Tech flitted in and said it was a cyst and not a complicated one BTW There is no such thing as a complicated cyst. get dressed and come back in a year fora screening mammogram. This is NOT the place to go for compass care if you suspect cancer. I have reached out to the director and will request a second opinion from a more qualified doctor.

She was a little too comfortable with her hands touching and overstepping limits when it comes to positioning breasts on the mammogram machine. She was like an octopus. I understand that a mammogram requires some physical contact, but she was way too close for comfort and her way of grabbing breasts was more like stroking then positioning on the machine. This definitely was sexual misconduct and is unacceptable and excessive. I have had plenty of mammograms and have never experienced this type of behavior which is inappropriate.

At one point, Dr. Tran personally called my husband to cancel an appointment -- and then we were charged for that call, which was really disappointing. I've talked to the staff twice, they admit they told us no charge but unfortunately there is nothing they can do. They also tried to refer us to an out of network specialist. Luckily we looked first. In my opinion, this office was fine for routine annual physicals only. But if you need anything outside of that, it turns into a real hassle and you don't feel supported. We've been patients here for about 10 years, but we're now changing doctors because the customer service has gone downhill and it no longer feels like they truly care about their patients. Probably good with new patients but beware.

My symptoms are so bad, I can't drive. He decided it was inflammation and gave me prednisone, which finally gave me some minor relief. After paying for expensive CT and MRI scans and coming back clean, the doctor said to take some over the counter Sudafed and Allegra. What a joke. I still can't drive because of vertigo, the ringing in my ears is getting louder, my headaches are so severe I have nausea, I can barely breathe because of congestion, and I can hardly finish a sentence because of brain fog. It took me a half hour to write this stupid review. Hopefully it will save someone else the disappointment of going to this doctor. 2 months and $6k wasted on this doctor. I'm exactly where I started, self medicating with Sudafed and Zicam.
