I've used Ideal Finish twice before and, while the work wasn't cheap, I called them back. A new guy…read morecame and worked solo on our vehicle for over four hours, only stopping at dusk. One of the things I noticed was him spraying around in the engine compartment, but they'd done engine detailing in the past, so I thought nothing of it. The last thing he did was buff the clouded headlight lenses. We didn't start the vehicle until the next evening, and I immediately noticed one headlight was out. I determined the connection was okay. The next business day I took the vehicle for new headlight bulbs - halogen. John has been unwilling to deal with this, though I sent him a scan of my replacement bulb bill. I also note that the clouded headlight lenses are still milky and not clear! I've notified him of THAT via email, and.. nothing. So I'm posting this. CHECK YOUR VEHICLE THOROUGHLY *before* the detailer leaves.
