This was our second stop for dinner in Leura and after having a horrendous experience at a different stop, we have been pleasantly surprised by this establishment. We came with no reservation and they were happy to spend a minute and find us a spot to sit. The ambiance here was warm and welcoming. They had great food options for both vegan and non-vegan. I found this place from a good food guide and the ratings it received convinced me to made a booking for dinner. Upon arriving we were waiting for a good 10 mins before anyone came to seat us. They were busy, but they had 4 servers, so it shouldn't take that long. We ordered a glass of wine each and though the glasses were big, we probably only received 3/4 of a normal serving. Other tables received more than ours. Not impressed... We ordered muscles with chilli, kafir lime, and coconut milk. It came with this cream, it was delicious. For main I ordered the croquette and it was delicious but I couldn't finish at the end because it was rich. My fries were barely touched. It was good fries, but I wish it came with some aioli or some sauce. My boyfriend ordered duck confit and it runs on the small side. The duck was good, but it was small - not enough meat for someone who's hungry. Will I come back? Maybe for lunch as dinner was running on the expensive side. read more
