more

These ladies are fabulous! I went with my girlfriend before she got married as a quick wedding-planning-break and they treated us both like gold. The facial we each received was far longer than either of us expected - the woman was very thorough and paid close attention to our individual needs, and really exuded a welcoming, warm presence. Both of us like really intense deep-tissue massages - despite the teeny tiny masseuse, we both left feeling worked through! She was attentive and considerate of all my little quirks and was exceptionally anatomically knowledgeable. She pointed out knots that nobody else managed to find! Would recommend 100% of the time. Worth the drive up from as far away as the Boston suburbs, particularly considering the completely reasonable cost. read more

Went for a massage at Fleurish this morning. My appointment was with Kimberly and she was great. I had the Tapioca Mocha Body Renewal. The coffee scrub & tapioca was great to soften my Summer time dry skin and not to mention how good it smelled. The massage afterwards was great. Kimberly worked very hard to loosen the knotted muscles in my shoulders. She did a great job. I have been to Fleurish multiple times and have never left there disappointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The massage areas, shower, bathroom and the whole place is always very neat and clean. Tried the sauna today for the first time and that was relaxing just sitting in the warmth. If you have some tight muscles set yourself up with an appointment at Fleurish and you won't be disappointed. read more

Everything you want in a day spa! My wife and I were very excited to return for our 2nd visit. The 1st time, I surprised my wife for her B-Day. The owner catered to every request, and made sure that we were comfortable and had a great experience. It was amazing, relaxing, and we loved it. Since then, they have moved to a bigger and better location. A Sauna, Shower, several massage rooms, rooms for facials, very comfortable siting area, and more. Once again, we were so happy that we went. The staff was very friendly, and again the owner did everything she could to work around our schedule and needs. The prices are very fair, and they really go the extra mile to provide a great experience. We love this place and cant wait to return again! read more
