Had my car for 20 days and couldn't even put it together properly…read more Failed to reinstall bolts securing the front bumper cover to the front fenders, failed to install the fender liners properly (hanging down from the fenders), left sanding marks in the base coat so it looks like it was painted with a paint brush, failed to have the alignment done after being hit at the right front fender and wheel, and has yet to call me with a replacement right headlight after installing one that leaks (first attempt was to plastic weld the headlight brackets and it was completely crooked). If you value your car at all, take it elsewhere. I thought going to a local shop would be my best bet. Boy was I wrong. Nothing but cutting corners and excuses from them. They do not stand behind their work and does not honor their warranties.

After days of asking for and being told yes to texting as my method of communication, I kept getting emails instead. There was also a point where I was told on a certain day they were expecting my car to be finished up. That day came and went, so after they were closed I left a message like hey uhm..? What's going on? I got a status update the next day, but I had cleared my schedule to be able to go back over there. Then had to do it again when it actually was ready. The kicker for this place is that when I picked my car up, I had to bring it back. It sounded like my car had a window rolled down when you drove, so it made me question if they had test driven it after the work was done. If they did, they thought it was okay to send like that? If they didn't, ...why not? I brought it back and waited a bit for them to fix it, which they did pretty quickly, but the whole "fix it right the first time" gig is a thing. So overall, I wouldn't come back here.
